About the role:

As a Senior Product Leader and key decision-maker shaping OpenWeb's Advertising and Data strategy, the Director of Product Management will own the product vision end-to-end — from definition to execution — while keeping the product organization tightly aligned with business objectives. This role partners closely with executive, technical, and revenue leaders to ideate, build, and bring innovative product solutions to market. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our Product team while staying at the forefront of advertising technology and digital content consumption. 

What You’ll Get To Do:

• Own the programmatic supply roadmap, balancing revenue growth, publisher and advertiser value prop, and long-term monetization sustainability across OpenwebOS. 
• Drive the strategy of our unique set of Consumer Data across product lines 
• Connect the dots across multiple products to identify compounding opportunities, shared infrastructure, and bets that move the needle on the open web ecosystem as a whole.
• Pilot product commercialization in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Solutions, Client Services, and others.
• Exemplify good product management practices from gathering market intelligence, analyzing use cases, writing thoughtful PRDs, and prioritizing work according to value and revenue impact.
• **Candidates with prior people management experience will directly manage a team of product managers, while others will have the opportunity to grow into a people management role over time**

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years managing other PMs.
• Deep Ad Tech domain expertise with a strong technical understanding of SSP, DSP, data curation, or publisher monetization. You understand programmatic advertising from the inside out!
• Demonstrated track record of shipping impactful products in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML models
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable digging into data, running A/B tests, and building a case from first principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator. You can distill a complex problem into a crisp one-pager and hold your own in a room with engineers, executives, and external partners.
• A proven ability to bridge strategic vision and hands-on leadership, fostering innovation, product management excellence, and team growth.
• Customer-first and a results-driven mindset!
• Must be able to join us in our New York office 3x a week.

What You'll Get:

Our Director, Product Management compensation package includes an annual salary of $180,000 to $200,000 (based on the candidate's experience and skill set). Additionally, this role is eligible for bonus, equity and benefits, including:

What You’ll Get To Do:

• Identify and close business with relevant Mid-Market and Enterprise level advertisers/agencies.
• Hit/exceed individual quarterly and yearly revenue goals.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients through the full sales cycle.
• Communicate client KPIs, budget, and goals to Account Managers and support them in growing accounts
• Working across multiple departments, including Client Success, Sales Operations, Product, Finance, and Legal
• Actively update and maintain CRM (Salesforce) with relevant account information
• Represent the company at relevant trade shows throughout the fiscal year to increase new lead flow and secure new business opportunities

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

• 1+ year of prior digital advertising sales experience
• In depth knowledge of the digital media, programmatic, and AdTech 
• A deep understanding of brand and marketing KPIs to help articulate to partners how they can achieve their goals utilizing our suite of advertising products
• Strong attention to detail; organization and great follow-up skills
• Proven track record of sales success
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to join us in our NYC SoHo office 3x a week (Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays)

What You'll Get:

Our Senior Account Executive compensation package includes an annual base salary ranging between $85,000-$105,000 (based on candidate's experience and skill set). Additionally, this role is eligible for quarterly commissions (50/50 split + uncapped commission), equity and benefits including:

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to support the success and growth of our Email advertising partners. In this role, you’ll help manage the day-to-day relationships with advertisers, assist with onboarding, and ensure campaigns run smoothly across OpenWeb’s inventory.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited to learn about adtech, build client-facing skills, and contribute to revenue growth.

What You’ll Get To Do:

• Support the onboarding process for new advertisers across OpenWeb’s platforms
• Assist in managing a portfolio of advertising clients, ensuring a positive experience and strong performance
• Help monitor email campaign performance and work with internal teams to meet advertiser KPIs
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to execute and optimize campaigns
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upsells and renewals (with guidance from senior team members)
• Help track and organize account activity, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-ups
• Contribute to improving internal processes to make workflows more efficient and scalable

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

• 0–2 years of experience (internships or entry-level roles in adtech, customer success, or account management are a plus)
• Comfortable working with data (Excel required; experience with tools like Looker is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• High attention to detail
• Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal)

Director, Account Management and Ad Operations (Direct Demand)

About the Role

OpenWeb is seeking a senior, hands-on leader to oversee our Account Management and Ad Operations function for Direct Demand. This role will unify teams into a centralized post-sale organization responsible for campaign execution, delivery, troubleshooting, client communication, and operational excellence across multiple ad products.

Reporting directly to our EVP of Demand, this Director will lead a high-performing team across Account Management and Ad Operations, serving as the operational backbone of our growing Direct Demand business. This is a highly impactful role with the opportunity to build scalable processes, improve systems, and take a strong foundation to the next level as the demand-side business grows. 

What You’ll Do

• Lead and scale a global Account Management & Ad Operations team supporting OpenWeb’s Direct Demand business across multiple ad products
• Own the post-sale lifecycle: client asset collection, campaign setup, trafficking, launch, delivery monitoring, troubleshooting, and wrap-up
• Serve as senior escalation point for campaign delivery issues, technical or implementation challenges, performance concerns and client communication, billing discrepancies and make-goods / additional spend conversations
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth execution, accurate reporting, and strong operational alignment
• Build, improve, and document processes, workflows, and systems to support a growing Direct Demand business
• Establish clear operating rhythms, SLAs, and quality standards for campaign execution and client communication
• Drive a calm, solutions-oriented culture that focuses on problem-solving, accountability, and continuous improvement
  
  

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or publisher environments
• Proven experience in post-sale functions (Account Management, Ad Operations, Client Services, or similar) 
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Strong client-facing presence: executive communication, presentations, and difficult conversations
• Solid technical understanding of how digital ad campaigns are set up, launched, tracked, and reported (1st and 3rd party systems)
• Ability to troubleshoot delivery, performance, and technical issues across multiple stakeholders
• Strong process orientation: you enjoy building structure, documenting workflows, and improving how teams operate
• Cross-functional mindset with experience partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance
• Calm, solutions-oriented leadership style with a positive, steady approach to problem-solving
• Based in NYC and able to work from our SoHo office 3x per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays)

What You’ll Get

Our Director of Account Management & Ad Operations compensation package includes an annual base salary in the range of $150,000 – $155,000, plus a variable component, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including:
