We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to own and accelerate Observe.AI’s end-to-end revenue engine. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving pipeline, optimizing conversion, and scaling efficient growth across all digital and lifecycle channels. This role requires a growth leader who is highly fluent in leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and scale, thrives in a lean and fast-moving team environment, and brings a creative, experiment-driven mindset to uncover unconventional ways to accelerate pipeline and revenue.
You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to build a predictable, data-driven growth machine that fuels our next stage of scale. This role is critical to Observe.AI’s growth trajectory. In this role you will directly influence how we acquire customers, scale efficiently, and compete in a rapidly evolving AI market.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own Pipeline Growth: Drive qualified pipeline across inbound, outbound support, and product-led motions to meet aggressive revenue targets
- Build & Scale Growth Engine: Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across paid media, SEO, lifecycle/email, website, and conversion optimization
- Optimize Funnel Performance: Analyze and improve conversion across the full funnel—from first touch through closed-won
- Lead Demand Generation: Oversee demand gen programs including ABM, digital campaigns, webinars, and content distribution
- Experimentation & Analytics: Build a culture of rapid experimentation (A/B testing, CRO, landing pages, messaging) grounded in data and ROI
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Align tightly with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead quality, routing, and pipeline velocity
- Own Martech & Growth Stack: Evaluate and optimize tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution tools, analytics platforms)
- Build & Lead Team: Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth and demand-gen marketing team
What You Bring to the Role
- 10+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with 3–5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue in B2B SaaS (AI, CX, infrastructure or enterprise software experience strongly preferred)
- Deep expertise in paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions (SQL, attribution models, etc. a plus)
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and RevOps in a high-growth environment
- Hands-on leader who can both set strategy and dive into execution

Salary Range
The base salary compensation range targeted for this full-time position is $205,000-$220,000 Range per annum. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity (in the form of options). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.

This role will focus on creating high-value experiences designed specifically to engage strategic accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and generate meaningful pipeline to accelerate revenue growth
You’ll lead the strategy behind our presence at major industry events and curated executive experiences, using creativity, precision, and data-driven insight to translate our value into powerful brand storytelling. Your work will directly elevate Observe.AI’s visibility, strengthen relationships with strategic accounts, and accelerate revenue impact by connecting our innovations in Agentic AI Agents for customers, frontline employees, and operations to real customer outcomes.
What You’ll be Doing
- Strategic Account Alignment: Design and execute event strategies that directly support engagement and growth within top-tier strategic accounts. Partner with Sales, Account Management, and ABM teams to align event plans with account goals and pipeline objectives.
- Event Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of flagship tradeshows, third-party conferences, and executive experiences that advance strategic account objectives. Oversee logistics, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-brand, high-impact delivery.
- Pipeline Generation: Develop event programs that accelerate the sales cycle, influence pipeline creation, and deliver measurable ROI across key verticals and strategic segments.
- Brand Experience & Storytelling: Oversee onsite brand presence — booth design, messaging, activations, and experiences — ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. Collaborate with Product Marketing to bring our brand story to life through compelling thought leadership, content, and event narratives.
- Thought Leadership: Identify and secure high-impact speaking, sponsorship, and partner opportunities to showcase Observe.AI’s deep expertise and leadership in the GenAI and CX markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing to drive unified messaging, maximize ROI, and ensure measurable outcomes tied to pipeline and account engagement.
- Measurement & Optimization: Establish clear event KPIs and continuously optimize event performance to enhance reach, impact, and ROI.
What You Bring to the Role
- 8+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or field marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven success designing and executing event programs for strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and how events drive engagement within key accounts.
- Deep expertise in trade-shows, sponsorship strategy, executive programs, and customer experience events.
- Exceptional project management, stakeholder alignment, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; able to connect creative event design to pipeline and revenue impact.
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and measurable outcomes in a fast-moving market.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
