ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be the face of OLIPOP in your region, driving grassroots awareness and trial through local guerrilla marketing efforts, event activations, and in-store sampling programs. This role requires a dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills to supervise a team of Brand Ambassadors and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that connect national strategy with local execution.
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex (Dallas preferred). Ideal candidates will be based on the Dallas side of the metro, including areas such as Plano or Frisco. Ability to travel within the DFW area as needed (up to 1–2 hours). Approximately 45 minutes from Dallas–Fort Worth International Airport.
This role requires a strong local presence, with an average of 4 days per week committed to in-market activities in these regions.

About the Role
OLIPOP is seeking a Motion Designer with strong video editing capabilities to help bring our brand to life through movement, storytelling, and pacing. This role is ideal for a designer who thinks in motion first, but is equally comfortable editing footage to create compelling, platform-ready content. You’ll support major brand initiatives, social-first storytelling, paid media, and internal content; partnering closely with design, brand, and social teams. This is a hands-on, execution-forward role with creative ownership and visibility.
We’re looking for a Motion Designer is a motion‑first thinker with a strong design foundation and a love for bringing ideas to life through movement. You’re formally trained in motion design, with light but confident video editing chops, and you’re comfortable flexing between concept, execution, and iteration.
You’ve worked closely with in‑house creative teams before, partnering directly with art directors, writers, and designers and understand how great work gets made collaboratively. You’re not precious about your work, welcome feedback, and thrive in an iterative environment where ideas evolve quickly.

THE ROLE
The Key Account Manager – Northeast will own and grow OLIPOP’s business across key regional retailers including Wegmans, Giant Eagle, and Food City. THE ROLE
The Walmart Customer Planning Manager at OLIPOP will increase sales efficiency through strategic insights, working collaboratively with revenue growth management, finance and demand teams to deliver consistent and aligned sales strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to forecast demand, experience managing/tracking promotional efforts, and excellent cross-functional leadership skills. A passion for (and experience with) Walmart, Sam’s Club and Value Channel customers, combined with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships will be critical for success.
We're currently prioritizing candidates that are based in Bentonville, AR, or the surrounding area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Forecasting:
Develop and manage accurate sales, production, and operational targets based on historical data, market trends, and business forecasts.
Promotional Planning:
Maintaining accurate promotional planning and spending information across our planning tools. Ensure contracts/submissions are up to date and tracked effectively. Support with post Promotional Analysis to ensure the strongest ROI on trade strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment on targets, timelines, strategies, and resource allocation.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations on performance.
Retail Execution:
Effectively communicate strategies and priorities to field teams and 3rd party merchandising partners to optimize sales at Walmart.
Customer Support functions:
Provide necessary customer support functions to ensure optimal sales and revenue to be realized.

OLIPOP is looking for a Director of Sales Central. In this role you’ll prioritize your time to focus on the highest impact areas, while working with and inspiring our DSD partners, third-party sales resources, retailers, and dynamic team to deliver a whole greater than the sum of its parts. You’ll be leading, managing, and owning the business across the entire Central region. With laser focus, you’ll be exploring and driving new opportunities, while also building on the high velocities we’re already seeing in the market.
This role will work closely with the Vice President of Sales and broader team to further the development, sales, and promotion of the brand while building brand loyalty across all sales channels. THE ROLE
The Vice President, Quality, Regulatory & R&D is accountable for building and leading an integrated technical organization that protects consumers, ensures compliant and consistent product quality, and accelerates innovation from concept through commercialization. ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a 100% field-based merchandising role supporting OLIPOP in merchandising at key retailer locations in the Denver, Colorado market. These Merchandisers ensure Look of Success execution, support Key Account mandates, drive distribution, and maintain OLIPOP’s in-store presence across major retailers. Performance will be measured in these roles by voids, % of account mandates executed via CRM tool, and volume growth.
This position is intended to cover a short-term business need, and we anticipate will end no later than December 31, 2026.

THE ROLE
The R&D Manager, Brand Maintenance & Productivity is responsible for maintaining the integrity, quality, and efficiency of the existing beverage portfolio. This role leads formula stewardship, cost optimization initiatives, and technical execution of brand maintenance projects. The position is a hands-on technical leadership role that manages a team of R&D Scientists or Technicians while actively contributing to formulation, experimentation, and plant trial execution.
