About the role:
This role is best for someone who has a combination of strong Marketo expertise with excellent operational discipline and a sharp eye for optimization. The ideal candidate is someone already using AI in practice and is comfortable applying AI to improve speed, quality, analysis, testing, and overall team productivity. You will own email and nurture strategy, oversee marketing automation execution, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of key programs across forms, routing, data, and campaign workflows. This role will also manage one specialist level role focused on Email Marketing.
This role sits within marketing, but partners closely with RevOps who owns the broader company-wide systems and operations. This role owns marketing’s automation strategy, execution, and process improvement, with Marketo at the center.

Target Compensation Range (US ONLY): 120,000 - 135,000 USD annually. On target compensation refers to the base salary and applicable variable target for this role. The range is an estimate, base pay will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate's skills and experience aligned with the needs of the role. Base pay may vary based on several factors including geographic location, role specific qualifications, and seniority. About the role:
The Director, Finance – FP&A is a senior finance leader responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across the business. This is a rare opportunity to help define and scale an emerging category at the intersection of AI, automation, and business orchestration. You will work at the center of innovation and revenue growth, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership to turn market insight into strategy, messaging, launches, and pipeline impact.
From early concept validation and market readiness assessment to launch strategy and post-launch optimization, you will play a critical role across the full product lifecycle. You will help determine where we can win, how we should position, and what it will take to drive adoption and growth in the market. In partnership with Campaign Managers, you will also help build programs that generate awareness, adoption, expansion, and pipeline across priority segments and routes to market.
