As a Salesforce Support Specialist, you will support the day-to-day operation and data integrity of Pansophic Learning’s Salesforce environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their Salesforce or CRM career who is detail-oriented and service-minded.
You will provide hands-on Salesforce support, focusing on correcting record errors, managing user setups, and troubleshooting issues. Working closely with the Salesforce Administrator and cross-functional teams, you will maintain accurate student and school records, update enrollment forms, and support day-to-day helpdesk needs. This role emphasizes execution, consistency, and data accuracy, with opportunities to grow technical skills over time.

The Senior Backend Engineer designs, builds, and maintains scalable backend systems and services that power learning solutions for Pansophic Learning. This role is primarily responsible for backend development, API design, and system integrations, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability. The Backend Engineer is expected to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner while continuously improving backend architecture and development practices.
