THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to help scale and evolve our IT operations in a growing, fast-paced environment. This is a highly hands-on role where you will act as a senior technical expert with clear ownership of key systems, driving operational excellence and shaping the transition from reactive support to proactive, scalable service delivery.
Operating at a 3rd level support capacity, you will take the lead on complex issues, own root-cause resolution, and implement long-term improvements that reduce operational friction. You’ll work closely with Security, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that are secure, reliable, and built to scale.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Bridge IT, Security, and DevOps to ensure scalable, lasting solutions are in place across the organization.
- Lead root-cause analysis to proactively reduce ticket volume, improve SLAs, and drive automation of repetitive processes.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert on Microsoft tooling (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online) — owning improvements and best practices.
- Deliver key projects end-to-end, from Intune compliance policies and onboarding automation to password manager rollout and SDOps enhancements.
- Monitor device compliance and system health, flagging issues before they escalate and maintaining up-to-date documentation across the team.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- 5+ years in IT Support, System Administration, or End User Support — a fully individual contributor role with strong technical depth.
- Cross-platform troubleshooting expertise across macOS, Windows, cloud, and on-prem environments, with solid Microsoft stack knowledge (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online).
- A root-cause mindset — you dig deeper than the symptom, automate what's repetitive, and don't wait to be directed.
- Proactive and structured communicator — able to spot patterns early, escalate with clear findings, and collaborate effectively with DevOps and Security teams.
- Linux troubleshooting and/or Atlassian Admin experience is a plus.
- Ownership-driven, with the ability to balance security and usability, and bring ideas from concept to implementation.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Join our Global IT Infrastructure team and take ownership of security operations that protect NavVis worldwide. You’ll lead detection and incident response across corporate IT and SaaS environments, working hand-in-hand with Service Delivery, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, and our Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead security incident response and drive continuous improvements.
- Own Microsoft Defender, email security, and phishing protection.
- Strengthen network security with IT Ops: firewalls, VPNs, segmentation.
- Manage vulnerability scanning, remediation, and risk reporting.
- Govern access reviews and enforce least privileges.
- Run ISO 27001 & SOC 2 audits and coordinate via Vanta.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
- Assess vendor security and monitor SaaS risk.
- Research emerging threats and refine security playbooks.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- You have strong, hands-on experience across security operations, incident response, and forensic analysis in SaaS and hybrid IT environments.
- You bring deep practical knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, email security, identity-related incidents, and endpoint protection.
- You are comfortable managing security topics from start to finish with minimal oversight.
- You are a strong communicator who can break down complex security topics in simple actionable terms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are experienced working with infrastructure teams to operate network and vulnerability security controls.
- You demonstrate a proven ability to drive ISO 27001 OR SOC 2 audits end-to-end.
- You bring pragmatic approaches to improving processes with a bias towards automation over manual work.

Senior Cloud Security Engineer (F/M/D)

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Cloud Security Engineer at NavVis, you will play a critical role in strengthening our cloud security posture across AWS and Kubernetes environments. You will own and optimize our Wiz platform, implement security automation, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards.
This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate closely with engineering teams to embed security into our infrastructure and processes.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Own and continuously improve our cloud security posture using Wiz, AWS native services and internal monitoring
- Drive security automation and hardening across AWS, EKS and on-prem infrastructure
- Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines (Terraform, Helm, GitOps) to prevent misconfigurations early
- Design and maintain guardrails and detection rules for identity, network and workload security
- Design and enforce least-privilege IAM and support SSO and SAML workflows
- Partner closely with engineering teams to secure new services and architectural changes
- Lead vulnerability management and remediation across cloud assets, containers and applications
- Support risk assessments, internal security reviews and compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, driving follow-up improvements
- Contribute to internal security standards, playbooks and documentation
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS security (IAM, KMS, networking, GuardDuty, Security Hub)
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes security (RBAC, admission controllers, network policies)
- Strong Terraform skills and an automation-first mindset
- Experience with CSPM and cloud monitoring tools (Wiz is a strong plus)
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 control environments
- Experience designing and enforcing least-privilege access models and SSO integrations
- Confidence handling security incidents, investigations and documentation

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a DevOps Engineer on our Cloud Infrastructure team, you’ll help shape the future of our delivery platform in a modern AWS and Kubernetes environment. You’ll take ownership of our CI/CD ecosystem, champion GitOps practices, and partner closely with engineering teams to streamline and modernize how software is delivered — including driving our migration from TeamCity to GitHub Actions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll reduce friction, enable self-service, and accelerate engineering velocity across the organization.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions across multiple development teams
- Support migration from TeamCity to GitHub Actions, providing best practices and hands-on implementation guidance
- Own and evolve GitOps workflows using Argo CD to improve deployment reliability and consistency
- Partner with engineering teams to optimize pipelines, reduce operational toil, and enable self-service delivery
- Work with Kubernetes workloads on EKS, deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining services in a containerized environment
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and TeamCity
- Experience with pipeline-as-code and version-controlled CI/CD configurations
- Solid understanding of GitOps principles and hands-on experience with Argo CD
- Working knowledge of AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, VPC, EKS) and Terraform
- Practical Kubernetes experience in a cloud-managed environment and scripting skills (Python, Go, or Bash)
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with observability and logging tools (Elastic Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)
- Familiarity with distributed tracing concepts (e.g., OpenTelemetry)
- Experience working with Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments
- Exposure to internal developer portals (e.g., Backstage)
- Experience working in a Platform or DevOps team supporting multiple engineering teams
