Based in Pantheon’s London office, the CRM & Client Onboarding Analyst will support the Product Strategy & Fundraising team, which is part of the Firm’s broader Client Solutions Team.

CRM Responsibilities: 

• Manage, maintain and optimise Pantheon's investor CRM database to ensure accuracy, integrity and accessibility of client/prospect data for use across the business.
• Produce and analyse CRM reports and dashboards (in conjunction with data visualisation tools) to inform business teams and support business development.
• Act as a primary point of contact and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business (including, but not limited to Client Solutions, Marketing and Operations).

Client Onboarding Responsibilities:

Purpose of the Position 

In this role, the Sustainability Associate will focus on the development, management, and analysis of sustainability data to support Pantheon’s ESG monitoring, analytics, and reporting requirements.

Working across large and complex datasets sourced from internal systems, underlying investment managers, and third-party ESG data providers, the Associate will play a key role in transforming raw sustainability data into robust, decision-useful insights.

The Paralegal will be an integral member of Pantheon’s Investment Structuring Team sitting within the primary and co-investment team. The team is responsible for the closing of all primary and co-investments globally across the Pantheon platform. We are seeking a Vice President in our Portfolio Analytics team within the firm’s Data & Analytics department. This is a technical leadership role that will shape how portfolio analytics informs portfolio decision-making across our evergreen & semi-liquid fund platform. The role leads analytics solutions for evergreen & semi-liquid vehicles, which often includes investments in single asset GP-led secondaries and co-investments, across private markets asset classes.

The position is for an investment professional on the European Secondaries Investment Team; based in London and reporting to either a VP or a Principal on the team. The individual will provide support to the senior members of the team by working on secondary transaction opportunities, as well as any other investment related initiatives that are undertaken over time.
