THE ROLE

Everpure is seeking a Cloud and Data Services Account Executive to accelerate growth of the Portworx and Everpure Cloud across UK-based Enterprise accounts in EMEA. You will own a number of named customers and prospects, build and execute multi year account plans, and drive platform adoption with a focus on business outcomes such as resilience, risk reduction, faster application delivery, and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with cross functional teams across Everpure and the Cloud and Data Services team, including Systems Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, Partner teams, Product, and field leadership. This is a high impact individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, disciplined execution, and customer intimacy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and commercial accounts, delivering against annual and multi year revenue targets.
• Build and execute account plans that map buying centres, application priorities, Kubernetes roadmaps, and transformation programmes.
• Develop executive relationships across CIO, CTO, CISO, Head of Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, SRE, and Application leaders.
• Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through close, including security, risk, procurement, architecture review, and legal processes common in Manufacturing and Automotive.
• Position Portworx around measurable outcomes: application resilience, ransomware recovery, data protection, regulatory compliance, cloud portability, and modernisation at scale.
• Orchestrate account teams and partner ecosystems, including GSIs, cloud providers, and regional partners, to drive pipeline creation and deal execution.
• Run a rigorous, value based sales process tailored to cloud native software, with accurate forecasting and strong hygiene in Salesforce and forecasting tools.
• Partner with Customer Experience to expand adoption post sale, identify expansion triggers, and build customer advocacy within the Manufacturing and Automotive community.
• Stay ahead of competitive dynamics in Kubernetes data services, backup and recovery, and container storage, using insights to sharpen strategy and messaging.
• Represent Portworx in customer meetings and relevant industry events, with a field first mindset.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of closing and expanding high value, multi stakeholder deals in large organisations.
• Demonstrable experience selling into enterprise accounts, with an understanding of procurement, governance, risk, and security requirements.
• Strong grasp of cloud native concepts and the Kubernetes ecosystem, plus the ability to credibly engage architects and platform teams.
• Experience selling to both technical and executive stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business value and risk outcomes.
• Disciplined pipeline generation, qualification, deal management, and forecasting, with strong operational habits in SFDC.

THE ROLE

Everpure is seeking an operationally sound, accomplished, and highly motivated Client Solutions Director/SE Manager with a strong background in leading teams, strategy and execution for technical sales. This role will be responsible for setting the technical strategy and direction for one or more global accounts within the Financial Services vertical. This is a hybrid 'working' Strategic Solutions Director/SE Manager  who will perform strategic pre-sales activities while guiding and managing the work of systems engineers aligned to these strategic accounts. This role will provide technical direction to and management of multiple systems engineers on these strategic accounts, while providing primary pre-sales engineering coverage of one or more strategic accounts. The successful candidate will already have strong, established business relationships at the executive level, lead key sales presentations, and provide strategic direction to systems engineers while coordinating multiple resources within multiple accounts to successfully close business for Everpure.

THE ROLE

Director, Cloud Native Architects (CNA) EMEA leads and develops a team of CNAs and sets the standard for technical execution, executive engagement, and adoption outcomes across a range of EMEA Enterprise accounts. The role is accountable for building a repeatable operating system that improves deal quality, increases opportunity predictability, and drives measurable revenue impact (ARR/NRR) in partnership with the Theater Sales organisation, Product teams, and regional stakeholders.

Success is reflected across People / Process / Partnership / Product, deliberately prioritised to maximise the Director’s most constrained resource: time.

• Co-sponsor targeted Portworx and Pure Storage Cloud efforts for a small number of priority customers where technical leadership materially influences outcomes for the entire Pure Storage portfolio.

4. Coordinate Feature & Solution Feedback with Business Units :
• Lead bi-weekly working sessions with Product Managers and peers to align on releases, readiness, and feature evolution.

• Prioritize RFEs for clarity and meaningful customer impact over volume/noise
