POSITION SUMMARY:

The Natera Test Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless testing experience for patients. This position is responsible for scheduling and determining the most effective method for blood collection, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and managing all necessary paperwork to ensure compliance.
In this role, you will work closely with customers and the sales team to facilitate an efficient ordering process and timely reporting of results. The ideal candidate thrives in an independent work environment, excels at multitasking, and demonstrates strong critical thinking skills to resolve issues promptly.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
PHLEBOTOMY SERVICES:
Perform venipunctures to obtain blood specimens with precision and care.
Verify patient identity and test requisitions, ensuring accuracy by cross-referencing EMR records and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain specimen integrity by following aseptic techniques, department protocols, and isolation procedures.
Accurately track collected specimens by documenting initials, date, and collection time, while maintaining daily collection logs.
PATIENT CARE COORDINATION:
Oversee and coordinate patient care services to ensure efficient and high-quality healthcare delivery.
Manage administrative tasks, including accessing patient records, scheduling appointments, and aligning blood draw times with clinic requirements.
Collaborate with Field Sales and internal operations teams to provide patient support and ensure continuity of care.
Develop and maintain strong patient relationships to encourage ongoing testing and adherence to recommended care plans.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT:
Act as the primary liaison for accounts and Sales, documenting all interactions, communications, and follow-ups.
Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Build rapport with patients, accounts, and Sales teams to resolve missing information and maintain turnaround time (TAT) expectations.
Proactively communicate delays and cancellations, facilitating timely sample redraws when necessary.
Investigate and resolve escalated issues, providing clear and logical explanations of root causes and resolutions through phone and electronic communications.
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND COMPLIANCE:
Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to CAP CLIA standards, legal regulations, and organizational policies.
Maintain high-quality results by following department protocols, testing schedules, and recording outcomes in quality control logs.
Monitor and report process improvement needs to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, as well as internal operational guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of phlebotomy experience; oncology experience required.
Education: BS/BA degree (preferred); High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
Certification: Phlebotomy Certificate (as required by state regulations).

The Market Access Payor Analyst is responsible for profiling, researching, and resolving reimbursement issues for assigned payors, products, or lines of business. Primary Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

POSITION SUMMARY:
We have an exciting Sr. Technical Program Manager within the Product Management group. Natera is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with modern data engineering and AI-enabled development skills with deep scientific R&D background to design and build data products that directly support genomics research and translational science. Design, build, and maintain the data products that support R&D, analytics, Lab and scientific workflows, from initial design through deployment and iterations
Build and maintain data pipelines for large and complex datasets, from raw inputs through derived and analysis-ready datasets.
Apply domain knowledge in genetics and bioinformatics to design data models, schemas, and abstractions that align with real research patterns and downstream analysis needs.
Design and enforce de-identification and privacy-preserving architectures that meet HIPAA and related regulatory requirements while remaining usable for research.
Design scalable data models to power analytics, reporting, and downstream applications. Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, lineage, and observability across data pipelines.
Partner closely with R&D scientists, bioinformatics teams, and software engineers to translate research needs into well-structured, reusable data assets.
Optimize storage, retrieval, and lifecycle management for large scientific files (E.g. sequencing data, intermediate artifacts, derived datasets).
Drive rapid prototyping efforts to support exploratory, proof-of-concepts, and early-stage initiatives, while guiding the transition to production-grade systems.
Implement best practices for data quality, validation, lineage, observability, and reproducibility to enable a trusted 360° view.
Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to translate requirements into technical solutions
Establish golden paths (templates, examples, docs) and contribute to shared data product catalogs, patterns, and best practices used by other engineers
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level engineers
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or bioinformatics with healthcare or biotech data domain experience preferred
8+ years of experience in data engineering, designing and maintaining data pipelines and cloud data architectures (e.g, Snowflake, AWS, etc)
Strong background in bioinformatics, genomics, or computational biology (required). Understands key genomics and bioinformatics data formats, such as BAM, VCF, FASTQ, common compression techniques for these file formats, and their storage, delivery, and management needs.
Demonstrated experience supporting scientific R&D, Lab workflows and research teams with production-grade data systems.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed processing frameworks (Spark or equivalent)
Experience with modern orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, Dagster)
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., LLM copilots) to accelerate data solution development
Familiarity with building data products that support analytics, ML, or AI applications
Strong data modeling expertise (dimensional, normalized, healthcare-specific schemas)
Experience implementing CI/CD for data pipelines and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation); Knowledge of data observability, testing, and data quality frameworks

The Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) is responsible for contributing to account sales, service, and support activities of all Oncology products. The role includes ensuring patients adherence to the prescribed test cadence with a focus on improving patient outcomes. The individual will identify areas of improvement in clinical workflows, test fulfillment, internal systems and processes. Responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining key relationships and working with customers and internal partners that enable Signatera patient retention and unit growth within existing customers.

The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals. It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated figure rather than a guaranteed amount, providing a guideline based on average performance outcomes.

We are currently looking for an Account Sales Representative (ASR) to join our Women's Health sales team!
The ASR is responsible for service and sales support activities to assist in driving market adoption and business growth. Core responsibilities include supporting the Clinical Field Specialists (CFS) increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to individual MFMs and OB/GYNs. Support efforts include cultivating and maintaining key relationships, and creating and supporting a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly. Support efforts will focus on currently marketed products and new product launches.
