THE ROLE
The Key Account Manager – Northeast will own and grow OLIPOP’s business across key regional retailers including Wegmans, Giant Eagle, and Food City. This individual will serve as the strategic lead for their accounts, building strong customer partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue, profitability, and executional excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the steward of assigned key accounts by leveraging deep business insight to identify growth opportunities, navigate challenges proactively, and deliver against revenue and profitability objectives.
- Build and strengthen relationships across customer organizations, including buyers, replenishment, shopper marketing, and senior leadership, to drive collaboration, influence decision-making, and unlock growth opportunities.
- Build strong broker partnerships through clear direction, ongoing coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to drive customer success and business growth.
- Develop and execute customer-specific promotional strategies in partnership with Revenue Growth Management and Finance teams to optimize trade spend, maximize ROI, and improve profitability.
- Lead all innovation and new item selling initiatives with retailers, driving speed to market and maximizing distribution opportunities.
- Communicate priorities and execution expectations to OLIPOP field teams, broker partners, and third-party merchandising teams to ensure best-in-class in-store execution.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize route-to-market strategies in partnership with Distributor Management and Operations teams to support scalable and efficient growth.
- Partner closely with Demand Planning and Commercial Planning teams to deliver accurate forecasts and support supply continuity against production lead times.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Category, Commercial, and Shopper Marketing teams to leverage syndicated data, consumer insights, and brand assets to drive brand awareness, customer growth, and in-store visibility.
- Present account performance, priorities, strategies, and growth initiatives regularly to OLIPOP leadership.
- Travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, offsites, and internal meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 4 years of key account experience, including strong background working with Northeast regional accounts and the CPG industry.
- Headquarter-level experience with Wegmans and/or Giant Eagle, along with broker management experience, is highly preferred.
- Strong planning, organization and project management skills, along with excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing trade spend, forecasting, promotional planning, and delivering against revenue and profitability objectives.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong ownership mentality and the ability to independently lead initiatives from strategy through execution in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, with experience navigating challenging negotiations to find the “triple win” (for OLIPOP, our customers, and our consumers) and communicate the OLIPOP brand story.
- Cross-functional collaborator, with the ability to rally internal and external partners around a mutual goal.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify business opportunities in retailer data. Experience with Nielsen/SPINS, Numerator and Muffin preferred.
- Competence in Microsoft Suite, including intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables and complex data analysis). Experience with team collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Clean driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

$100k-$120k Base + Bonus

THE ROLE
The Walmart Customer Planning Manager at OLIPOP will increase sales efficiency through strategic insights, working collaboratively with revenue growth management, finance and demand teams to deliver consistent and aligned sales strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to forecast demand, experience managing/tracking promotional efforts, and excellent cross-functional leadership skills. A passion for (and experience with) Walmart, Sam’s Club and Value Channel customers, combined with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships will be critical for success.
We're currently prioritizing candidates that are based in Bentonville, AR, or the surrounding area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Forecasting:
Develop and manage accurate sales, production, and operational targets based on historical data, market trends, and business forecasts.
Promotional Planning:
Maintaining accurate promotional planning and spending information across our planning tools. Ensure contracts/submissions are up to date and tracked effectively. Support with post Promotional Analysis to ensure the strongest ROI on trade strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment on targets, timelines, strategies, and resource allocation.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations on performance.
Retail Execution:
Effectively communicate strategies and priorities to field teams and 3rd party merchandising partners to optimize sales at Walmart.
Customer Support functions:
Provide necessary customer support functions to ensure optimal sales and revenue to be realized.
- Oversee the input and management of promotional plans in customer portals.
- Ensure accurate item set up in retail customer systems including specs and content.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of customer planning and/or retailer account management experience within the CPG industry
- Required experience working directly with Walmart at the headquarters level
- Strong ability to build compelling presentations, analyze data, and deliver insights to leadership teams
- Proficiency in Anaplan (or similar forecasting tools) and experience with Walmart new item setup processes
- Demonstrated holistic sales acumen aligned to strategic business goals, including:
- Leveraging data to drive insights and storytelling
- Developing both primary and contingency strategies to deliver results

THE ROLE

OLIPOP is looking for a Director of Sales Central. In this role you’ll prioritize your time to focus on the highest impact areas, while working with and inspiring our DSD partners, third-party sales resources, retailers, and dynamic team to deliver a whole greater than the sum of its parts. You’ll be leading, managing, and owning the business across the entire Central region. With laser focus, you’ll be exploring and driving new opportunities, while also building on the high velocities we’re already seeing in the market.
This role will work closely with the Vice President of Sales and broader team to further the development, sales, and promotion of the brand while building brand loyalty across all sales channels. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with senior management, marketing, and national accounts to communicate and execute against company strategic direction, priorities, and financial guardrails.
- Establish and manage partnerships with DSD distributors and regional food brokers.
- Establish and communicate a monthly volume and distribution plan to achieve overall objectives in the market.
- Translate national business strategy into clear and locally executable plans and focus resources accordingly within the territory.
- Negotiate funding agreements with distributor partners for all channels of trade.
- Design and implement incentive programs intended to guide distributor organizations in achieving sales objectives.
- Execute and evaluate rolling forecasts against annual plans on a monthly basis.
- Leverage key consumption data sources, developing fact-based plans and solutions.
- Manage key retailers: establish promotion calendars, new items, trade spend investment, post-promo analysis, and retail programs.
- Build innovative presentations for total business and distribution partners designed to initiate an action-oriented response.
- Lead, motivate, mentor, coach, and train a team of Regional Managers to deliver results by establishing measurable goals by territory and customer.
- Provide category management leadership and marketplace insights and analysis.
- Conceive of and execute big-picture short and long term plans for portfolio architecture, territory expansion, marketing support, budgets, sales forecasts by SKU, and distributors. Create vision, goals, strategies, objectives, and tactics.
- Accountable for cost containment, sales growth, revenue and profit growth.

- Enthusiastic and comfortable working in an early stage company. Ability to think rapidly in a growing and changing environment.
- Experience in the Natural Products Industry and relevant classes of trade with CPG selling background in (refrigerated/ambient/frozen) spaces highly preferred.
- Established relationships and experience working with key retail accounts and multiple distributors across multiple channels.
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously – you can run with something from beginning to end.
- Works well with ambiguity – can navigate in the gray and asks the right questions to get at the solution.
- Analyze opportunities quickly and have an ability to execute company goals efficiently.
- Resourcefulness to improvise and adapt to deal with daily challenges via creative problem solving.
- Strong planning, organization and project management skills, along with excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication and presentation skills. Full competence with G-Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales within a consumer-packaged goods company.
- Proficient in Data Tools (SPINS, Retailer Portals) and Trade Math (selling price, margins, etc.).
- Clean driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance.

COMPENSATION: $150k-$170k base + Bonus

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a 100% field-based merchandising role supporting OLIPOP in merchandising at key retailer locations in the Denver, Colorado market. These Merchandisers ensure Look of Success execution, support Key Account mandates, drive distribution, and maintain OLIPOP’s in-store presence across major retailers. Performance will be measured in these roles by voids, % of account mandates executed via CRM tool, and volume growth.
This position is intended to cover a short-term business need, and we anticipate will end no later than December 31, 2026.
RESPONSIBILTIIES
- Execute daily merchandising across assigned accounts following Look of Success standards.
- Drive distribution, shelf standards, and Key Account mandate compliance.
- Ensure product is fully stocked, rotated, and placed correctly.
- Build and maintain mandated and incremental displays.
- Complete up to 15 store visits per day, beginning at 8 am local time and ending day at 5 pm.
- Leverage routing goals for the day to visit specific stores, while beginning to review account priorities to support additional stores.
- Accurately document execution and reporting in CRM tool.
- Maintain OLIPOP assets and communicate store-level opportunities to Sales leadership. Share account updates and in-store execution with field sales teams using tools likeSlack,CRM.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year of merchandising or field sales experience in beverage, distributor, or CPG.
- Experience with large format or natural channel retailers preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable insured personal vehicle, and clean driving record.
- Openness to commute up to 30 miles outside of home location for store visits
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and travel ~30 miles based on route.
- Ability to remain standing in retail environments and seated in a vehicle for extended periods as part of regular job duties.
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate autonomously.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience utilizing productivity tools i.e Slack, Repsly
This position supports OLIPOP's retail presence. The individual will be employed by TCW Global, which directs and supervises all work performed under this role.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Must have a clean driving record and meet company standards for safe operation of vehicles.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
COMPENSATION:
$20.00-$24.00/hr.
