The Role
The Revenue Operations Associate will support the Revenue Operations function by owning day-to-day system administration and operational reporting across Sales, CS, & GTM Tooling. This role sits at the intersection of systems administration, data analytics, and operational project management, ensuring the tools and reporting that power the Go-To-Market team to run efficiently and reliably.
As the GTM organization continues to scale, this role will help reduce operational risk, improve system reliability, and create the capacity needed to drive automation and process improvements across the team. The RevOps Ops Associate will partner closely with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, streamline workflows, and help drive measurable retention outcomes.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will help operate and improve the systems and reporting infrastructure that supports GTM to drive retention across the business. This includes day-to-day system administration, reporting ownership, and supporting initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
You will:
- Serve as project lead for system initiatives, automation programs, and integrations
- Work cross-functionally to identify operational gaps and build solutions that improve efficiency
- Administer and support core GTM tooling and system workflows
- Maintain dashboards and operational reporting for leadership
- Triage system issues, bugs, and operational troubleshooting
- Build proficiency across Salesforce and other systems to expand backend coverage and support ongoing system improvements
Over time, this role will evolve to also help drive process improvements that increase efficiency and improve retention outcomes.
Who You Are
You are an analytical and systems-oriented problem solver who enjoys improving processes and building operational efficiency. You are comfortable navigating data, learning new tools, and partnering cross-functionally to move initiatives forward.
You likely bring:
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, revenue operations, or a related operational role
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data and reporting
- A curiosity for how systems work and a willingness to learn new platforms
- A structured, organized approach to managing projects and operational tasks
- The ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
- A strong ownership mindset and the ability to operate independently
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Matik a bonus but not required
You enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure systems run smoothly and processes scale effectively, enabling Go-To-Market teams to focus on delivering great outcomes.

The Role
As a Senior Client Manager, you will own Modern Health’s employer relationships from launch through contract renewal. You are responsible for partnering with Fortune 500 companies to drive product adoption and engagement, and over time client retention and growth. You partner closely with senior HR executives and business leaders, serving as product expert, strategic consultant, and mental health champion. Your partnership with Modern Health’s clients and internal product team allows us to continually improve the functionality and benefits of the platform.
Ideal candidates have prior experience managing large-scale client relationships and are comfortable analyzing data and using it to make strategic and consultative recommendations. We’re looking for someone who is excited to positively impact the lives of millions in a highly visible role.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the face of Modern Health for our highest-priority customers
- Build and manage relationships with a broad range of global stakeholders including Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and consultants
- Partner and support sales initiatives by representing the Client Management role, organization and how we support and partner with customers
- Conduct regular global account meetings to refine and align customer strategies
- Partner with the Global Client Managers, if applicable, to ensure a consistent, cohesive approach across regions
- Partner with clients to define and execute a custom program strategy for Modern Health that integrates within their broader benefit offerings
- Champion and drive engagement with Modern Health’s mental wellness programs, converting clients into champions who serve as references and case studies
- Serve as the primary contact for global solution updates and upcoming developments, while acting as a local, accessible contact for escalations and urgent matters
- Maintain an understanding of diverse cultural nuances that influence client interactions worldwide
- Provide local implementation support in conjunction with the US-based implementation team
- Help clients understand available training topics, delivering Benefit Overview sessions tailored to their needs
- Support and lead global QBRs/ABRs, including day-to-day reporting requests for global customers
- Strategically use data and insights to guide decision making, employing storytelling and actionable recommendations that support long-term success
- Leverage tools such as Looker, Gainsight, and Salesforce to understand and diagnose client health, identifying opportunities and risks
- Drive success in measurable engagement and revenue outcomes, including improved wellness impact, benefits utilization, retention and renewals, and product expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care to advocate for clients and ensure successful adoption of Modern Health
Who You Are
Experience & Background
- 10+ years managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders; experience in employer benefits and healthcare is a strong plus
- Proven success strategically and autonomously managing a book of business, including engaging with executive sponsors, senior leaders, and HR decision-makers
Language Skills
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus

- Track record of achieving high retention, adoption, renewal, and expansion metrics, including closing large expansion opportunities
- Skilled at developing and implementing account strategies to maximize customer value and drive revenue growth
- Ability to build strong, trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor to customers

- Adept at objection handling and independently negotiating with clients

This role reports to the Vice President of Client Success. Ideal candidates have prior experience managing large-scale client relationships and are comfortable analyzing data and using it to make strategic and consultative recommendations. In this role you will be expected to work in your country/time zone. We’re looking for someone who is excited to positively impact the lives of millions in a highly visible role.
This position is only eligible to be performed within Singapore. Candidates must be fully authorized to work in Singapore, and/or a Singaporean Resident.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts, serving as the face of Modern Health for our highest-priority customers
- Build and manage relationships with a broad range of global stakeholders including Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and consultants

The Role
Day to day, you’ll support our SMB customers through scalable channels while designing and refining automated and AI-assisted journeys that enable clients to self-serve, allowing them to obtain support and configure Modern Health without reliance on 1:1 support. As part of the SMB Client Management team, you’ll drive program adoption, retention, and growth by improving our pooled model infrastructure and collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance self-serve experiences and bring customer insights back into the roadmap.
Ideal candidates have prior experience in client management or operational roles, are comfortable working in tools like Zendesk, and enjoy using data and experimentation to improve automation and self-serve experiences. You are a proactive self-starter who can independently identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve response quality and consistency, and scale our impact—while staying grounded in our mission to expand access to mental health care. This role reports into the Director of Client Management.

What You’ll Do
- Provide frontline client support via Zendesk: respond to client questions and requests, triage and escalate as needed, leverage and improve macros/knowledge base content, and surface patterns and insights to drive timely, accurate resolutions.
- Partner closely with the Rev Ops Associate to maintain, monitor, and enhance automated client journey programs that enable clients to self-serve.
- Monitor customer health using data-driven metrics to identify and escalate risk, and uncover opportunities within accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care to advocate for clients and drive successful adoption of Modern Health.
- Manage escalations and complex client needs with patience, professionalism, and clear communication.
- Organize and lead client product demos for members to drive understanding and engagement.
- Support the SMB Client Manager by preparing data, insights, and materials for client conversations and strategic reviews.
Who You Are
- 2+ years in a support agent or similar client support role at a technology or healthcare company
- East Coast based (Eastern Time)
- Experience working with cross-functional groups and senior stakeholders across Client Success, Sales, Operations, Finance, Tech, Marketing, etc.
- Excitement for building processes around new challenges: you enjoy problem-solving, have a keen attention to detail, and are motivated to drive ongoing team improvement
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills

The Role
As a Client Manager, you will own Modern Health’s employer relationships from launch through contract renewal. You are responsible for partnering with Fortune 500 companies to drive product adoption and engagement, and over time client retention and growth. You partner closely with senior HR executives and business leaders, serving as product expert, strategic consultant, and mental health champion. Your partnership with Modern Health’s clients and internal product team allows us to continually improve the functionality and benefits of the platform.
Ideal candidates have prior experience managing large-scale client relationships and are comfortable analyzing data and using it to make strategic and consultative recommendations. We’re looking for someone who is excited to positively impact the lives of millions in a highly visible role.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the face of Modern Health for our highest-priority customers
- Build and manage relationships with a broad range of global stakeholders including Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and consultants
- Partner and support sales initiatives by representing the Client Management role, organization and how we support and partner with customers
- Conduct regular global account meetings to refine and align customer strategies
- Partner with the Global Client Managers, if applicable, to ensure a consistent, cohesive approach across regions

Who You Are
Experience & Background
- 6+ years managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders within B2B tech; experience in employer benefits and healthcare is a strong plus
- Proven success strategically and autonomously managing a book of business (30+ customers across segments), including engaging with executive sponsors, senior leaders, and HR decision-makers
Language Skills
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus

The Role

The Role:
Modern Health is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant Relations Manager to shape and drive our consultant partnerships in the Central Region. The Role
We’re looking for an AI Product Engineer to join our small but nimble AI team. Your mission is to deploy responsible AI within the Modern Health ecosystem. As an AI Product Engineer, you will work on developing and implementing AI-powered products, incorporating LLMs, embeddings, and other ML/AI technologies into Modern Health’s experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join Modern Health's marketing team. This individual will be instrumental in translating our clinical differentiation and platform capabilities into compelling narratives for enterprise buyers — helping HR and benefits leaders understand why Modern Health is the partner of choice for workforce mental health.
You will play a pivotal role in driving go-to-market success by developing deep fluency in our buying committees, sharpening our competitive positioning, and ensuring every customer-facing message reflects both the business case and the human value of what we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
Market & Buying Committee Intelligence
- Develop deep expertise in Modern Health's buying committee dynamics — including CFO, CHRO, Benefits Operator, Risk/Compliance, and Procurement — mapping each stakeholder's unique priorities, objections, and success metrics.
- Conduct ongoing market research to track competitive positioning, industry trends, and shifts in employer mental health investment priorities.
- Build and maintain buyer personas and customer journey maps across B2B and B2B2C channels that reflect real purchase behaviors, not just job titles.
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop and articulate clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging tailored to distinct stakeholder audiences, including HR leadership, benefits teams, and executive buyers.
- Collaborate with product management to ensure tight alignment between platform capabilities and market narratives — translating features into business and clinical outcomes.
- Own and evolve Modern Health's core messaging framework, ensuring consistency across all channels while enabling flexibility for segment-specific conversations.
Go-to-Market Strategy

Qualifications:

The Role:
As Senior Counsel, Regulatory & Compliance, you will be a senior member of the Legal team responsible for healthcare regulatory, privacy, AI, product, and compliance matters arising from Modern Health’s provision of mental health and well‑being services through our digital platform.
You will work closely with our clinical, product/engineering, security, operations, marketing, sales, people, and finance teams, and will collaborate with almost every function at the company. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Compliance & Privacy Officer, you will serve as a key advisor to the business, helping Modern Health navigate complex healthcare regulatory regimes while enabling thoughtful, compliant innovation.
What You’ll Do:
Healthcare Regulatory & Product Counseling
- Lead and provide practical, business-focused advice on healthcare regulatory issues, including leading guidance on applicable federal employer benefits regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA market reforms), anti‑kickback, corporate practice of medicine, telehealth, professional licensure, and related state and federal laws regulating the provision of mental health and wellness services.
- Counsel product, clinical, and operations teams on how to design, build, and launch products and features in a highly regulated environment, consistent with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Manage and coordinate U.S. and international regulatory reviews for new offerings and market expansions, including engagement with outside counsel as needed.
- Monitor and analyze legislative, regulatory, and rule‑making developments in digital health and healthcare delivery that may impact Modern Health’s business objectives, and help shape Modern Health’s positions.
Privacy & Data Governance
- Serve as legal advisor on privacy and data governance, with a focus on healthcare privacy (e.g., HIPAA and analogous state laws) and global privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ePrivacy, and other non‑U.S. regimes), as well as support the compliance efforts related to comprehensive U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA) and the fulfillment of individual data rights (e.g., access, deletion, correction).
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Clinical, and Marketing to assess privacy and security risks and regulatory requirements related to Modern Health’s products, vendor ecosystem, and marketing/sales activities.
- Support and help operationalize privacy‑by‑design across the product lifecycle, including privacy impact assessments, data mapping, consent and preference management, and user‑facing disclosures.
- Draft, review, and negotiate privacy and data terms in vendor, customer, and partnership agreements, including data protection addenda, business associate agreements, and cross‑border transfer mechanisms.
- Develop and maintain privacy policies, procedures, FAQs, playbooks, and training materials to support scalable, repeatable processes across the company.
AI Governance
- Draft and advise on legal frameworks governing the ethical and compliant use of data for artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models, including data governance for training sets.
- Advise on the legal and regulatory implications of AI/ML usage in mental health and wellness products, including guidance related to potential classification as a medical device (e.g., FDA guidance) or similar government oversight.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures for responsible AI, focusing on mitigating algorithmic bias, ensuring transparency, and addressing issues of explainability and fairness.
- Partner with Security, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to establish robust legal review and validation processes for AI/ML features before and after deployment.
- Monitor and advise on emerging federal and state legislation and global regulations related to AI (e.g., the EU AI Act) and assess their potential impact on Modern Health's global strategy and operations.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Help support Modern Health’s regulatory and compliance frameworks, including internal structures and processes appropriate for a fast‑growing, global health technology company.
- Assess and prioritize regulatory, privacy, and compliance risk areas, and help design and implement risk mitigation strategies, including the development and operationalization of internal policies, procedures, and controls.
- Support compliance certifications, audits, and internal reviews to confirm adherence to company policies and applicable federal, state, and international laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the vetting and ongoing oversight of third‑party suppliers, including review of “red flags” and escalation of issues as appropriate.
Cross‑Functional Partnership & Leadership
- Act as a thought partner to senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders on digital health, regulatory, privacy ,AI, and compliance strategy.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the Legal and Compliance team to ensure consistency of advice and alignment with company objectives.
- Help prepare clear, concise reports and updates for executive leadership and, as appropriate, the Board regarding key regulatory and compliance risks and initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Experience: Approximately 8-10 years of combined healthcare regulatory, privacy, product counseling, and/or compliance experience, including time at a healthcare or health technology company operating in a heavily regulated space, a mid‑ to large‑sized law firm, and/or a government agency.
- Education: J.D. from a top‑tier law school (or equivalent) with strong academic credentials; admission to at least one U.S. state bar in good standing.
- Healthcare Regulatory Expertise: Meaningful experience advising on U.S. healthcare regulatory matters, such as ERISA/ACA Market reforms, anti‑kickback laws, corporate practice restrictions, telehealth, professional licensure, and related state and federal regimes.
- Privacy & Data Protection: Familiarity with healthcare privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA and state health privacy laws) and major U.S. state and global privacy frameworks (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, GDPR), with experience applying these in product or operational contexts.
- Product & Technology Counseling: Demonstrated experience advising on digital health or technology products, including counseling on launches and ongoing product development in a regulated environment.
- AI/ML Legal & Policy Experience: Demonstrated experience advising on the legal, regulatory, and policy issues surrounding the development and deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning models in a regulated industry, including responsible AI principles, data governance for training, and knowledge of emerging global AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act).
- Compliance & Operations: Experience helping to build or operationalize compliance programs in healthcare or another highly regulated industry (e.g., policies and procedures, training, investigations, audits, or certifications).
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical teams (e.g., engineering, clinical, operations, marketing, sales, security) and with senior leadership to achieve regulatory and compliance objectives.

The Role
As a Director, People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to our executives and leaders. You’ll shape and execute people strategies that enable engagement, strengthen leadership, and enable business impact. You’ll provide counsel on organizational design, performance enablement, talent planning, and leadership development - balancing near-term priorities with long-term organizational health and cultural alignment. - Drive complex, cross-functional people initiatives end-to-end, managing scoping, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of core people processes (e.g., compensation, performance management, talent development, employee relations, change management, organizational design).
- Champion culture and employee experience, ensuring fairness, inclusion, and consistency in decision-making, surfacing patterns in employee sentiment, and proactively strengthening engagement and trust.
- Be responsible for overall program management for people team initiatives and roadmap
- Collaborate with other People Team functions (People Ops, Recruiting) and key cross-functional stakeholders to inform the design and implementation of strategic people programs and initiatives
- Act as a culture ambassador, fostering equity, diversity and inclusion, and belonging. Partner with and support our ERG’s.
- Use good judgment and utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to inform key business and people decisions
- Address, investigate and resolve employee relations issues
- Uphold and promote Modern Health’s values
Who You Are
- 12+ years of People/HR experience, with at least 4+ years of HRBP experience partnering directly with Executive and leaders.
- HRBP Experience partnering with Sales, Go to Market or Engineering teams is heavily preferred in this role.
- 2+ years experience in a People leadership role, ideally in healthcare, tech and high-growth or startup environments.
- Experience with organizational and cultural transformation
- Strong program management acumen/skills
- Ability to strike a balance between strategic partnership-building and getting things done
- Comfortable utilizing qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem solving and root cause analysis to tell a story and translate it into actionable strategy
- Excellent judgment and problem solving capabilities; as well as ability to make pragmatic and thoughtful decisions
- Deep sense of empathy and understanding for the needs of diverse groups of people
- Expertise in building trusting relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (i.e., Finance, Legal)
- An advocate for others, speaking up even when it’s difficult, and seeing others accomplish their goals
- Organizational, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Have a passion for seeing others grow through coaching, mentoring, and career development
- Ability to travel and work in office as needed

Our Client Success Team is responsible for supporting Modern Health’s employer relationships to drive product adoption and engagement, and over time client retention and growth.
