The Role
Nanonets is seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our fast-growing Healthcare business — a team focused on transforming U.S. healthcare operations with AI-powered automation. In this role, you’ll bring deep domain expertise in medical billing, payments, coding, and denials to help shape and scale how Nanonets supports healthcare providers and billing organizations.
You’ll act as a subject matter expert (SME) and hands-on operator, ensuring that our automation solutions map seamlessly to real-world RCM workflows. Roles and Responsibilities

- Deep understanding of billing workflows, payment posting, medical coding, and denials management.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) or practice management systems used in healthcare billing.
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills — ability to identify workflow gaps and propose scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with evolving processes.

About the role
We’re looking for a technically strong, customer-facing problem solver to bridge product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. In this role, you’ll support the sales process by building tailored demos, validating technical requirements, and translating customer needs into practical workflows and solutions. What You’ll Do

About the role
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Forward Deployed Engineer based in Bangalore, India.
In this role, you will work directly with customers to design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems into live production environments. You will operate at the intersection of frontend, backend, and infrastructure, owning problems end-to-end — from initial requirements to production rollout. Qualifications

About the role
As we continue to scale, we are looking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our growing team at Nanonets. You will be playing a key role in building solutions and driving forward the product roadmap. - 4+ years of experience, including experience working on user-facing SAAS products.

About the role
The Sales Development Representative role at Nanonets is a foundational role within our sales function. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the tip of the spear, connecting with prospective customers via outbound activity and uncovering new sales opportunities for our Sales team.
You will be on the front lines every day, making cold calls and sending emails, so you must be comfortable talking to strangers, addressing questions and objections, effectively introducing prospects to our products and value proposition, and ultimately building our sales pipeline.

- Follow up with Marketing generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities. Move solid leads through the funnel connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging meetings.
Preferred experience:
- 1+ year in lead generation and/or inside sales experience in a SaaS company
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience with Zoominfo

- Monitor, debug, and improve production systems continuously.
What we expect from you :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack engineering.
- Experience working in a fast-moving startup, with a track record of shipping products quickly.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go or Python) and one frontend framework (preferably React + TypeScript).
- Experience with using LLM APIs and LLM-based applications.
- Strong understanding of web architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and relational databases.
- Ability to write clean, testable code and solve production issues effectively.
- A builder’s mindset: ownership, initiative, and bias for action.
Nice to have :
- Familiarity with US healthcare or other regulated domains.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
