Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to customers
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, including new logos and expansion

Role Overview
As an Enterprise Account Manager – ANZ, you will be responsible for developing and expanding Minitab’s strategic enterprise customer base across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead complex, consultative sales engagements focused on enterprise-wide Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives, working with senior business, operational, and technical stakeholders.
This role is suited to an experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong engineering or technical background and a proven track record selling quality, manufacturing, or enterprise software solutions into large, complex organisations. You will position Minitab as a long-term CQI partner, helping customers drive measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, compliance, and operational performance.
