We're looking for a Demand Generation Leader who builds systems, not one-off campaigns. You'll own our full-funnel performance marketing engine from awareness through activation and expansion.
This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with leverage through automation and systems, not headcount. You'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps to translate product signals and pipeline data into personalized, multi-channel programs that drive qualified demos and accelerate growth.

Own Full-Funnel Performance Marketing.
Design, execute, and optimize demand gen programs across the entire buyer journey.
Run a Structured Experimentation Program.
Stand up a rigorous test-and-learn framework across channels, audiences, creatives, and offers.
Build the Allocation Engine.
Develop the system that governs how we deploy budget across channels and campaigns.
Establish Measurement Clarity.
Create clear, trustworthy visibility into ROI across every channel and campaign.
Grow and Activate Our Prospect Database.
Deliver consistent increases in the size and engagement quality of our marketable database.
AI-First Execution.
Your primary tools are becoming code, APIs, and AI workflows, not spreadsheets and platform UIs.
Systems Over Tasks.
You build loops, not checklists. You think in workflows and feedback mechanisms, not one-off campaigns.

The Synchronizer API is the strategic core of NexHealth. The SaaS product was the wedge that gave us deep integration with thousands of practice management systems – the API is what we built that wedge for, and it’s where the next decade of the company gets built.
This role exists to scale that. You’ll be the founding senior Solutions Engineer on the API team – the technical anchor on our most important enterprise opportunities and the person who makes it possible to land them.

We’re hiring a Full Life Cycle Technical Recruiter to help scale NexHealth’s Engineering organization. In this role, you will own recruiting from intake through offer and close, partnering closely with Engineering leaders to deliver high-quality prospects across a range of software engineering roles.
While this role will place significant emphasis on Senior (L5) and Staff (L6) Software Engineering hires, you’ll also support broader engineering hiring needs as the business evolves. You’ll operate as a trusted talent advisor—shaping hiring strategy, influencing decisions, and ensuring we consistently attract and close strong technical talent.
This is a senior individual contributor role with high ownership, autonomy, and visibility.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Enterprise Sales team and fuel our growth in the upper end of the market. You’ll work with a small group of AEs and Marketers targeting our top enterprise accounts using a highly strategic, account-based approach.

About the Role
We’re growing our Enterprise Sales team to accelerate NexHealth’s expansion upmarket. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a foundational role in executing a focused, account-based motion targeting top enterprise accounts in healthcare.
You’ll partner 1:1 with a dedicated SDR and collaborate closely with Marketing to deeply engage our most valuable prospects—large provider groups, Dental Service Organizations, platforms, and health systems. You’ll own Tier 1 accounts and co-develop pursuit strategies for Tier 2 accounts, leading highly consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles.
This is a true build-and-win role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves creating structure, and excels at navigating complex buying committees. You’ll work within a Pod model that includes weekly campaign reviews, GTM planning, and deep collaboration with Product, Marketing, and RevOps.
