As part of Nu Mexico's AML Ops team, you'll be on the front line of protecting our financial ecosystem — detecting suspicious activity, stopping money laundering, and ensuring our operations stay fully compliant with Mexican regulations. As part of Nu Mexico's KYC Ops team, you'll be at the heart of one of the most important compliance functions in a financial institution — making sure we truly know our customers, protect them, and protect the business from financial crime. The Senior Network Engineer will join the Connectivity Engineering team within Nubank’s Foundation Business Unit, responsible for the core connectivity platforms that support our regulated environments and customer‑facing products in Mexico and across Latin America. The 3PP Specialist (Mexico) is the dedicated guardian and owner of Nu's critical Third-Party Provider (3PP) process within our regulated banking operations in Mexico. This role supports and enables the Contract Owners (who are accountable for individual 3PP files and their authorization) by providing process expertise, consistency checks, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration, without directly owning content creation or leading direct vendor interactions.

Requirements
