About the Role: 

The Influencer Performance & Content Coordinator will support the execution and optimization of OLAPLEX’s influencer performance marketing and creator content initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Influencer Performance & Content Marketing, this role will focus on supporting creator partnerships, tracking influencer performance, managing creator-generated content, and helping scale influencer campaigns across paid media, affiliate, and organic channels.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and passionate about creator marketing and social media performance.

Influencer Campaign Execution

• Support the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Coordinate creator deliverables, timelines, and campaign logistics
• Manage influencer outreach, product seeding, and briefing support
• Track campaign deliverables and ensure content is delivered on time

Creator Content Management

• Organize and manage influencer-generated content for use across paid media, organic social, retail, and DTC channels
• Support the creation of a scalable content pipeline from creators
• Coordinate usage rights and asset delivery across internal teams
• Identify high-performing creator content for paid amplification and whitelisting
• Partner with retail marketing teams to support creator-led content needs for key retail partners and campaigns

Performance & Reporting

• Track campaign performance across key metrics, including EMV, engagement, clicks, CPA, and conversions
• Support weekly and monthly influencer performance reporting
• Monitor creator performance and flag high-performing talent for scaling partnerships
• Maintain reporting dashboards and campaign trackers

Affiliate & Performance Marketing Support

• Support the execution of affiliate and performance creator programs (ShopMy, creator storefronts, etc.)
• Track affiliate creator performance and optimize partnerships based on conversion data
• Help identify creators that drive strong CTR, engagement, and revenue performance

Talent Research & Creator Partnerships

• Identify and vet emerging creators aligned with OLAPLEX brand positioning
• Maintain influencer databases and talent pipelines
• Assist with creator communications and partnership coordination

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Social, Paid Media, PR, and E-commerce teams to align on creator content opportunities
• Collaborate with retail partners (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, Amazon) to identify creators and develop content that supports retail marketing initiatives
• Support influencer activations tied to product launches, campaigns, and retail moments
• Assist with influencer events, brand experiences, and creator gifting programs

About You:  

• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media marketing
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and creator content trends
• Experience tracking influencer campaign performance and reporting metrics

About the Role: 

OLAPLEX is looking for a NetSuite Engineer who will be a technical subject matter expert to support and monitor key operational aspects of NetSuite. As a NetSuite Engineer, you will translate high-level business goals into automated, scalable solutions that streamline our global financial and operational workflows. 

You will work with internal stakeholders and outsourced partners to implement the roadmap and develop solutions for recurring software maintenance, enhancements, customizations, and ongoing support. 

Responsibilities: 

• In partnership with internal NetSuite team members and key leadership stakeholders, develop, maintain, enhance, and maximize NetSuite capabilities in support of the business
• Troubleshoot issues with our eCommerce/ERP/EDI/3PL environments and work collaboratively to prepare our system for customer launches, financial tracking, and automation
• Work cross-functionally on roadmap projects involving Finance, Accounting and Supply Chain applications
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs
• Ensure proper change management processes that meet SOX and SoD requirements and maintain data integrity
• Configure NetSuite to align to company use of forms, field, and customer records to manage unique business process requirements
• Ensure business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite and other IT enterprise applications
• Create and execute a test plan and tests in Sandbox to be utilized prior to upgrades, ensuring all functionality works as expected and without interruption
• Assist with data analysis, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, change management and support for optimal usage within NetSuite

About You:  

• 4+ years of experience as a NetSuite Engineer with JavaScript focus 
• Experience working at a public company with an understanding of SOX and SoD compliance best practices
• Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality and features; Oneworld, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Advanced Manufacturing and Advanced Billing modules
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities and manage conflicting priorities
• Strong experience with NetSuite SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF)
• Hands-on experience with Javascript, SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0/2.1
• Experience creating enterprise integrations via SuiteTalk, REST APIs, SOAP and EDI between NetSuite and external systems such as 3PLs, Shopify, Bill.com and others
• Experience using Github and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Agile SCRUM framework
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts such as classes, inheritance etc
• Practical knowledge of integrating LLMs (e.g., Claude or Gemini) into ERP workflows via REST web services or NetSuite’s AI Connector 
• Strong understanding of NetSuite model and functionality including creating custom records, custom fields, saved searches, and creating/modifying workflows
• Thorough business analysis knowledge including the ability to use flow diagrams, state charts, business cases, and other analysis/design tools

About the Role: 

The Senior Manager of Distribution is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the operational and financial excellence of Olaplex’s global fulfillment network. Overseeing 9 distribution centers across multiple 3PL providers, you will serve as the primary architect of our distribution strategy. This role is designed for a strategic operator with a "player-coach" mentality—someone who can dive into daily 3PL performance while simultaneously building the scalable processes and team needed for our next phase of growth. Successful partnership with multiple teams (internal and external) is a key success metric as the role serves as the point person for all distribution-related needs and issues within the Olaplex organization and our customers.  

Responsibilities: 

• 3PL Management:  Lead the management of daily operations with current and future 3PL warehouse providers to ensure service levels are met or exceeded 
• Strategic Sourcing: Lead the selection and onboarding of new 3PL partners, including the design and execution of RFPs, contract negotiations, and network optimization studies 
• Financial Stewardship: Full P&L accountability for the distribution budget, driving cost-to-serve reductions through rigorous invoice auditing and labor efficiency initiatives
• People Leadership: Directly manage and develop a team of direct reports, focusing on professional development and operational excellence
• Performance Management:  Drive the design, development, and evaluation of 3PL warehouse performance metrics, recommending and implementing improvements or corrective action 
• Cross Functional Partnership Management: Lead cross functional teams to drive the successful flow of inventory by monitoring 3PL warehouse order accuracy, fill rates, inventory accuracy and order status 
• Own cross functional communication with Customer Support, Transportation, Procurement and E-Commerce teams to plan and prioritize activities at the 3PL warehouses 
• Performance Mitigation: Drive successful resolution of all service issues related to customer orders and 3PL warehouse operations 
• Growth Agility: Coordinate the review and launch of new customers to ensure distribution related requirements are identified and confirmed with 3PL warehouses 
• Project Management: Drive the evaluation, approval, coordination, and completion of 3PL warehouse special projects 
• Site Visits:  Complete 3PL warehouse (domestic and international) visits to inspect operations, strengthen partnerships and drive continuous operational improvements 

About You:  

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business/Logistics/Distribution 
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years progressive supply chain experience within 3PL warehouse / distribution environments   
• Experience managing and directing internal and external partners with operational priorities and issue resolution 
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to ensure strategic and tactical project implementations and go lives  
• Demonstrates proactive problem-solving skills 
• Strong and effective written and interpersonal communication skills 
• Detail oriented with strong follow through skills - able to organize and prioritize multiple priorities 
• Has a sense of urgency in managing time, while accomplishing tasks
• Advanced Analytics & Systems Exceptional computer skills, including NetSuite, WMS platforms and Microsoft Office products

• Ability to travel up to 30% (domestically and internationally) to support 3PL launches, audits, and 3PL performance assessments
