About the Role

As a Growth Director, MEA, you’ll lead net-new business acquisition and strategic revenue expansion across the Middle East and Africa for a global full-service digital marketing and transformation agency. This is a senior, market-facing role where you will translate complex client business challenges into integrated digital solutions spanning media, content, data, and technology. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work and navigating the high-growth enterprise landscape of the MEA region.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional growth strategy and pipeline development by defining target sectors and building structured opportunity pipelines.

• Generate and maintain a qualified multi-million GBP pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnership channels, and executive relationship development.

• Own complex RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, coordinating cross-functional teams across media, content, data, and technology to develop winning value propositions.

• Shape integrated client solutions that bridge performance media, social/influencer marketing, martech, and customer experience.

• Negotiate commercial contracts and deal structures to ensure competitiveness while protecting delivery margins.

• Execute regional demand-generation initiatives, including industry events, executive roundtables, and thought leadership programs.

• Build and monetise strategic partnerships with platforms, technology vendors, and consultancies to establish joint go-to-market programs.

• Maintain deep market and competitive intelligence across the MEA landscape to inform regional positioning.

• Collaborate with Client Success teams to identify organic expansion opportunities and cross-sell capabilities within existing accounts.

• Manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline governance to ensure consistent delivery against Net New revenue targets.

About You

The essentials:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, media, adtech, or digital transformation environments.

• Deep knowledge of the MEA market landscape, buying structures, and cultural nuances.

• Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).

• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-service digital engagements with enterprise or upper mid-market clients.

• Strong technical understanding of the digital ecosystem, including programmatic, analytics, CRM/CDP, and marketing automation.

• Expertise in consultative selling and leading multi-disciplinary pitch processes.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.

Not a must, but a plus:

• Existing senior-level relationships with major regional platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) or consultancies.

• Experience working within a global matrixed agency environment.

• Deep vertical expertise in high-growth regional sectors like Travel/Tourism, FinTech, or Neom-related projects.

About the Role

As the EMEA Growth Lead you’ll partner closely with Managing Directors, Growth, and Client teams across the region to drive pipeline and revenue through focused marketing and communications. Reporting into the Chief Growth Officer, EMEA, you will shape and activate integrated, multi-channel programs for our London-based operations, combining demand generation with strong narrative and market presence. We are looking for a senior, hands-on operator who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work that contributes directly to commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Own the in-market game plan by partnering with MDs, Growth, Client teams, and Global Comms to define narratives and build integrated marketing plans.

• Design campaigns that drive revenue by creating multi-channel programs (events, content, PR, email, paid) aligned to specific pipeline and sales goals.

• Lead execution end-to-end for third-party events (e.g., Cannes Lions, Advertising Week Europe) and owned activations from concept through to follow-up.

• Drive full-funnel performance by setting measurable targets and optimizing campaigns to generate pipeline and influence revenue.

• Report with clarity, providing regular, structured updates on demand generation and campaign performance.

• Build and leverage partnerships, securing sponsorships and leading co-marketing with technology and service partners.

• Plan and prioritise the EMEA events and content calendar aligned to regional commercial focus.

• Fuel demand through paid and content by managing social and digital channels in support of priority campaigns.

• Align regional initiatives with global campaigns and messaging, adapting where needed for maximum market impact.

About You

The essentials:

• 10+ years in B2B marketing, communications, or demand generation across EMEA.

• Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline impact through marketing programs.

• Strong experience across marketing and communications, including PR, content, and events.

• Well-connected across key industry publications, platforms, and events.

• Excellent English writing skills, with the ability to craft senior-level communications and PR narratives.

• Stakeholder management expertise, with experience partnering with C-suite, MDs, and Sales to support commercial outcomes.

• Execution-focused mindset, able to manage multiple priorities with pace and discipline.

• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, including demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion.

Not a must, but a plus:

• Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.

• Experience in managing paid media (LinkedIn, Google).

• Background in partner marketing or collaborative growth initiatives.
