In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level customers for our cutting-edge SaaS solutions. You will work closely with prospects and clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships. Your ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, demonstrate the value of OpenSpace, and foster long-term partnerships will be critical to your success. You will manage the entire sales cycle and sell to General Contractors, Subcontractors and Owners in the ecosystem.

What we are looking for:
Base Salary: $55,000 to $75,000
The “Base Salary: range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across all US locations including but not limited to CA, CO, NY, WA, NV, MD, CT and RI. The determination of this anticipated Base Salary involves the consideration of many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: location of candidate, unique skill sets, experience, training, performance, licensure and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. Our anticipated Base Salary determination is just one component of OpenSpace’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes equity awards, paid time off, 401(k) retirement account, flexible time off, and paid parental leave. as well as other region-specific health and wellness benefits.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytically sharp Commissions Analyst to join our Finance team on a part-time basis. This role is central to ensuring our ~80-person sales organization is paid accurately, on time, and with full transparency. You will own end-to-end commission processing, rep-facing communication, and cross-functional reporting — working closely with Sales Leadership, HR, and Accounting. The ideal candidate thrives in structured monthly cycles, is comfortable managing multiple compensation structures simultaneously, and can translate complex data into clear, rep-friendly outputs.
