As a Yard Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be to assist with organization and equipment needs within the yard, assist with incoming loads so equipment can be looked at and put on repair schedule, loading equipment and/or materials, and to work with the Yard Supervisor on organizing workloads and daily operations. You will maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all health, safety and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations.

What it takes:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 0-2 years prior related experience, or equivalent combination of both
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team
• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer proficiency
• Previous experience operating heavy construction equipment (desired)
• Possess a Class A CDL (desired)

We are seeking a Quality Manager to support operations in implementing and maintaining QA/QC programs. This role involves conducting jobsite and facility inspections, assessments, and evaluations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Success in this position requires the ability to work independently, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The anticipated salary range is $127,000-175,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
