Sales Development Representative - German
Why We Have This Role
The Sales Development Representative role is crucial to Qualtrics as it serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to generate qualified leads that drive revenue growth. By engaging with decision-makers across various industries, SDRs gather insights that not only inform sales strategies but also enhance the overall understanding of market needs. This role helps create a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that Account Executives have quality prospects to engage with. Additionally, the SDR team plays a vital role in fostering collaboration with marketing, enhancing targeted campaigns that resonate with potential customers. Ultimately, SDRs contribute significantly to the company’s growth and success by laying the groundwork for meaningful customer relationships.

How You’ll Grow
- Sales Development is a rapidly growing division within the sales organization.
- Purpose of the department:
- Generate qualified pipeline that progresses through the sales funnel and produces new closed revenue.
- Develop new quota-carrying Account Executives.
- Due to growth, we’re constantly looking for hungry and driven individuals who are passionate about a career in corporate sales.
Things You’ll Do
- You make 50+ calls and send 50+ personalized emails per day. In addition, you find and add 15+ new contacts to into your call cadence.
- You work with Account Executives to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the goal of setting quality meetings.
- You work closely with our Marketing team to execute on personalized account-based campaigns
- You’re the best with LinkedIn and Salesforce.
- You attend 1:1’s, team meetings, trainings, sales calls, discovery calls, demos, etc. to develop your skills.
- You collaborate with your peers sharing standard methodologies, “oops moments,” and role playing to make sure you’re focused on continuous improvement.
- You compete with yourself, your co-workers, and other teams.
- You’re self disciplined, accountable, and reliable.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Full fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Customer Facing Experience
- Sales Experience Preferred
- Sales Experience could include; sales internships, sales minor, sales program/ club, SDR experiences, inside sales, door-to-door sales, any cold calling experiences, etc.

Account Executive - Spain
Why We Have This Role
Qualtrics is on the lookout for a proactive, collaborative seller that can help us target new business, specifically focused on selling into the Spanish market. This person will work collaboratively to meet sales goals and deliver the highest standard of integrity, quality, and customer service to our clients. In this role, you will work to identify and pursue new corporate clients in the Spanish market. We are a high energy, fast paced global team determined to support the continuing growth in Qualtrics. This role offers the opportunity to work with numerous departments and collaborate with many different stakeholders.
How You’ll Find Success
- You are passionate about educating potential clients on solutions that are applicable to their situation and helping them understand how the software can drive a return on investment for them
- You engage with clients at all points of the sales cycle - from prospecting and acquiring clients, through demoing the Qualtrics product, to negotiating and closing, and beyond.
- You have the agility to adapt, pivot and change your approach based on the needs of your business
- You bring together internal resources that enable you to be successful sales professional
- You win new logos for Qualtrics' client portfolio in the Spanish region

Things You’ll Do
- Your focus is acquiring new business and selling the Qualtrics Platform to accounts from champions all the way up to C-level
- You will consult with prospects and clients on their strategic business goals
- Developing account plans for a set list of target accounts, from power maps to demand generation to closing plans
- You will establish, handle, and manage relationships between Qualtrics and senior executives of both client and prospect companies
- Strategizing internally with SDRs (sales development representatives), solutions consultants, partners etc on how we will create demand in the account & drive senior engagement
- Maintaining a real-time understanding of Qualtrics' solution offerings and the competitive landscape to assist in figuring out win-based proposals and pricing
- Working together is key and you will leverage support from your own Sales team, sales operations, legal, customer success, finance and more to help your customers
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Technology/Software sales experience required
- Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in building qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities
- Ability to be curious and ask questions to clients to determine opportunities for impact
