About the Role & Team
The Search Manager is a key role within the Performance Marketing team and will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end paid search strategy across all product verticals. This role will own search performance, innovation, and execution, while partnering closely with creative, analytics, and other performance channel teams to support priority initiatives and drive growth.
You will be accountable for scaling acquisition efficiently, improving intent capture, and ensuring that search remains a high-performing, insight-driven growth channel. You are deeply data-focused, with a strong understanding of how to balance performance, experimentation, and long-term brand value.
This role will initially operate as a highly autonomous individual contributor and will evolve into a people management role as the in-house team scales.
About the Work
- Own and lead the global search strategy across all relevant platforms (e.g., Google, Bing, Apple Search Ads), ensuring alignment with broader performance and brand objectives.
- Drive full-funnel search performance, from acquisition through retention and reactivation.
- Manage day-to-day execution, optimization, and testing across campaigns, keywords, and ad formats.
- Develop and implement a robust testing and learning roadmap to continuously improve efficiency, scale, and conversion rates.
- Partner closely with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate ad creative and landing page experiences.
- Support priority internal campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives with tailored search strategies.
- Build and maintain scalable campaign structures, automation frameworks, and best practices.
- Own forecasting, budget pacing, and performance reporting.
- Work with analytics teams to define KPIs, develop dashboards, and surface actionable insights.
- Monitor competitive activity and industry trends, translating learnings into platform and creative innovation.
- Prepare the channel for future scale, including documentation, process building, and eventual team leadership.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in paid search marketing and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in fast-moving environments.
- Deep expertise in paid search platforms, bid strategies, automation, and attribution models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear action.
- Experience collaborating closely with creative, product, and analytics partners.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting business needs.
- Innovative mindset, with a passion for testing and experimentation.
- Experience with app campaigns highly desired
- Experience in regulated industries, gaming, or high-growth environments is a plus.
- Prior people management experience not required but highly valued.
- Must be Canada-based; fully remote eligible.

About the Role & Team
The Social Manager is a key member of the Performance Marketing team and is responsible for defining and executing the paid social strategy across all product verticals. This role will own channel performance, innovation, and execution, ensuring social remains a scalable, efficient, and insight-led acquisition engine.
You will be responsible for turning audience insights into performance-driving strategies, partnering closely with creative to build best-in-class social-first experiences, and supporting priority internal campaigns. You are highly analytical, deeply curious, and comfortable operating at the intersection of data and creativity.
This role will begin as a highly autonomous individual contributor and will evolve into a people management role as the team scales.
About the Work
- Lead the development and execution of the paid social strategy across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and emerging channels.
- Own full-funnel social performance, from prospecting through retargeting and reactivation.
- Drive creative testing frameworks in partnership with the creative team, including formats, messaging, hooks, and storytelling approaches.
- Support priority internal campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments with bespoke social strategies.
- Build and manage scalable campaign structures, automation, and best practices.
- Own forecasting, budget management, and performance pacing.
- Partner with analytics to define channel KPIs, build dashboards, and generate insights.
- Establish and maintain a robust test-and-learn environment to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor platform updates, competitive activity, and cultural trends to inform innovation.
- Develop playbooks, documentation, and processes to support future team growth.
- Prepare the channel for scale, including eventual people leadership.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree

The Director, Marketing is a key management position within the Penn Interactive Sportsbook and Online Casino Marketing team and is responsible for defining and executing end to end customer lifecycle strategies across all product verticals. In this role, you will define and execute CRM initiatives that deliver the right promotional offer to the right customer segment at the right time, using data driven insights and automation to drive personalized engagement and maximize customer lifetime.
Your goal is to increase the customer lifetime value (revenue, time, and profitability) through increased engagement and retention. You are data focused, which informs your strategic planning. You have proven capabilities in developing highly sophisticated personalization at scale, automation, strategic marketing & tech innovation, as well as the holistic marcomms omni-channel player experience given the ever evolving communication channels and development of a robust test & learn environment.
About the Work
- Lead the development, execution and management of the CRM strategy. Including automated segmented lifecycle campaigns that drive retention, loyalty, cross-sell, churn prevention, and win back across all channels
- Analyze customer data, defining actionable segments and creating targeted lifetime value/customer life-cycle engagement campaigns and programs
- Monitor competitor CRM and loyalty programs, testing and adopting best practices to continuously improve program performance, player value, and profitability
- Operational responsibility of retained player marketing initiatives; player retention & re-engagement; promotion and bonus campaign planning and execution (incl eROI analysis); executing, reporting, and iterating marcomms plan (incl player bonus liability); content and creative management; and holistic marcomms omni-channel management (email, website, SMS, push, player inbox, phone, direct mail, and social)
- Manage and scale the CRM Marketing team
- Develop and enhance KPIs for managing and assessing the success of the CRM marketing channels, campaigns, and programs
- Working closely with the marketing analytics team to build dynamic segmentation and build monitor dashboards to track and optimize CRM channel performance
- Proven expertise in Mobile CRM, email, push, and social best practices, supporting promo execution with seamless end to end UX.
- Other duties as required.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 8+years in a digital marketing CRM/lifecycle management role or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Adaptable, analytical thinker who can work both strategically as well as in a hands-on executional capacity
- Strong ability to manage simultaneous project streams and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving company environment.
- Innovative thinker who looks beyond the immediate competitive set for inspiration and ideas.
- Hands-on experience working with a variety of CRM tools
- Demonstrated leadership experience in regulated online gaming or e-commerce marketing not required, but highly regarded
- Excellent people management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and to work under the pressure of short time constraints
- Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
