As a Salesforce Architect focused on Agentforce, you will be responsible for building compelling Agentforce-powered experiences for users and delivering impactful business value to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented AI team to delight customers. This position is focused on architecting and executing technical solutions for Agentforce and related-technologies.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and own the technical solution design. This includes designing and understanding the complete Agentforce solution which includes topics, instructions, actions with corresponding automation/code, agent deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
- Deep dive into the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents, finding novel solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions
- Oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle—from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment
- Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in application and software development
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#)
- Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce
- Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS)
- Strong communication skills; the ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences
- Experience with using source control and branching/pull requests strategies
- Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities
- Any additional Salesforce certifications are a plus, preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certifications

We are looking for a Technical Architect to add to our very talented Service Cloud technical team! The Technical Architect will contribute as a customer-facing resource. We are building a best-in-class team and this role will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented team, exciting customers, and partnering closely with our AI Team!
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports that will provide data visibility for leadership, business groups, and the general user population
- Review business reporting requirements and translate those requirements into technical reporting & dashboard specifications
- Provide insight to business users and technical team members regarding the best way to build reports and dashboards
- Develop dataflows and lenses in an existing Salesforce Einstein Analytics tool to support business requirements
- Establish best practices and standards for dataflow, lenses, and dashboard development and deployment
- Establish operations and refresh standards based on globally aligned data strategy
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years working on the Salesforce platform, specifically within a technical application
- End to end project implementation including integrations with other applications such as SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics
- Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture and integration architecture
- Solid understanding of CI/CD solutions
- Solid understanding of PaaS & IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure
- Hands-on development experience using Apex, Lightning Components and Visualforce
- Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect)
- Full English proficiency
- Ability to travel internationally

NeuraFlash is looking for a Salesforce Front-End Developer! You will collaborate with our UI/UX designers and Salesforce architects to design, develop, test and deploy solutions based on industry best practices and client business requirements.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Convert UI/UX wireframes from NeuraFlash UI/UX designers and business requirements collected by NeuraFlash project delivery teams into Salesforce applications
- Develop front-end Lightning Web Components (LWC) for intuitive and responsive layouts
- Implement solutions using best practices to prevent recurrence of performance issues
- Document best practices and operational procedures
- Work collaboratively with your project team from the design phase to go live on projects to build solutions, resolve technical issues, and implement scalable solutions for clients
- Research and keep current on technology and communicate trends and future needs from a business perspective
- Take full, end-to-end ownership of technical solutions, independently translating high-level business requirements into fully functional applications.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years experience as a Front-End developer
- Knowledge and practical experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with Salesforce (Apex, VisualForce and Lightning Components)
- Experience with Javascript libraries, SOAP, and XML
- Experience debugging using JavaScript based tools such as Chrome Developer Console
- Experience building mobile and responsive web apps
- Experience developing solutions that work across multiple browsers
- Proven experience working with web development and design
- Experience building out external-facing portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Salesforce Communities).
- Proficiency with modern version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with CI/CD deployment pipelines (e.g., Salesforce DX, Copado, or Jenkins).
- Experience integrating third-party RESTful APIs and external web services within front-end components.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous JavaScript programming (Promises, async/await).
- Proven track record of executing multiple, full-lifecycle deployments from sandbox environments to production.
- Hands-on experience navigating the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) across multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Good usability and web accessibility practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences
- The ability to work with both waterfall and agile methodologies and had exposure across the full delivery life-cycle
- The ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision, on multiple tasks and deliver quality products

NeuraFlash is looking for a talented Solution Architect to join our growing Service Cloud Voice practice! You'll bring Salesforce project implementations to life by working with our customers to understand their business, identify their requirements, and design, develop, QA, and launch their solutions. We are building a best-in-class team and this role will have the opportunity to make significant contributions working with the rest of our talented team, exciting customers, and partnering closely with our Salesforce and AI Teams!
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes
- Translate customer requirements into contact center design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
- Develop technical requirements and specifications for customers and the technical delivery team
- Drive best practice contact center design into each and every aspect of solution delivery
- Effectively manage aspects of projects and customer communications
- Deliver customer end user training and documentation
- Oversee and be accountable for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned projects
- Exercise independent judgment, and take the lead role on enterprise level projects with minimal direction from senior management
- Lead vision and strategy discussions with contact center and customer service leadership and management
- Architect and build best-in-class implementations of Service Cloud
- Configure Salesforce Solutions using point-and-click tools available on the platform (e.g., Process Builder and Visual Flows)
- Understand and leverage Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions
- Partner with our Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions for our customers
- Acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches
- Understanding of contact center routing strategies in Salesforce and Amazon Connect
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5+ years project experience in a hands-on position
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
- Understanding of customer service and contact center operations with experience solving Complex Use Cases
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
- Experience building Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, and Process Builders within Salesforce
- Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices and Governance
- Client facing experience in the following areas: Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, Delivering Solution Options to Customers, and Enterprise Application Architecture
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Any Salesforce Certifications are a plus, preferably Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud
- Detail-oriented and a strong team player with great communication skills
- Keep an open mind and must be flexible to change
NICE TO HAVES:
- Contact Center architecture knowledge
- Working knowledge of voip communication protocols like SIP, WebRTC
- Experience building contact centers based on Amazon Connect Contact Center solution

AS AN AWS TECHNICAL ARCHITECT, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions for NeuraFlash customers
- Conduct technology assessment and audits to identify the need (from an ROI and Outcomes perspective) to move to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, improving agent experience and productivity
- Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes
- Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
- Lead discovery for customers, help customers build ROIs for projects, and deliver presentations and estimate for delivering that ROI
- Translate customer requirements into contact center design, leveraging best practices, and other AWS Services
- Oversee and mentor technical teams, providing guidance and support to ensure that proposed solution (on Salesforce and AWS Cloud) is delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, and managing expectations and priorities
- Drive best practice contact center design into each and every aspect of solution delivery
- Effectively manage all aspects of project and customer communications
- Deliver customer end user training and documentation
- Exercise independent judgment, and take the lead role on enterprise level projects with minimal direction from senior management
- Lead vision and strategy discussions with contact center and customer service leadership and management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer-facing contact center experience
- Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions
- Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP
- Experience with hands-on Scripting/coding (e.g., python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js)
- Communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and customers
- API integration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Experience with Cloudformation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, and Call Center Routing
- Proficient in understanding and documenting the infrastructure requirements and specifications, including resource types, networking, security, and compliance needs.
- Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks for building, testing, and deploying software, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy
- Contact Center architecture knowledge
- Experienced in implementing infrastructure as code using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) and Terraform, ensuring consistent and efficient infrastructure deployment.
- Capable of setting up monitoring and logging for infrastructure components and performing ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture
- Salesforce knowledge and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud

We are hiring for a Salesforce & AWS Project Manager to work with our Mid-Market & Enterprise customers! As the Project Manager, you will manage projects by providing day-to-day leadership to analyze their requirements, developing designs, and implementing cloud-based solutions based on Salesforce and Amazon Connect platforms.
The ideal candidate has experience working with small and large customers and is comfortable with playing multiple roles on an engagement to be successful. The Project Manager is professional and confident in front of VP and Director-level stakeholders, has a strong analytical and consultative mindset, and thrives when working against tight deadlines. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure the project stays on track for assigned client projects
- Drive implementations of high-quality AI and digital service solutions
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project, with a focus on building strong customer relationships
- Facilitate or co-lead with the customer project manager regular status meetings with the project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders
- Lead client-facing Outcomes and Business Objectives sessions at project kickoff, defining success metrics, desired business outcomes, and measurable goals. Then track and report progress against those metrics throughout the engagement
- Support requirements ownership across the engagement. Partnering with the SA to ensure business requirements are clearly captured, groomed, and traceable through delivery
- Comfort in owning user story creation and leading grooming sessions alongside the Solution Architect, owning the quality of user stories and acceptance criteria, and being able to present and speak to them confidently with clients and project teams
- Assist consultant team members in the delivery of client presentations during requirements, design, pilot and user acceptance testing sessions
- Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including coordinating test plans, tracking defects, and driving resolution with the project team
- Support end-user training efforts by coordinating training logistics, contributing to training materials, and ensuring readiness across client stakeholder groups
- Plan, initiate & manage Business-to-Business (B2B) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Artificial Intelligence (AI) software projects
- Coordinate with the Solution & Technical Architects to ensure that client business requirements are effectively incorporated into design specifications
- Execute role of Agile Scrum Master and guide the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process for systems and product delivery
- Bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to NeuraFlash, part of Accenture every day
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementation on the Salesforce Platform
- Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment
- Experience applying Agile approaches to project management
- Experience with salesforce.com or Amazon Connect, serving as project manager or scrum leader
- Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
- Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements sessions, writing or grooming user stories, and presenting functional content directly to client stakeholders
- Salesforce or AI delivery/solution experience, specifically overseeing blueprint and implementation projects on the platform
- Certified Salesforce.com Admin with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
Preferred Skills:
- A hybrid skillset, prior role backgrounds similar to Solution Architect, Product Owner, Functional/Technical Consultant, or Business Analyst. This candidate has seen multiple perspectives in a successful delivery engagement
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to present functional and requirements content confidently to client stakeholders
- Ability to work cohesively within a team and/or effectively as an individual
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Management
- Professional and confident while maintaining a focus on customer success

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Cloud Consultant to join our amazing Lead-to-Cash team! You'll bring Salesforce Sales Cloud project implementations to life by working with our customers to understand their business, identify their requirements, development, QA, and implement the solutions.
We are building a best-in-class team and this role will give the consultant the opportunity to make significant contributions working with the rest of our talented team, exciting customers, and partnering closely with our Salesforce and AI Teams! As the Consultant on the project, you will have the opportunity to own requirement execution for projects, ensuring the true business objectives of your clients are met with a winning solution.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Work with our customers to define requirements, and propose & deliver solutions related to their Sales processes
- Support architecture and own configuring best-in-class implementations of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
- Configure Salesforce Solutions using point-and-click tools available on the platform e.g. Visual Flows
- Understand and leverage Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions
- Partner with our Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions for our customers
- Quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of the latest Salesforce features and major launches
Requirements:
- 4+ years of project experience in a hands-on position
- 3+ years of implementation experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
- Understanding of basic Sales, Sales Operations, RevOps, and Business Operations with experience solving Complex Use Cases utilizing the breadth of the Salesforce Platform
- Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices and Governance
- Client Facing Experience in the following areas: Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, Delivering Solution Options to Customers
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
Preferred Skills:
- Any Salesforce Certifications is a Plus, preferably Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, or Field Service Consultant

AS AN SR. AWS CONSULTANT, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Support customers in the adoption of Amazon Connect solutions, ensuring successful implementation and helping to achieve positive outcomes for NeuraFlash clients.
- Conduct technology assessment and audits to identify the need (from an ROI and Outcomes perspective) to move to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, improving agent experience and productivity
- Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
- Facilitate business process reviews with customers to understand their requirements and challenges. Assist in documenting these needs to guide solution design.
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable, clear, and well-structured user stories that can be used by development or implementation teams to create solutions.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, and managing expectations and priorities
- Work closely with Solution Architects to review and approve created Solution Designs to ensure that best practices and standards are followed
- Collect business requirements and work with Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, and Practice Lead to generate estimates and timelines to be utilized in Statements of Work
- Deliver customer end user training and documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer-facing contact center experience
- Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions
- Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP
- Experience with hands-on Scripting/coding (e.g., python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js)
- Communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and customers
- API integration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Experience with Cloudformation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, and Call Center Routing
- Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks for building, testing, and deploying software, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy
- Contact Center architecture knowledge
- Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture
- Salesforce knowledge and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud

The Sr. AWS Developer executes and implements complex solution designs by leveraging AWS-optimized architectures at enterprise scale. The Sr. AWS Developer should have a strong development background and be proficient in either Python or Javascript. This individual is expected to understand the core AWS services and apply best practices regarding security and scalability. This position is focused on delivering solutions for contact centers, specifically leveraging Amazon Connect. - Hands-on development of a Solution Design, leveraging best practices and programming principles

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is growing and hiring a Solution Engineer! As a member of our Solution Engineering team, you’ll be heavily involved in the pre-sales process for a variety of cutting-edge technology projects primarily with Amazon Connect, and more! Working closely with and reporting to our VP of Solutions Engineering, you will be responsible for demonstrating and creating value for NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture services and products for Salesforce, building technical credibility in compelling demonstrations, and creating accurate and competitive proposals for projects.
As a Solution Engineer, you'll contribute to our product development efforts and Einstein Product Portfolio through field feedback to our Product Managers. Our Product Managers collaborate closely with our Practice Leads and establish a best-in-class pre-sales process to provide high growth and penetration into key accounts in the Salesforce ecosystem.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Demonstrate Amazon, Salesforce, and NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture products/assets to customers
- Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers
- Gather requirements for large-scale Amazon Connect and transformation projects
- Create compelling demos and deliver to customers and prospects, showcasing the power of the Amazon and Salesforce platform and the value of NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture as a Consulting Partner
- Create and modify Proposals SOW’s and create responses to RFP’s working alongside the NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture delivery team
- Help maintain and update lead management, pipeline & forecasting in Salesforce
- Be liaison between the sales and the technical team to improve efficiency in customer sales responses and product improvements
- Learn about Salesforce, Einstein, and our AI products and provide recommendations to customers and internal teams on leveraging Salesforce and AI to meet specific business needs
- Collaborate closely with delivery on project scope & estimates and execute our pre-sales process to the highest degree
- Provide customer feedback and solutions to product management to continue to advance our portfolio of AppExchange products
- Continuously ensure the highest possible level of customer experience
- Drive innovation in the areas of Amazon and Salesforce capabilities and AI in full partnership with NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture’s Amazon Connect and AI teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 - 3 years experience selling CRM solutions/services - preferably within Amazon Connect
- 2 - 3 years in customer facing role, preference for Pre-Sales/Solution Engineering experience
- B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- 2 - 3 years in a consulting role

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation
- Proven experience defining and operationalizing agentic AI use cases
- Strong understanding of AI/LLM platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein, OpenAI, AWS, Azure) and their business applications
- Expertise in translating emerging technology into business value, ROI, and measurable outcomes
- Deep proficiency in Salesforce platform strategy (Sales, Service, Data Cloud, AI), including ecosystem integration
- Understanding of contact center technologies, business processes, and metrics a big plus
- Experience with business architecture and operating model design (capability models, value streams, target state roadmaps)
- Ability to connect business strategy to execution, partnering closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams
- Experience leading executive-level conversations, workshops, and strategic decision forums

AS A DATA CLOUD SOLUTION ARCHITECT, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Lead discovery & architecture of customer data strategies, ensuring alignment between business goals, data models, and AI-driven use cases
- Assess existing data ecosystems, including legacy data warehouses, cloud platforms, and integrations, to define the optimal Data Cloud architecture and migration strategy

- Serve as a trusted advisor to both customers and Salesforce teams—demonstrating how Data Cloud unlocks value across Service, Marketing, and AgentForce use cases
- Architect and oversee integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Snowflake, and other enterprise systems using real-time and batch patterns
- Own pre-sales architecture in partnership with account executives—build solution demos, estimates, and presentations that articulate the business value of Data Cloud
- Evangelize the Salesforce Data Cloud vision, including modern data activation, zero-copy architecture, and industry-specific applications
- Explore and implement emerging AI capabilities, including GPT & LLM-driven use cases powered by unified customer data
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of overall experience in technology consulting, data strategy, or enterprise architecture
- 3+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce ecosystems with deep understanding of Data Cloud, including DLO/DMO design, ingestion, and activation
- Proven track record leading end-to-end data architecture and implementation—from discovery and design through deployment and enablement
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, governance, and segmentation
- Understanding of MuleSoft, API design, and integration patterns
- Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

We are excited to welcome a talented B2B Commerce Solution Architect to our Revenue Solutions team. This role is pivotal in the successful end to end implementation of Salesforce Revenue Management projects at Neuraflash. You will combine your technical expertise with solution design skills to create scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce solutions that align with the business requirements of our clients, as well as create reusable assets to be deployed to multiple clients. This may involve owning portions of the design, or supporting the Solution Architect. - Own end-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Order Management, Commerce, Consumer Goods Cloud), ensuring alignment to best practices and long-term scalability
- Define and govern solution design, including data models, integrations, and system architecture, to support complex business requirements
- Provide architectural oversight throughout the full delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, and post-go-live), ensuring quality and consistency
- Drive UX and solution design strategy to deliver intuitive, efficient, and scalable user experiences
- Act as the primary technical authority and strategic advisor to both client stakeholders and internal delivery teams
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and guide development teams on implementation approach
- Lead technical design reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices
- Own deployment strategy and release governance, including environment strategy, risk mitigation, and rollback planning
- Provide oversight on testing strategy (unit, integration, UAT), ensuring solutions meet functional and technical requirements
- Define data architecture and modeling strategies to support customizations and integrations
- Identify and proactively mitigate technical risks, ensuring successful project delivery
- Partner cross-functionally to align business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and shared objectives
- Support post-go-live strategy, including optimization, scalability planning, and continuous improvement initiatives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Salesforce Expertise: A minimum of 4+ years working with Salesforce, with at least 3 years specializing in B2B commerce on core, Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds
- Understanding of B2B Commerce Einstein Features & Capabilities
- Understanding B2B Commerce Extensions framework
- Understanding on B2B Commerce APIs and Connect APIs
- Understanding of cross cloud use cases ( B2B, D2C, Loyalty, Revenue, Marketing)
- Understanding of Salesforce OMS
- Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
- Integration Fundamentals: Foundational understanding of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, including Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365
- Experience with test-driven development
- Prior experience executing deployments and use of DevOps tools (i.e. Gearset, Prodly, Copado, etc)
Technical Skills
- Salesforce Configuration: Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations
- Development Skills: Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript
- Data Analytics: Expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics

We are looking for a Sales Cloud Solution Architect to join our amazing Lead-to-Cash team! You'll bring Salesforce Sales Cloud project implementations to life by working with our customers to understand their business, identify their requirements, then leading the team through design, development, QA and launch of their solutions. As a Conversational Design Consultant, you will be responsible for designing compelling contact center experiences and delivering impactful business value to our clients, and their end-users.
You’ll lead the design workstream within major customer experience transformations, across both the voice and digital channels.
As a core participant in our cross-functional project teams, you’ll be leading the client engagement on design, and working in partnership with our talented architecture, AI and engineering teams to delight our customers.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Design conversational speech systems, leveraging Agentic AI and Natural Language Understanding systems from AWS and Salesforce, for customer service automation
- Craft the capabilities, user experience, and persona of automated interactions being delivered across voice, chat, SMS, and email channels
- Lead requirement gathering, ideation workshops and client design sessions
- Contribute to enterprise customer engagement strategies, from a design and customer behavior perspective
- Incorporate high-level business goals into actionable, clear, and well-structured experience designs, that can be used by development or implementation teams to create solutions
- Create client-facing deliverables with a specialized focus on conversational interaction and experience
- Analyse interaction data to identify opportunities for automation where our customers will see the most value, and make data-driven experience improvement recommendations
- Work with solution architects, engineers, and QA testers throughout the project lifecycle to validate that the final product achieves the design objectives
- Support customers in the adoption of Amazon Connect automation solutions, ensuring successful interactions for end-users, and positive outcomes for NeuraFlash clients
- Help drive project success criteria and reporting
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience design, or business analysis work experience
- Customer-facing consulting experience
- Experience communicating business and/or technology processes using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, Gliffy, Draw.io, or similar
- Adaptable to use different design tools as required
- Ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences
- Comfortable presenting design deliverables to business stakeholders
- Experience analysing data to identify user behaviors and make design decisions
- Willing and able learner of new technologies (e.g. Amazon Lex, Connect, and Bedrock, Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce, Google Dialogflow)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience building voice user interfaces (VUI) or advanced integrated voice response (IVR) systems
- Experience designing conversational flows for text based bots (e.g., web, Facebook Messenger, etc.)
- Experience designing solutions to support the contact centre or customer service, or a related environment
- Knowledge of Amazon Lex, Google DialogFlow, Nuance IVR/VA, or similar conversational experience solutions
- Experience with prompt writing and generative AI powered platforms

Responsibilities:
- As a Change Management Consultant, you will work across projects as a thought leader and develop change strategies that enable successful digital and organizational transformations and cloud based technology implementations

As a Salesforce Account Executive, you'll work closely with our VP of Sales, Enterprise, and CEO and be an integral part of the NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, Sales team focused on the Health and Life Sciences (HLS) vertical within Salesforce. As a Salesforce Account Executive, you'll work closely with our VP of Sales, Enterprise, and CEO and be an integral part of the NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, Sales team focused on the Health and Life Sciences (HLS) vertical within Salesforce. You will manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, creating pipeline, qualification, evaluation, close, and strong account management, and will play a vital role in the success of the overall sales team. This is a high-impact, strategic sales and go-to market leadership role. You will be the architect of our market growth. Your goal is to capitalize on an immense mid-market opportunity by leveraging our deep expertise in Agentforce, AI and Contact Center, including Service Cloud Voice, Field Service, Revenue Cloud Advance, ITSM, Mulesoft, and more to deliver a technology transformation and customer experience that our competitors simply cannot match. You will be responsible for aggressively engaging the Salesforce ecosystem, cultivating strategic partner alliances, manufacturing a high-velocity pipeline of incremental deals and bookings, and establishing NeuraFlash, part of Accenture as the undisputed leader in these sectors.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Your position reports to the CEO and your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Build and leverage your Salesforce network to drive incremental sales and pipeline across all regulated industries (HLS, FINS). You will be expected to consistently engage with Salesforce leadership, Partner Sales Managers,and others to cultivate strategic relationships that drive increased lead generation
- Identify opportunities in new and existing accounts, personally developing pipeline to support individual quota, broader team quota, and company-wide performance metrics
- Cultivate and expand our brand awareness and business partnership within Salesforce so we become the go-to partner for accounts within regulated industries
- Build out a best in class sales team by recruiting and hiring top sales talent to increase our coverage within regulated industries
- Create a scalable sales model in which you will be hiring, leading, and managing a team of Account Executives, selling consulting and advisory services, managed services and NeuraFlash, part of Accenture AppExchange apps to Salesforce prospects and customers. As a sales leader, you will maintain a 'player-coach' mentality, personally driving key strategic accounts while supporting your team
- Guide and support direct reports through participation and leadership in client and prospect meetings
- Engage at the executive level in enterprise customer organizations and partner with Delivery account leadership to ensure continual growth and expansion of customer accounts
- Consistently report on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce, and monitor team sales activity, performance, and KPIs. Ensure Salesforce is always the 'source of truth' for your team. You’ll lead by example with great pipeline hygiene, making sure opportunities are updated consistently to give leadership an accurate, real-time look at the forecast
- Develop competitive analysis and POV of Salesforce value and unique advantages for regulated industries against competitors
- Partner with our SVP of Solution Engineering to ensure a white-glove partner sales model for regulated industries
- Partner with our Director of Marketing to create a strong marketing plan to create high awareness within the Salesforce HLS and FINS teams. This includes helping create continuous innovative and differentiated content for regulated industries, including videos, solution packages, industry plays, customer win stories, and exciting content
- Partner with the Product Leadership and Marketing teams on products, assets, and solution packages for the regulated industries portfolio
- Partner with our Managed Services team to create recurring revenue opportunities through offerings within our HLS and FINS customers.
- Partner with Sales Operations and L&D to develop enablement content to train the wider Sales organization on regulated industries.
- Support Sales Enablement by providing feedback on new hire onboarding effectiveness. You’ll identify where new AEs on your team need extra coaching to bridge skill gaps, with the ultimate goal of ramping them up as fast as possible to hit their targets
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to support high performing sales teams and lead them to success
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A self-starter that can thrive in a fast paced and dynamic start-up environment
- The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically within regulated industries
- 7+ years of Sales leadership experience, preferably at Salesforce or a Salesforce Partner

As the market leader at the intersection of GenAI, Contact Centers, Sales and Revenue Lifecycle Management, NeuraFlash is uniquely positioned to own the "Front Office to Finance" narrative. This role is the engine of that growth. - Partner with our Director of Marketing to create a strong marketing plan to create high awareness within the Salesforce ARM team. This includes helping create continuous innovative and differentiated content for ARM, including videos, industry perspectives, solution packages, industry plays, customer win stories, and exciting content.
- Partner with the Product Leadership and Marketing teams on products, assets, and solution packages to differentiate and expand our ARM portfolio.
- Partner with our ARM delivery leadership and team to establish best practices so we can estimate accurately, deploy solutions efficiently and effectively, and have strong CSAT on all customer projects.
- Stay involved with the delivery of our projects and act as the executive sponsor of our ARM projects to learn, evolve, and ensure we continue to add customer references and case studies.
- Be our spokesperson in the Salesforce ecosystem on ARM.
- Liaison with Accenture Salesforce ARM experts to create a best practices viewpoint across the entire organization.

Qualifications:

AS A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs

AS AN ENGAGEMENT MANAGER, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Develop, own and manage customer relationship, from a delivery perspective, across the NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture portfolio ensuring seamless execution for clients
- Provide oversight on project teams to ensure successful delivery using a hands-on approach, providing direction, guidance and oversight to the project teams. - Act as a “thought leader” for our customers, helping them drive outcomes while continuously identifying areas of further transformation

- Smoothly transition customers from the sales process to project delivery. This includes: SOW reviews, defining project roles and responsibilities for kick off, and facilitating kick off and client onboarding

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of consulting experience with a strong blend of solution architecture, pre-sales advisory, and client-facing leadership across iterative software development initiatives
- 5+ years leading complex customer engagements or solution workstreams of 15+ team members, with direct accountability for solution strategy, technical direction, and stakeholder alignment
- 5+ years of experience architecting, selling, and delivering Salesforce or AWS solutions, with the ability to clearly explain platform capabilities, tradeoffs, implementation considerations, and roadmap options across Salesforce clouds and/or AWS services
- Deep expertise in Contact Center, Salesforce, or AWS-based solution design, such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, Amazon Connect, and/or integrated CCaaS ecosystems
- Proven pre-sales experience, including discovery leadership, solution mapping, scoping, estimation, and presenting technical and business value to C-level and VP-level stakeholders
- Hands-on experience designing end-to-end architectures across multiple phases of delivery—requirements, solution blueprinting, user experience, integrations, data models, QA strategy, and go-live readiness
- Strong understanding of the full SDLC and program governance, enabling clear articulation of technical risks, architectural decisions, and roadmap tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience shaping and managing cross-functional solution teams, including developers, technical architects, business analysts, and QA resources to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience creating SOWs, Level of Effort estimates, Change Orders, and supporting sales motions while managing scope, value proposition, and customer expectations
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of leading executive conversations, whiteboarding future-state architectures, roadmap creation, and influencing decision-making in pre-sales and delivery settings

As a Salesforce Account Executive, you'll work closely with our VP of Sales, Enterprise, and CEO and be an integral part of the NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture Sales team focused on the Consumer Business Services (CBS) vertical within Salesforce. As an Experience Architect, AI & Agentforce, you will be responsible for driving the solution for and building Agentforce-powered experiences for users to deliver impactful business value to our clients. AS A MANAGER, SUPPORT ENGINEER (MANAGED SERVICES), YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Oversee all support cases for technical and troubleshooting accuracy
- Take ownership of support tickets and troubleshoot when needed
- Manage escalated support cases and work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues
- Provide timely and accurate status updates on cases, projects, and tasks as needed
- Clearly communicate any issues or concerns and raise it to relevant stakeholders
- Anticipate and proactively address potential issues before they become problems for clients
- Manage customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use
- Seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction
- Participate in severity one and on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed
- Manage the on-call rotation for the entire team
- Collaborate on NeuraFlash Onward Support Team initiatives such as development and product management, to identify and prioritize improvements to the Salesforce platform
- Take thorough and accurate notes during meetings and follow up on any action items assigned
- Take the initiative to learn and develop new skills and stay up to date on industry best practices and trends
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience with managing a team of 3-5
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator, Salesforce Support Engineer, or Salesforce Consultant.
- Salesforce Administrator 201 is required
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
- Ability to debug custom flows, validation rules, data issues, and complex Salesforce builds
- Assist developers to troubleshoot issues such as APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and implementation of other Salesforce features
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to team members and clients
- Stay up to date on new Salesforce features and assess their impact on clients' environments
- Meet any additional certification requirements as needed for the role or as required by NeuraFlash
- Stay up to date on certification requirements and renew certifications as needed
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements with customers, team members, and senior leadership
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Ability to quickly context change and provide assistance for Severity 1 and Severity 2 tickets
- Comfortability with leading the team though debugging complex high severity issues
- AWS experience, specifically Amazon Connect and/or Cloud Watch is a plus
- Familiarity with Waterfall & Agile project management methodologies is a plus
- Comfortable providing guidance and feedback to your direct reports

AS A PAYROLL SPECIALIST CONTRACTOR, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Process the payroll for the US and Canadian-based employees
- Manage the state, local, and provinces payroll tax notifications
- Maintain the payroll records in the payroll system
- Balance payroll accounts
- Work on other non-payroll related tasks, including assisting the Finance team with the monthly billing function
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in processing payroll; at a global level is a plus
- Experience with handling payroll tax notices
- Produce payroll reporting
- Some knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping is a plus
- Come into the office 2 days a week (Ramsey, NJ- Remote 3 days a week)
- Work approximately 20 hrs/week
PREFERRED SKILLS:

We are hiring for a Product Owner, AI & Agentforce Delivery with a strong understanding of Salesforce & AI solutions who will manage and support customer-facing Agentforce and AI implementation projects as well as internal initiatives to create supporting assets and solutions. The ideal candidate has the ability to plan and think strategically, as well as dive into project details to manage the project on the ground. The AI & Agentforce Delivery Product Owner is professional and confident in front of critical customer stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to:
Manage overall delivery of targeted Agentforce delivery projects, acting as product owner to oversee and shape the overall solution and project manager to manage day to day work and customer relationships. You will:
- Act as a “thought leader” for our customers, guiding the customer and NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture team in the definition of use cases and business outcomes
- Smoothly transition customers from the sales process to project delivery. This includes: Reviewing the SOW and any partner-funding POs, defining project roles and responsibilities for kick off, and facilitating kick off and client onboarding
- Plan, monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projects
- Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project, including a focus on building strong customer relationships
- Facilitate or co-lead with customer project manager regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders
- Manage NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture project team members in the delivery of the solution
- Readout documented and measured outcomes for live solutions prior to project closeout
- Actively drive and participate in Agentforce Division internal initiatives to foster innovation and efficiencies through development of reusable assets and solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platform across all phases of project delivery
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels
- Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment
- Experience leading delivery as project manager or scrum leader
- Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
- Certified Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
- Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing scope

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Management
