The Head of Intelligent Leisure & Programming Production is responsible for setting the strategy, curating the content, and leading the execution of Moss’s intellectual and cultural programming. This role blends cultural fluency, programming judgment, member instinct, and production rigor. It is accountable for ensuring that Intelligent Leisure meaningfully contributes to membership value, engagement, retention, and Moss’s broader brand positioning.
This is a senior leadership role. It is not primarily a hosting, editorial, or social role—though all three are components of success. Ownership, judgment, follow-through, and operational excellence are paramount.
This position reports directly to the Co-Founders of Moss New York.
The salary wage for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

The General Manager will directly oversee the senior operating leaders of F&B and Bedrock, establish and reinforce systems, standards, and accountability across the club, and act as the primary operational liaison with the developer’s facilities manager. Minimum of 2+ years serving experience in a high-volume, service-driven restaurant environment; upscale or chef-driven concepts preferred.
• Flexible availability for AM and PM shifts, including weekends.
• Strong teamwork, professionalism, and a hospitality-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Genuine interest in seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine with a willingness to expand culinary and beverage knowledge.
