Northmarq is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of a Marketing/Graphic Design Specialist to support our marketing and transaction efforts for our Multifamily Investment Sales teams in the Charlotte, NC office. The position entails working with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the individual will require independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. This position will play a key role in assisting Sales Teams with graphic design, e-marketing, and photo editing in the promotion of our real estate listings including the deliverables and marketing campaigns.
*This position is an in-office position with an immediate near term start date.

As part of our aggressive growth strategy, we are seeking a broker to join our Multifamily Investment Sales team in our Charlotte, NC (Vantage) office. This individual will become a top investment sales producer who wants to take their production to the next level. Our unique, entrepreneurial approach to building and supporting teams allows our Investment Brokers to develop a business within our platform. This position will be given autonomy to create their own business model and will be responsible for contributing to the bottom-line success of their team.
*This position is an in-office position, with an immediate start date.
*This position is intended for professionals with minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have prior full-time experience performing similar responsibilities and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This is not an entry-level role.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Professional Certifications or Licenses: The candidate must hold a current valid real estate license in the state they will be working prior to starting the program or obtain one within the first 90 days of beginning with Northmarq.
Compensation: This position operates as a 1099 independent contractor full commission team agreement incentive plan basis.

Northmarq seeks a motivated individual to join its expanding team in Walnut Creek, CA as an Associate Broker. This presents an opportunity for adaptable individuals with a strong work ethic and ambition to thrive in a sales role within an environment that fosters collaboration. Working alongside senior brokers, the Associate will gain valuable experience in Commercial Real Estate, specializing in Multifamily Investment Sales, with the potential for unlimited earnings and growth.
Position Responsibilities:
- Engage in prospecting through cold calling and utilizing various resources to identify new leads.
- Research new leads to uncover, identify and connect within target markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and analytics team to create tailored proposals.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- List and promote multifamily properties.
- Cultivate relationships with influential decision-makers.
What We're Looking For:
- Currently holds a Salesperson/Broker license or is willing to begin process to obtain one within 30 days of starting.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate is preferred.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a willingness to exceed expectations.
- Proficiency in critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness in research
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele
- Strong work ethic coupled with drive for excellence
- Strong client service mindset

This is a pipeline for future Investment Sales Analyst to join one of our active multifamily brokerage teams based in our Charlotte, NC office.
The Senior Analyst role plays a key part in the financial analysis, underwriting, and marketing of exclusive multifamily investment sales assignments, working closely with top Producers in the industry from the outset of each engagement. The position offers direct exposure to multifamily assets and development opportunities across market location, supporting transactions for both private and institutional capital.
