The Role

We are looking for a IT Support Manager in our data center, the key person in managing IT infrastructure maintenance. You will manage L1, L2, IT infrastructure and Field Network Engineers supporting data center IT infrastructure and GPU clusters. This role is focused on ensuring stable, efficient, and scalable operations through people leadership, structured support processes, and hands-on technical oversight.

You will own day-to-day IT support operations, oversee maintenance and incident resolution for GPU clusters, and ensure high service levels across hardware, network, and field support activities. You will act as a key escalation point, drive operational improvements, and align support execution with broader data center objectives.

Your responsibilities will include

• Lead and manage L1, L2, IT infrastructure and Field Network Engineers supporting data center IT infrastructure and GPU clusters and region IX colocations.

• Ensure high availability and reliability of GPU clusters and IT infrastructure

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex hardware, network, and operational incidents

• Monitor and drive SLA, KPI, and incident resolution performance across IT support services

• Oversee proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem management activities

• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers, vendors, and colocation partners to resolve issues and deliver improvements

• Maintain and improve support processes, documentation, and team training materials

• Manage IT asset lifecycle activities, relates to responsibility area, including RMAs

We Expect You to Have

• 3+ years of experience managing technical support teams in a data center or similar critical infrastructure environment.

• Strong hands-on background in diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues, including GPU-based systems, fiber networks.

• Solid understanding of data center operations, server platforms, and enterprise networking principles.

• Practical experience with IT service management processes (ITIL / ITSM).

• Basic proficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools.

• Proven ability to manage operational KPIs, incidents, and escalations.

• Analytical skills

The role 

As an IT Manager, you will be key in ensuring the maintenance and efficiency of our data center's IT infrastructure.

Your role involves leading a team that works directly with cutting-edge technologies. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure, handling hardware troubleshooting and resolution, and ensuring critical systems run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Manage IT support team to achieve KPI in IT infrastructure support and project planning.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams and external contractors to address technical and operational challenges.
• Developing clear and comprehensive documentation and manuals for hardware configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Planning, executing and monitoring regular IT tasks to maintain and improve IT infrastructure operations.
• Manage IT support that includes diagnosing and resolving issues related to IT hardware and ensure the continuous support of the data center’s IT infrastructure.
• Manage Project tasks that include installation, upgrading and dismantling of hardware based on operational requests and requirements.
• Manage additional processes around asset management, Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).  

We expect you to have: 

• 5+ years of team management, hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues.
• A solid understanding of data center operations, as well as server and network equipment principles.
• Practical experience in project planning and management.
• Knowledge of the ITIL methodology, the operational activities of the technical support service (ITSM).
• Basic proficiency in the Linux operating system and familiarity with command-line tools.
• Practical experience working with server IT hardware, enterprise-grade network switches and fiber optic cables.
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, formulas, lists and graph creation.
• A proactive, responsible and goal-oriented approach to work.

The role

As a Field Network Engineer at Nebius, you will be responsible for providing IT support, deploying data center IT infrastructure and managing projects & IT operations. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Assist in the preparation and deployment of new infrastructure for upcoming launches.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network-related issues within our data center.

• Manage and coordinate remote IT operations by collaborating with smart hands.

• Be prepared to travel for on-site installations and technical support.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation detailing service operations and best practices.

We expect you to have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in project planning and technical problem-solving.

• Strong understanding of network technologies, including data center, server and network equipment.

• Proficiency in IT hardware components, diagnostics and troubleshooting.

The role 

We are building our L3 Support Line from scratch to serve as the datacenter center of expertise for servers, firmware (BIOS/BMC), and deep Linux diagnostics across Europe and the US.

This is a senior technical role focused on deep investigations, cross-site pattern detection, and driving permanent fixes with R&D and ODM vendors. You will turn complex incidents into scalable solutions and elevate L1/L2 capabilities through strong technical enablement.

Your responsibilities will include: 

Deep Technical Investigation (Primary Focus)

• Lead root cause analysis beyond L2 depth (GPU failures, firmware issues, Linux-level faults, HW/SW interactions).

• Detect recurring patterns across sites and convert findings into durable fixes.

• Own technical workstreams during high-severity incidents.

Vendor & R&D Collaboration

• Build evidence packs and drive escalations with ODM and R&D.

• Push for firmware, component, and platform-level resolutions.

• Track outcomes and ensure knowledge flows back to operations.

Firmware & Platform Readiness (BIOS/BMC)

• Support validation and rollout of firmware updates (risk assessment, staging, rollback planning).

• Help operationalize platform standards across datacenters.

Knowledge & Enablement

• Create scalable runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and error catalogs.

• Turn investigations into playbooks that elevate L1/L2 teams.

Hands-on Support (As Needed)

• Travel to datacenters for complex troubleshooting, new platform readiness, or incident containment.

We expect you to have: 

• Strong hands-on experience with datacenter servers and deep Linux troubleshooting.

• Ability to diagnose across hardware, BIOS/BMC firmware, and Linux (logs, drivers, storage basics, performance triage).

• Structured incident response experience and clear communication under pressure.

• Experience driving evidence-based escalations with vendors/R&D.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

• Strong familiarity with GPU server platforms and tooling (for example: nvidia-smi, dcgmi, Linux logs correlation).

• Experience with ipmitool and Redfish workflows, firmware lifecycle, and staged rollouts.

• Scripting skills (bash and basic Python) for log collection, triage automation, and simple reliability analysis.

• Exposure to OCP-based platforms and ODM manufacturing ecosystems.

• Experience supporting enterprise bare metal customers under contractual SLAs.

We’re looking for a IT infrastructure engineer to troubleshoot and solve data center IT hardware issues, process the RMA. This is a position for a technical expert working at the intersection of multiple technical and operational domains.

Your responsibilities will include

• Solve the most challenging firmware and hardware related issues with servers, involving in-depth knowledge of system architecture and advanced troubleshooting

• Execute workarounds and solutions for IT hardware issues

• Act as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for L1 and L2 technicians
