Purpose of the Position

Purpose of Position
We are seeking a private equity investment professional to join the US Secondaries Investment Team, based in New York. The individual will execute private equity secondary transactions alongside senior members of the team.
We are looking for someone from either a reputable secondaries firm or private capital advisory practice with direct experience executing LP-led transactions and strong financial modelling capabilities. Purpose of Position
Due to the growing volume and complexities surrounding fund / client dedicated product formation, investment closings, carry and corporate group tax matters, a senior hire is required to (i) work closely with internal legal and investment teams on fund tax matters and (ii) contribute to the expansion of the investment (and corporate group) tax function.

Purpose of Position

Purpose of the Position
We are seeking a Vice President in our Portfolio Analytics team within the firm’s Data & Analytics department. This is a technical leadership role that will shape how portfolio analytics informs portfolio decision-making across our evergreen & semi-liquid fund platform. The role leads analytics solutions for evergreen & semi-liquid vehicles, which often includes investments in single asset GP-led secondaries and co-investments, across private markets asset classes.

Team Profile
Pantheon Private Credit (“PPC”) was established in 2018 and manages approximately $15 billion in AUM, raising numerous drawdown and evergreen funds, SMAs and structured vehicles across the institutional, insurance and retail investor markets to take advantage of the growing private credit secondary market opportunity set. PPC was the first institution to raise a dedicated pool of capital focused on credit secondaries and is one of the most active and scaled buyers in the market. PPC’s core mandate is to acquire seasoned portfolios of private credit assets (senior, junior, opportunistic, asset-based, etc.) by investing in traditional LP-led secondaries as well as GP-led secondaries, whereby PPC provides a range of liquidity solutions and partnership capital to LPs and GPs in the private credit markets. The team also co-invests across the private credit risk spectrum directly into companies and assets alongside credit GPs.
Purpose of Position
To support the continued growth of PPC, we are recruiting an Associate who will primarily work on evaluating new investment opportunities and ongoing portfolio monitoring as well as ad hoc project and business needs.

Actual base salary is determined by a range of factors including individual experience, skills and qualifications.

Purpose of the Position
The position is for an investment professional on the European Secondaries Investment Team; based in London and reporting to either a VP or a Principal on the team. The individual will provide support to the senior members of the team by working on secondary transaction opportunities, as well as any other investment related initiatives that are undertaken over time. The role will be evenly split across both GP-led and LP-led secondaries

Purpose of Position
The motivated Associate will join DnA's Portfolio Analytics team to support the firm-wide analytics capability for Pantheon’s evergreen / semi-liquid vehicles as well as single asset GP-led secondaries and co-investments. The role requires private markets knowledge coupled with semi-liquid fund (40 Act, SICAV) expertise who specialize in using data to develop strategic analytics to inform portfolio decision making, investment decisions, risk analysis, investor insights.
The role partners closely with various teams firm-wide, such as Core Portfolio Management, Investments, Technology, Portfolio Data and Valuations, Fund Finance, Risk to inform evidence-based decisions on portfolio construction, liquidity pacing, performance storytelling as well as supporting the IR teams with investor related analytics. The role will require working with Technology and Data Modelling teams to systemize the strategic analytics across the firm to build both tactical analyses and strategic solutions to better equip our investment teams as well as investors.
