About the Role
Our growth marketing team owns pipeline. This role is the engine behind it, owning the programs and campaigns that turn strategy into pipeline. You translate product marketing and brand direction into campaigns that delight our audiences, and you hold yourself and your team accountable to what those programs produce. This is a player-coach role in the truest sense. This includes owning campaigns directly — building the plan, driving execution, and consistently reporting results alongside your team. You'll also use AI as a force multiplier: to move faster, think sharper, and help your team scale output without scaling headcount. The operating system matters as much as the campaigns. You'll own the campaign planning and prioritization process, keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned, and bring structure to a demand gen function that touches every channel and every segment.
This role reports to the Director of Growth Marketing and sits alongside the Marketing Ops lead. Programs and ops together form the backbone of the growth marketing team.
What You Own
Performance Objectives
30 Days — Ramp Up & Foundations
Goal: Learn the team, understand the programs, and start contributing.
60 Days — Ownership & Execution
Goal: Take the wheel. Run the programs. Start building the operating system.
90 Days — Impact & Growth
Goal: Demonstrate full ownership. Show what the team can do when it’s running well.
You might notice we don’t have the typical list of requirements and buzzwords here. That’s intentional.
We’re looking for proven examples from your career that show you can do this job — that you’ve built systems, driven alignment, and created impact at scale. When you look back a year from now, you’ll know you’ve made OpenSesame better, faster, and stronger because of your leadership.
Although it should go without saying (but it doesn’t), OpenSesame is an equal opportunity employer and we strive to create a welcoming, inclusive environment that celebrates diversity.
Location: This position can be based anywhere in the US. We operate as a remote-first company, and invest in mandatory all-company meetings several times a year in addition to required team travel as necessary.

About the Revenue Operations Team
The Revenue Operations team is the operational backbone and growth catalyst of OpenSesame. While others may see sales mechanics, we focus on something more fundamental: creating the clarity, discipline, and systems that allow revenue to scale responsibly and predictably.
We design and operate the processes, systems, and insights that connect strategy to execution — from first customer conversation through renewal. Our work ensures revenue flows efficiently, governance is strong, and customer experience remains consistent as the business grows.
We partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Partners, Legal, Enablement, and Business Systems to remove friction, enforce smart standards, and help teams move faster without cutting corners. This role sits at the intersection of data, process, technology, and judgment — turning complexity into momentum.
About the Sales Operations Partner – Direct Sales
The Sales Operations Partner – Direct Sales is the operational backbone of the AE motion. This role exists to bring clarity, rigor, and predictability to how revenue is generated — without slowing sellers down.
Acting as a trusted partner to Sales leadership, this role ensures the pipeline is real, the forecast is defensible, and the data tells a clear story about what’s working, what’s at risk, and where to focus next. Rather than reacting to end-of-quarter surprises, the Sales Operations Partner proactively pressure-tests assumptions, surfaces insights, and helps the business scale with confidence.
Performance Objectives
Establish Clarity and Trust (First 30 Days)
Build Operational Rigor (60 Days)
Establish Strong Operating Foundations (First 60–90 Days)
Scale Predictability and Impact (90+ Days)
Drive Predictability and Insight (3–6 Months)
Scale and Optimize the Revenue Engine (6+ Months)
You might notice we don’t have the typical list of requirements and buzzwords here. That’s intentional.
We’re looking for proven examples from your career that show you can do this job — that you’ve built systems, driven alignment, and created impact at scale. When you look back a year from now, you’ll know you’ve made OpenSesame better, faster, and stronger because of your leadership.
Although it should go without saying (but it doesn’t), OpenSesame is an equal opportunity employer and we strive to create a welcoming, inclusive environment that celebrates diversity.
Location: This position can be located anywhere in the U.S. All positions will require up to 15 days of travel per year for company-wide events (typically January, May, September).
Performance Driven: We’re looking for self-starters with a track record of follow-through, curiosity, and results. We don’t hire based on a checklist — we hire for potential, drive, and evidence of performance. If you’re motivated to learn, comfortable with experimentation, and excited about how technology can make sales more human, you’ll fit right in.
Compensation: On-target earnings for this role range between $100,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience, which includes base salary and variable incentive compensation based on performance. At OpenSesame, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees upon hire, including ISOs, health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, relying on market data to determine compensation and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience.
Equal Employment Opportunity: OpenSesame is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer that values and welcomes diversity. We do not discriminate on the basis of various legally protected characteristics, including criminal history, and strive to provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities. We prioritize safety and security and may use your information accordingly, and you can contact us for assistance or accommodations during the job application process.
Pay Transparency: At OpenSesame, we prioritize pay transparency, fairness, and equity to create a positive and inclusive work environment, regularly reviewing our compensation practices to align with our values and goals. We provide competitive and fair compensation to our employees based on their skills, experience, and performance.
CPRA (California Candidates): When you submit your application, OpenSesame may collect and use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy and the CPRA. This may include personal details and employment history, and will only be used for employment-related purposes. We may share this information with third-party service providers, but we will not sell it to third parties. We deliver integrated software, curated and customizable content, and expert services embedded into existing learning, HR, and work systems to help organizations expand their human + AI potential and thrive through change.
About the Role
Our growth marketing team is the engine behind pipeline, and we're looking for someone who sits at the intersection of campaign operations and AI to help us create better experiences for our prospects and customers, faster and more effectively.

You're already hands-on with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and HubSpot Breeze, and you have opinions about them. You care about the experience on the other end of every email you send, you're energized by building systems that scale, and you thrive in a team that moves fast and values impact. You'll work with best-in-class tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified, Clay, and Asana – and you'll bring the curiosity and drive to push what's possible with all of them.

Goal: Learn the systems, understand the team's work, and start contributing to execution.
60 Days — Ownership & Execution
Goal: Take ownership of recurring processes, execute independently, and begin applying AI in your workflow.

About the Team
The Partners Team plays a critical role in extending that impact. We build and scale mutually beneficial relationships with leading LMSs, LXPs, HR platforms, and technology partners that distribute, bundle, or refer to OpenSesame's enterprise learning solutions globally. Our mandate is to create a scalable, tiered partner ecosystem that fuels indirect revenue, amplifies partner-led go-to-market motions, and delivers a world-class partner experience.
As Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will act as the architect and leader of this ecosystem, connecting strategy to execution, partners to product, and opportunity to revenue. You are a hands-on, player/coach leader who builds systems, drives outcomes, and leads by example.
You will define and evolve OpenSesame’s partner strategy, lead a global team of Strategic Partner Managers, own the programmatic maturity of the partner ecosystem, and serve as an executive-level partner to both internal leaders and external stakeholders.
This role requires approximately 25% travel to support partner relationships, executive collaboration, and industry presence.

Drive Program Insight & Early Impact (60–90 Days)
Scale the Partner Operating System (90–180 Days)
Deliver Sustained Ecosystem Growth (12+ Months)

When you look back a year from now, you’ll know you’ve made OpenSesame stronger, faster, and more scalable because of the partner organization you built and led.
