About the Job
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Procurement to lead sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management for digital rewards across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Philippines. This role is focused on building a high-quality, market-relevant rewards portfolio by securing competitive commercial terms with global brands, digital platforms and regional partners. The ideal candidate brings strong regional procurement experience across digital rewards ecosystems, including e-vouchers, gift cards, loyalty currencies (i.e. miles) and digital assets (i.e. stablecoins).
The Senior Associate, Procurement will be responsible for:
Strategic Sourcing (Digital Rewards)
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for digital rewards, ensuring competitive pricing and strong market relevance.
Supplier Negotiation & Management
- Lead commercial negotiations with global brands, digital platforms, and regional partners to secure best-in-class pricing, margins, and exclusive offers. Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
Market & Category Expansion
- Identify and onboard new digital reward partners to expand and localize the rewards catalog across target markets, ensuring alignment with customer preferences.
Regional Procurement Optimization
- Drive procurement KPIs including cost savings, margin improvement, supplier performance, and contract optimization across all four markets.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with the marketing, product, and finance teams to align reward sourcing with campaign needs, customer demand, and business objectives.
Procurement Operations & Governance
- Ensure accurate documentation of procurement activities, including contracts, pricing structures, and supplier performance tracking. Maintain compliance with internal procurement policies.
Project Management
- Lead the evaluation and onboarding of new digital reward platforms and design, implement, and standardize procurement processes to support these initiatives.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in digital rewards, e-commerce, fintech, or loyalty programs.
- Proven track record in negotiating with regional or global brands for digital products (i.e. Apple, Grab, Telco, or e-wallet platforms)
- Strong network of suppliers across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Philippines.
- Experience managing multi-market procurement strategies and supplier portfolios.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cost efficiency, margin improvement, and supplier performance.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a data driven approach.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
