Where You will Work:
- Office/workspace location will depend on the employee’s location. The role will cover the branches and areas throughout Washington. Travel will cover counties from Thurston, Pierce, Lewis, Clark and Grays Harbor.

Pay Range: The target annual pay range for this position is $93,456 - $106,200. The full annual pay range is $84,960 - $127,440.
- We provide an additional $2.00 per hour bilingual differential for those employees who can support our members' financial needs effectively in a second language; subject to verification of strong grasp of financial terms utilizing language skillset.
- Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer of employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.
Job Overview:
This position provides leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on support to branches and departments across Peak’s footprint. Ensures continuity of operations during staffing shortages, branch transitions, and other operational needs. Leads the Branch Coverage Team, supports branch leadership, and maintains consistent service, risk management, and member experience standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Leads and manages the Branch Coverage Team, including scheduling, development, and active performance management.
- Provides timely feedback, coaching, and guidance to team members across the branch network.
- Models Peak leadership behaviors and core values in all interactions with staff, members, and community partners.
- Provides on-site and remote leadership support to branches as needed, including opening and closing branches.
- Maintains readiness to step into frontline or leadership roles to ensure uninterrupted branch operations.
- Ensures branches adhere to required operational processes, internal controls, and risk management standards.
- Supports consistent, high-quality member service during periods of staffing or leadership disruption.
- Supports and implements training related to products, services, sales, and frontline processes.
- Maintains current knowledge of products, services, systems, and frontline procedures.
- Reinforces service standards, sales expectations, and operational consistency across locations.
- Inspires and leads teams through change, staffing challenges, and organizational transitions.
- Attracts, develops, coaches, and retains a high-performing Coverage Team.
- All other duties as assigned.
When You'll Be Working: 40 hours per week. Work hours align with branch operating hours (Monday–Saturday). The role requires travel, including longer distances, which may involve early morning departures or late evening returns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a retail banking management or leadership role, with demonstrated progression and increasing levels of responsibility.

- Ability to cope with pressure resulting from meeting schedules, supervising employees, and dealing with impatient, irate members.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in interpreting policies and procedures, making exceptions as required.

All benefits except 401k start the first of the month following date of hire. Employees become eligible to contribute to 401k on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
