At Qualio, the engineering department is responsible for the "what" and the "how". "What" as in what should we build for our customers. "How" as in how do we delivery and operate the solution.
We are working on building a platform team providing horizontal services to vertical feature centric product teams to deliver on Qualio's brand promise - "An easy, scalable and trusted QMS".
We are designing our teams to own specific horizontal areas of our application. Teams are made up of a Product manager (PM), Engineering team lead and a team of engineers. Owning the area of application means everything, collaborating with product managers, customer success partners, architecture, peer engineering teams to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to our customers.

We are predominantly a Python shop, but we also use Node.js, TypeScript, React, AngularJS, REST APIs and host our cloud software in AWS, but we’re open to developers who have expertise in different languages as long as you're open to learning!

Pipeline generation is at the heart of Qualio’s growth strategy. We are shifting to a full-funnel, AI-native demand engine that supports three distinct motions: net new platform, expansion into the installed base, and servicing the next generation of pharma, biotech and medical device companies
The Director of Demand Generation owns that engine. You design the programs, run the channels, and drive the pipeline coverage that the revenue org depends on. You work in close partnership with the BDR team, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Sales to make sure every motion is coordinated and every budget dollar is traceable to pipeline impact.

As a Senior Talent Partner at Qualio, you’ll be the architect of how we attract, engage, and hire the humans who power our mission. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across our teams, with reach across the US, EU , and beyond, and play an active role in shaping how Qualio builds talent for FY27 and beyond.
This is a role for someone who sees recruiting as a discipline, not a function. You’ll build strategy, run JEDI-informed sourcing campaigns, leverage AI tools to stay ahead of the market, and show up as a true business partner to hiring managers who need more than a recruiter, they need a talent advisor.
You’ll work async-first in a globally distributed environment where your communication and judgment matter more than your proximity to anyone’s timezone. And if you’re genuinely excited about building modern recruiting practices from the ground up - including experimenting with AI agents, automating repetitive workflows, attending conferences to fill our pipeline before we ever open a req - this role has serious room to grow.
You'll be joining a People Ops team of four - including a recruiter you'll work in close tandem with. This isn't a solo function; it's a real partnership. You'll share context, split the req load strategically, and build something together.
