Position Description
Origis Energy is looking for a Head of Procurement to join our growing team. This person will lead an experienced team with the main objective of creating and implementing the procurement strategy and standards across solar PV systems and BESS components. The successful candidate will help to develop and implement best-in-class procurement to effectively maximize value in the development, construction, and operations project phases.
The Head of Procurement reports to the Managing Director Procurement and O&M and is a regular, full-time position eligible for our generous employee benefits package, including employer-paid heath insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions, and other great benefits.
*The position level and title is based upon relevant experience and will be determined by hiring team.

Travel – 25-33% travel as needed (1x per month, potentially 2x per month)

Position Description
The Design Engineer role, reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering and working closely with Civil and Electrical Engineering partners, supports the site evaluation, layout design, and development of utility‑scale solar PV and Storage projects across Origis Energy’s portfolio.
This position supports early through mid‑stage project development, focusing on translating civil site constraints into constructible, efficient electrical layouts at a conceptual and preliminary level. Duties may also extend to include miscellaneous support during 30/60/90/IFC design and later construction and O&M if and when the development of internal exhibits or the review of processing of CAD drawings is needed.
This position may be filled as Design Engineer I or Design Engineer II based on candidate experience and demonstrated capability. This role is a regular, full‑time position and is eligible for Origis Energy’s comprehensive benefits package, including employer‑paid health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, and additional benefits.

Position Description
The Senior Electrical Engineer, reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering, provides enterprise-level electrical engineering expertise across Origis Energy’s utility-scale solar and energy storage portfolio. This role is responsible for electrical system engineering, including inverter-based resources, with accountability for inverter application, performance, and lifecycle support as an integral part of overall plant electrical design and operation.
The Senior Electrical Engineer plays a critical role in setting technical direction, maintaining standards, managing technical risk, and supporting project execution from early development through construction, commissioning, and long-term operations. This position is a regular, full-time role based in our Austin, TX office, and is eligible for Origis Energy’s comprehensive employee benefits package.
