Otterbein is currently seeking a talented Interim Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at our vibrant, not-for-profit retirement community. You will oversee the preparation and serving of quality food to residents, guests, and partners under sanitary conditions, and to give great customer service.
Performs other appropriate related and unrelated assigned duties.
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
Licensure/Certification: None required, ServeSafe can be obtained while working
Experience: 0-2 years food service experience

The Executive Director leads the delivery of high quality services in a person centered environment. Responsibilities include managing the day-to day operations of the community, driving short term and long term planning activities, serving on the Otterbein Operations Team, and creating a culture of partner engagement. A key responsibility is overseeing the sales and marketing of independent living housing and referral marketing for assisted living and post-acute and skilled nursing. The ED has frequent interaction and leadership responsibility with the local board of directors and community relations
