We are seeking an Outreach Coordination Manager to lead and coach a small team responsible for high-volume outbound member outreach. This is an entry-level, hands-on manager role (player-coach) focused on executing and improving a critical outreach experiment: driving stronger member engagement, increasing conversion through the scheduling funnel, and ensuring a consistently high-quality member experience. The ideal candidate brings hands-on outbound leadership experience, strong performance management instincts, and a highly operational approach to running day-to-day execution.
NOTE - This role will initially be a 3mo contract with possibility to extend or convert pending outcomes.
Manage, coach, and develop the Outreach Coordinator team to deliver strong daily execution and consistent performance.
Set clear daily outreach expectations and conversion goals, and hold the team accountable to performance against them.
Monitor key funnel metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and refine call scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling strategies to improve member engagement and conversion outcomes.
Review team performance regularly, deliver actionable coaching, and support ongoing skill development.
Provide weekly reporting and insights on experiment performance, including progress against key metrics and recommendations for optimization.
Partner closely with Member Services, Product, and other cross-functional teams to identify operational friction and improve the member journey.
Help build a disciplined, high-accountability team culture grounded in empathy, execution, and continuous improvement.
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to members preparing to schedule imaging exams, convert member outreach into scheduled imaging appointments, and deliver a consistently high-quality member experience across every interaction.
Experience as an SDR/BDR team lead, inside sales team lead, or in another frontline outbound sales leadership role.
Proven experience managing high-volume outbound activity and driving performance against conversion goals.
Strong coaching and performance management skills, with the ability to develop early-career team members through clear feedback and accountability.
Comfortable using funnel metrics and activity data to diagnose issues, prioritize interventions, and improve outcomes.
Excellent communication skills and sound judgment in a fast-paced, highly execution-oriented environment.
Highly organized, operationally strong, and motivated by measurable performance improvement.

The base range for this position is $800 - $1,000 per week. Individual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, experience, location, and applicable laws.

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative, Member Outreach to support high-volume outbound outreach to members who are preparing to schedule imaging exams. This is a high-impact role focused on engaging members at a critical point in their care journey, clearly communicating the value of OneImaging, and guiding them toward scheduling through our platform. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a highly empathetic approach to member interactions.

What you'll do:
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to members preparing to schedule imaging exams.
Clearly and effectively communicate the value of OneImaging, including cost savings, convenience, and a better overall imaging experience.
Build trust quickly with members by leading thoughtful, empathetic, and solutions-oriented conversations.
Address questions and objections with confidence and professionalism, helping members feel informed and supported.
Convert member outreach into scheduled imaging appointments through OneImaging.
Accurately document outreach activity, outcomes, and follow-up steps in internal systems.
Identify common member concerns and share feedback with cross-functional partners to help improve messaging, workflows, and conversion performance.
Deliver a consistently high-quality member experience across every interaction.
About you:
1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, call center sales, or another high-volume outbound role.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with significant outbound call activity.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to tailor your approach to a range of member needs and situations.
Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to guide conversations toward clear next steps.
Highly organized, reliable, and disciplined in managing follow-up and documenting activity.
Motivated by performance goals, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes.

Your role is to engage members and partners when they connect with One Imaging, answering questions accurately and guiding them through the One Imaging member journey, while maintaining a positive disposition. As well as supporting exam scheduling by connecting with referring providers as needed. This is a high-impact role where your ability to actively listen, communicate clearly, and resolve issues consistently directly drives member satisfaction and trust in the company.
