Overview:
Drive high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives with a focus on M&A, partnerships, and investments. This role partners closely with senior leadership, providing visibility into executive decision-making while shaping Plume’s growth across core markets and adjacencies.
Total compensation package would include: An anticipated base compensation of $190,000.00 -$240,000.00 + bonus + equity + benefits. Customer Success Director (Strategic Accounts)
Plume operates a recurring revenue model where long-term growth depends on ISP customers realizing measurable, sustained value from our platform. Customer Success is therefore a core driver of retention, expansion, and profitability.
We are seeking a Customer Success Director (Strategic Accounts) to own a portfolio of high-value ISP customers and drive adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion. This is a post-sales, non-quota-carrying role focused on maximizing customer outcomes while partnering closely with Sales on growth opportunities. We are specifically looking for candidates whose career has been rooted in Customer Success!
You will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, aligning Plume’s platform to customer business goals and ensuring measurable impact across growth, churn reduction, cost efficiency, and customer experience.

Plume is seeking a Product Marketing Manager focused on Sales Enablement to lead the strategy and execution of enablement programs that empower our global go-to-market teams. In this role, you will ensure that sales teams, solution architects, partner teams, and customer-facing organizations have the messaging, training, and tools needed to communicate Plume’s value and win with customers. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams to translate product innovations into clear messaging, effective enablement assets, and scalable training initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments, understands how to support both business and technical sales audiences, and has experience selling into large telecommunications providers or ISPs.
Own Sales Enablement Strategy

5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or solutions marketing
Experience working at a startup or growth-stage software / IT company
Experience with SaaS platforms or cloud-based services
Experience supporting sales teams selling into telecommunications providers, ISPs, or large enterprise technology buyers
Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value
Experience creating sales enablement assets, partner kits, and training programs
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with broadband technologies, networking, WiFi, or telecom ecosystems
Experience enabling sales engineers or technical pre-sales teams
Experience supporting channel partners, OEMs, or ODM partners
Experience supporting global go-to-market teams
Experience in work-from-home first organizations
Working Model
US-based
Travel as needed for sales meetings, partner events, or company gatherings (<20%).

The Vice President of Customer Success – Americas (North and South America) is responsible for driving customer value, retention, and expansion across Plume’s service provider and enterprise customers throughout North and South America. About the Role
Plume’s Core Engineering team is looking for a Senior Wireless Firmware Engineer with deep expertise in WiFi driver development to lead innovation for large-scale WiFi and broadband solutions.
You will work across embedded firmware, wireless drivers, and system-level software to enable high-performance, scalable, and reliable WiFi experiences. This is a high-impact senior role where you will lead complex initiatives in wireless networking, performance optimization, and large-scale deployments, while mentoring other engineers and influencing system architecture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design and development of WiFi firmware and driver architecture for next-generation wireless platforms
- Own critical components of the WiFi stack and drive technical direction across projects
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across firmware and driver domains
- Design, develop, and optimize WiFi firmware and low-level wireless drivers
- Work on IEEE 802.11 stack (WiFi 4/5/6/6E/7), including MAC/PHY layers
- Debug and optimize WiFi drivers with chipset/SoC vendors
- Analyze network behavior and improve performance (throughput, latency, reliability)
- Participate in full software lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Troubleshoot complex system-level issues across firmware, drivers, and networking stacks
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in embedded systems, firmware, or driver development
- Proven experience leading complex technical projects end-to-end
- Strong expertise in C/C++
- Deep experience with WiFi driver development at chipset/SoC level
- Strong understanding of Linux kernel and networking stack
- Deep knowledge of IEEE 802.11 MAC and PHY layers
- Experience with OpenWRT, RDK, or OpenSync
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Broadcom, Qualcomm, or MediaTek WiFi chipsets
- Experience with mesh networking and large-scale deployments
- Knowledge of MU-MIMO, OFDMA, beamforming, WiFi 7
- Python or scripting for automation
- Familiarity with cloud-managed networking systems
