We are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Platform Product Team Leader to own and lead the strategic direction of Optimove's Data Platform product team.

This is a rare dual role — a hands-on product leader who both manages a team of 2-4 Product Managers and directly drives product work across several engineering teams. You will lead the full lifecycle of the data layer that underpins Optimove: from how data flows in, through identity resolution and real-time event processing, to data activation for segmentation, sharing data back to clients, and building predictive behavioral models on top of it. Your work touches every team in Optimove and every customer we serve.

What You'll Own

The Data Platform team covers a wide and critical product surface:

• Data Ingestion — how customer data flows into Optimove from various sources, including batch and real-time event streams, to build a near-real-time single customer profile
• Identity Resolution & Matching — connecting fragmented customer identities into unified profiles at scale
• Data Activation — powering Optimove's segmentation engine with fast, reliable access to customer data
• Data Sharing — exposing enriched data back to clients via APIs, exports, and integrations
• Predictive Modeling — building behavioral and predictive models that drive intelligent marketing decisions

What You'll Do

Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 2–4 Product Managers, setting a high bar for product craft, discovery, and execution
• Build a strong team culture with clear ownership, accountability, and a bias for impact
• Set the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Platform — and ensure each PM on your team drives their area forward with clarity and urgency
• Represent the Data Platform as a cross-functional partner to engineering leadership, GTM, and executive stakeholders

Hands-On Product Work

• Personally own product strategy and execution for one or more engineering teams within the Data Platform domain
• Lead deep discovery work — from customer interviews and data analysis to technical deep-dives with engineering and architecture teams
• Translate complex infrastructure, big data, and platform challenges into clear product requirements, KPIs, and roadmaps
• Drive cross-functional alignment across all teams that depend on or consume the Data Platform

Technical & Platform Leadership

• Champion system-level thinking: scalability, reliability, data quality, and low-latency performance
• Work closely with engineers and architects on high-scale, distributed, event-driven systems
• Balance platform-level (internal) needs with customer-facing UI/UX aspects of data products
• Stay current on industry trends in CDPs, data infrastructure, identity resolution, and real-time analytics

What We're Looking For

• 8–10+ years of overall industry experience, with at least 5–7 years in B2B Product Management, ideally in SaaS, data platforms, CDPs, or infrastructure products
• 1–2+ years of people management experience — you've mentored or managed PMs and know how to grow product talent
• A seasoned product professional who brings both domain depth (data infrastructure, big data, platform engineering) and the organizational maturity to lead a team, influence across the company, and earn the trust of senior engineering and business stakeholders
• Strong technical background — comfortable engaging with engineering on event streaming, real-time processing, distributed systems, data pipelines, identity resolution, and APIs
• Deep passion for big data infrastructure, platform-level products, and the challenges of building systems used by many consumers simultaneously
• Experience owning complex backend or platform-level products with both internal-platform and customer-facing dimensions
• Exceptional Product Discovery skills — you turn ambiguous, hard problems into structured, validated product directions
• Track record of cross-functional leadership — you align diverse stakeholders and drive outcomes without always having direct authority

• Deploy and maintain critical data pipelines in production.

• Build new iGaming customer and partner relationships.
• Work with SDRs to execute outbound prospecting, in addition to hunting opportunities yourself to generate a pipeline.
• Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close SMB & mid-sized SaaS deals.
• Accurately forecast, track, and manage pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the wider team, including Customer Success and Project Managers, to ensure seamless handover and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity in the APAC region.
• Regularly travel across APAC for events and key client meetings.

• 4+ years of experience as an AE selling marketing automation, CRM, or similar MarTech solutions.
• Proven B2B SaaS sales experience selling into the APAC market, owning the full sales cycle end-to-end - a Must.
• Experience and network within the iGaming industry would be a Must.
• Ability to demonstrate regularly achieved targets.
• Strong presentation and demo skills.
• Rich and effective interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Proficiency in additional languages spoken in the APAC region would be an advantage.
