B2B Exports – Business Development Manager

Role summary- Drive China B2B market expansion through new customer acquisition, partnerships, and cross‑functional collaboration, delivering regional sales growth aligned with global strategy.

What you’ll do

Expand business to China B2B market to support company’s annual strategies.
Execute company’s business development plan by acquiring new customers and accomplishing regional sales target.
Develop potential partnerships with service providers, industry associations, Medias and affiliates B2B business
Support and present at marketing events organized by Marketing Department and Business Development Department and attend likewise events in b2b
Report to Regional Leader of Business Development, China remotely on a regular basis.

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree and above
5+ years’ work experience with 3+ years in eCom relevant industry/function
Deep understanding of B2B supply chain and international trade
Demonstrate strong leadership and consistent delivery
Win through external partnership and internal collaboration
Work with global teams and leverage multiple resources to get job done

Not a must but a great advantage:

Experience in online payments
Experience in B2B eCom platform/service provider/independent site
Experience to face customers of SMB/industry associations

What you’ll do

Oversee and manage existing e-Commerce client relationships and play an active role in developing and building long-term relationships with top customers to develop value propositions that address client needs.
Be proactive in strengthening existing relationships and creating new ones to maximize acquisition, retention, and up-sell/X-sell related solutions and services.
Growing the company’s capability to serve e-Commerce trade and develop the vision and plan to execute a go-to-market strategy, collaborating with the analytics.
Be accountable for increasing user health, managing day-to-day operations, and scaling the team.
Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization to shape business solutions to meet customer needs.
Drive events, below the line activities and represent Payoneer in industry forums to drive awareness.

Who you are

BA Degree or equivalent, master’s degree is a plus
5+ years of experience in business development or account management
2~3 years of e-Commerce experience is a must
Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
Have basic data analysis skills and data driven mindset
Ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders at different levels
Passionate for entrepreneurship, self-motivated, self-disciplined, problem solving, results and detail oriented to grow regional B2B business to grow through current business expansion and to expand with new initiatives
Language – Fluent in English / Chinese
MS Office: proficient in PPT / Excel

What you’ll do

Oversee and manage existing client relationships while proactively building long‑term partnerships. Through strong client engagement, identify business opportunities and collaboratively develop value propositions that drive retention, up‑selling, and cross‑selling.
Maintain a solid understanding of client profiles and business dynamics, stay responsive to changes in client needs, and effectively leverage internal and external resources to deliver tailored solutions that maximize long‑term client value.
Maintain and exceed revenue and upselling targets from our direct business.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all customer activities within the CRM platform.
Develop and document business success stories and client case studies.
Review existing processes and proactively propose improvements to drive client growth and market penetration.

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in cross‑border e‑commerce, account management, business development, or related fields.
Native Mandarin with strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage client relationships, develop business cases, and conduct financial analysis to assess and forecast business impact.
Strong learning agility with the ability to understand industry trends, see the big picture, and translate key business drivers into profitable growth.
Data‑driven and highly organized, with strong analytical reasoning, attention to detail, sound decision‑making skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Job Description

The Premium Service Specialist team oversees and operates Payoneer’s end to end customer experience and proactively addresses issues for our top clients. The team combines service-orientation aiming to ensure smooth customer experience while keeping Payoneer compliant with top industry practices.

Role Responsibility:

Provide high quality services to VIP customers via different channels
Responsible for end-to-end resolution efficiency of operational issues
Work closely with sales team and understand customer profiles

KYC Representative

Role summary - Be a KYC Representative, you will responsible for client onboarding review and approve, you will have chance to work closely with rest of ops team as well as business team.

Verify customer documents during onboarding for authenticity and compliance.
Be the POC for business escalations, provide insights/progress updates on the cases and resolve the case in a fast and accurate manner.
