THE ROLE

As the leader of our Commercial Select sales team in Paris, France, you will help customers move from legacy storage to Everpure’s modern, software-driven Enterprise Data Platform, delivered as-a-Service and ready for AI, cloud, and modern applications. 

You will shape a high-potential district by hiring and developing top Account Executive talent, sharpening our go-to-market, and accelerating expansion across a diverse and underpenetrated install base. Partnering closely with SEs, our channel ecosystem, and Marketing, you will lead strategic conversations about AI, cloud, and data strategy across public and private sector customers; from leading research institutions to low enterprise SBF-120 and high-potential mid-market accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Recruit, onboard, and develop a district of 8 Account Executives, establishing a culture of excellence and personal leadership style to drive long-term commitment.
• Drive Sales Execution and Pipeline Rigor: Maintain a healthy 4X pipeline and ensure consistent quota attainment through disciplined sales methodology and weekly performance management reviews.
• Scale Install Base Expansion: Lead the strategy to expand within existing accounts (~20-25% of the base), focusing on high-growth areas like container platforms, AI-ready infrastructure, and unified data services.
• Orchestrate the Partner Ecosystem: Cultivate deep alliances with key channel partners and technical partners to execute complex, indirect sales motions that solve customer business challenges.
• Influence Strategic GTM Growth: Analyze sales metrics and market trends across district accounts (averaging 25 accounts per rep) to adapt strategies for vertical-specific success in Industry, FSI, Research, and Healthcare.

WHAT YOU BRING

• People Leadership Experience: 5+ years leading sales teams within the IT industry, with a consistent track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing Account Executives.
• Proven Sales Leadership: Experience owning a district or regional business, with a track record of driving team quota attainment and coaching AEs to succeed in complex infrastructure and as-a-service environments.
• Market & Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the IT infrastructure landscape, with the ability to position modern data platforms and consumption models against legacy approaches through your team.
• Strategic Execution: A builder mindset with the ability to scale underperforming or high-potential territories, navigate complex sales cycles, and lead with integrity and accountability.
• Operational Fluency: Strong inspection rigor (forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline), combined with the executive presence to engage C-level stakeholders and influence cross-functional leadership.
• Bilingual Communication: Professional fluency in both French and English is required to navigate the local market and interact with our international leadership teams.
• Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Paris office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

ABOUT THE ROLE…

Everpure France (formerly Pure Storage) is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Hunter to join our team (70% Low Enterprise & SBF-120 vs. 30% strategic Mid-Market) in Paris. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing new business, working with our channel resellers and key customer accounts. Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner Sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive success in the Enterprise & Strategic Mid-Market private sector.

You will be responsible for accelerating Everpure’s footprint across high-potential commercial segments in France—an area of strategic importance. You’ll prospect into targeted mid-market accounts and further develop existing relationships, supporting our mission to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions to the market.

THE ROLE

As a Strategic Account Executive, GSI France, you will drive Everpure’s engagement across the Global Systems Integrator (GSI) ecosystem in France, one of the most influential hubs for system integrators.

You will manage and develop strategic GSI partnerships in France, including NTT, Kyndryl, DXC, Accenture, Capgemini, and Atos, executing joint account plans in close alignment with Global Account Directors to drive local revenue, pipeline, and partner engagement, while contributing to the growth and expansion of the broader ecosystem, including partners such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, and HCL

This role requires the ability to drive revenue both by selling directly to GSIs and by executing a sell-through motion in close collaboration with Everpure field sales teams.

You will focus on strong local execution, including:

• Driving pipeline generation and revenue growth with and through GSIs
• Executing joint account plans and co-sell motions with Everpure field teams
• Building and managing relationships across GSIs, sales teams, and alliance stakeholders
• Operating effectively in a complex partner ecosystem with multiple priorities

Your success will be measured by your ability to drive revenue, execute consistently, and build scalable partnerships within the French market.

The Role

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will partner closely with the EMEA South Leadership Team and support the region field sales teams by delivering high-quality analytics, operational rigor, and strategic insight. You will play a key role in driving forecasting accuracy, improving sales productivity, and ensuring strong operational cadences across the region.

This role operates in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving sales environment and requires exceptional analytical capability, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. You will work collaboratively not only with in-region sales teams, but also with EMEA, APJ, and US Corporate Operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency across the business.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a strategic trusted partner to the EMEA Theatre Sales Operations Leader and provide operational support to the EMEA South AVP, District Managers, and field sales teams.
• Support and continuously improve the forecasting, pipeline management, and planning processes across the EMEA theatre.
• Drive sales excellence, ensuring field teams are properly trained and consistently enabled on quoting, booking, forecasting, and process best practices.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and theatre operations to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and enhance overall sales productivity.
• Maintain high levels of SFDC hygiene, ensuring data quality, completeness, and compliance with global standards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Finance, and Regional Ops teams to ensure smooth order processing and approvals.
• Work closely with other Operations Analysts across EMEA to share best practices, drive standardization, and maintain operational consistency.
• Participate in process optimisation, automation initiatives, and system enhancements to support scale and efficiency.
• Track and report on sales performance across districts, segments, and business categories with accuracy and clarity.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, FP&A, Commercial Operations, or another analytical role supporting EMEA markets.
• Experience working in a multinational or high-technology company is preferred.
• Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint), SFDC, and Clari. Experience with Tableau or other BI tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline preferred.
• Business fluency in English & French required; fluency in additional European languages is strongly preferred
