The Accounts Payable & Payroll Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring stability, accuracy, and compliance of critical financial operations. This position provides strategic oversight of payroll and accounts payable functions while actively contributing to day-to-day execution. By filling this role, Mitsubishi Motors North America maintains strong internal controls, meets all regulatory requirements, and ensures the consistent, efficient delivery of payroll and vendor payment processes that support the broader organization.
Summary of Role:
The Accounts Payable & Payroll Manager leads payroll and accounts payable operations, setting direction, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement across both functions. This role manages and develops a team of three specialists while also remaining closely involved in core processes, including payroll execution, tax compliance, and vendor disbursements.

The Dealer Development Specialist is critical to maintaining operational continuity within the Dealer Development Team. The position supports the administrative, procedural, and compliance-related functions of the Dealer Package Management System (DPMS) and ensures required dealer documentation, activations, renewals, and system updates are completed accurately and on time.
This role supports business operations by ensuring documentation is processed in accordance with established requirements, helping mitigate operational and legal risk by maintaining accurate records and supporting cross-functional coordination between Headquarters, regional teams, and dealers.
Role Summary:
The Dealer Development Specialist is responsible for providing administrative, procedural, and system-based support to the Dealer Development Team. The role supports established dealer development processes by ensuring required dealer documentation is collected, logged, reviewed for completeness and accuracy against defined criteria, and entered into company systems in support of dealer activations, buy/sells, and renewals.
The position maintains dealer records in DPMS and DMS in accordance with documented procedures, performs initial completeness reviews of dealer proposals and agreement packages using approved checklists and templates, and prepares recurring and ad hoc reports. The role also provides administrative and coordination support for meetings and regional activities.
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical due to the compliance-oriented nature of the work.

About the Job
The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Customer Connections Admin supports both the ADR and Customer Connections teams by handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth departmental processes, including billing, case tracking, and vehicle disposition. The position also provides ongoing support to regional and district teams while assisting Customer Connections leadership with daily operations.
This position is based at the company's Franklin, TN headquarters. The Customer Relations team operates on a hybrid schedule, coming into the office 1–2 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely 3–4 days per week. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Travel requirements for this role are minimal, limited primarily to local dealerships and the Franklin, TN technology center.
