About The Role
Mochi Health, originally founded as an obesity management practice, is expanding its virtual care model beyond weight management. We’re looking for Registered Dietitian & Nutritionists who are committed to delivering high-quality, accessible, and affordable care across a growing range of specialties. While obesity and metabolic health remain core areas of focus, our providers also support patients in areas such as dermatology, hormone replacement therapy, depression & anxiety, longevity, and hair loss. You will play a crucial role in guiding individuals through their health journey and provide personalized, evidence-based nutritional support. This role is ideal for someone passionate about metabolic health, behavioral change, and leveraging digital healthcare to improve patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct one-on-one virtual consultations to discuss nutrition, obesity medicine, and personalized meal planning.
- Provide nutritional counseling that supports patients across multiple specialty areas (ex. dermatology, hormone health, mental wellness, longevity, hair loss, etc.) and recognizing the critical link between nutrition and whole-body health.
- Build rapport, credibility, and engagement with members through exceptional communication.
- Use motivational interviewing techniques to guide members toward sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Provide guidance on lifestyle choices tailored to metabolic health, performance, and longevity goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research on obesity medicine, binge eating disorder, and the nutritional dimensions of emerging specialty areas (e.g., gut-skin axis, hormonal balance, mood and diet).
- Collaborate with our team of innovative healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care.
- Adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to team-wide improvements.
- Engage in educational content creation (blog writing, social media, program development) as needed.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with at least 1 year of experience.
- Currently possess at least 1 state license.
- Experienced in obesity medicine, binge eating disorder, and nutrition-based approaches to chronic and lifestyle-related conditions.
- Proficient in online scheduling tools, EMR systems, and video-visit coordination.
- Skilled in motivational interviewing and patient education.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing Medical Nutritional Therapy (MNT).
- Willingness to obtain additional licenses.
- Experience or interest in nutrition as it relates to one or more of the following: dermatology, hormone replacement therapy, mental health (depression & anxiety), longevity, or hair loss.
- Active licensure in one or more of the following states: New Jersey, Indiana, Minnesota, Tennessee, Connecticut, Nevada, Kansas, Texas, Florida, Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, Virginia, Illinois, Washington.

Compensation

Remote — Texas | Temporary-to-Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate, dependable phone agent to join our Member Experience team. This is a phone-first, inbound-only role — you will spend the majority of your time on calls with Mochi patients helping them navigate their care, understand their medications, and resolve issues quickly and empathetically. Following calls, you will occasionally send brief follow-up messages through our secure patient portal to document or close out requests.
This is an entry-level role with a clear path to permanent employment. We are initially hiring on a temporary basis as we build out our US-based team, with the expectation of converting to a permanent position for strong performers after the pilot period.
What you’ll do
- Handle inbound patient calls as your primary responsibility — you will be on the phones the majority of your shift
- Answer questions about prescriptions, refills, subscriptions, appointments, and account status clearly and accurately
- Follow up via our secure patient portal after calls when written documentation or provider coordination is needed
- Document patient interactions accurately in our systems after each call
- Escalate complex or clinical issues to the appropriate team per established protocols
- Maintain Mochi's quality, HIPAA compliance, and patient safety standards at all times
Who you are
- 1+ years of experience in a call center, phone support, or patient-facing customer service role
- Telehealth or healthcare experience is a strong plus
- Spanish and English fluency is preferred — bilingual candidates will be prioritized and compensated at the higher end of our range
- Confident, warm, and clear on the phone — patients trust you quickly
- Organized and able to manage follow-up tasks across multiple patient interactions
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps), quiet workspace, and a headset with microphone
- Located in Texas — this role is remote but we are hiring in this state only at this time
Schedule
Part-time (~24 hours/week). Two shifts available/daily; expected to take 4 shifts a week; cannot take more than one shift/day — 8-2 PM CT or 2-8 CT:

Compensation
- English only $15/hr

About The Role
Mochi Health began as a digital obesity medicine practice and has evolved into a comprehensive virtual care platform. We're seeking board-certified physicians passionate about accessible, high-quality healthcare delivery. Our providers manage patients across multiple therapeutic areas including metabolic health, dermatology, hormone replacement therapy, mental health (depression and anxiety), and hair loss. Given our foundation in obesity medicine, all providers should be comfortable with weight management as this remains central to our patient population.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct virtual visits for adults with acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions.
- Provide ongoing obesity and metabolic health management, including GLP-1s and related treatments.
- Deliver patient care in expanding domains such as dermatology, hormone replacement therapy, depression and anxiety, and hair loss management.
- Work closely with Mochi’s multidisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
- Use cost-conscious prescribing practices, offering compounded and generic options when appropriate.
- Participate in continuing education through our optional monthly academic lecture series.
Who You Are
- MD/DO currently board certified in a speciality recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
- Minimum 2 years post-residency experience in adult primary or specialty care.
- Telemedicine experience preferred.
- Familiarity with or interest in obesity medicine and emerging treatment areas (dermatology, HRT, mental health, hair loss)

Providers are compensated under a capitated payment model, with earnings tied directly to the size of their patient panel. Actual compensation may vary depending on panel size, provider experience, and geographic location.
