Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned deal-maker and manager to lead our media & deal strategy covering partner monetization efforts nationally. The role sits on the central media solutions team. This is a unique opportunity to take a leadership position on how Interactive Avenues structures and executes agreements with media companies and creators. The ideal candidate will have experience with complex contract negotiations with a solid understanding of the evolving media landscape locally. This person must have experience building and managing large relationships and/or responsible for strategic negotiations across verticals. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to execute programs and partnerships that drive meaningful value. You will work closely with the local teams, who serve as the primary clients for this role, as well as operations and legal, among others, to deliver results. The Partnerships lead at Interactive avenues works closely with the leading partners in the world & in local markets, is responsible for both managing those relationships and driving product adoption. You should have managed clients with overall budget of 100 Cr.

Key Responsibility

• Be the primary deal-maker and contract negotiator for the central team, eventually helping to scale efforts by building a team
• Review and inform policy and legal agreements to support broader programs
• Inform the operational requirements for managing partner programs, such as reporting details, payment flows, etc
• Support program creation leveraging quantitative analysis and industry research
• Represent Interactive Avenues in negotiations and meetings with executives from other companies
• Execute in an intense & fast-paced environment
• You would be expected to have full understanding on all of your portfolio of clients
• Understand the different stakeholders within agency and start building relationship with them.
• Helping your team to craft the agency response to the client briefs.
• Ability to lead strategic discussions with clients.
• You should be able to have full understanding of what is happening on each clients & lead your team in that aspect.
• Create a 360 planning approach for new campaign
• Be visible as the leader of your team within the agency as well as with clients
• Start interacting with our regional agency teams on client where applicable
• Ability to start driving agency KPIs; balanced with client KPI
• Lead the annual planning process for our clients.
• Be the seamless bridge between local clients & regional/global agency team.
• Converse on measurement metrics across touchpoint based on campaign objectives
• Win awards in both internal and external.

Position Summary

We are looking for you - The, Performance Marketing Director has ultimate accountability for the effectiveness of the entire Performance Marketing team. As a performance media expert, this person will have expertise in an array of addressable paid advertising strategies that utilizes tech based buying and optimization tools to positively affect our client’s ROI including search, display, social, mobile, local, Ecom and video. This role will have an increasing focus on Demand Generation and Response Management as our clients look to monetize online. This person should also understand the interplay and synergy between traditional and digital media and have the ability to build and scale an integrated team of performance practitioners.

The Director is responsible for leading the Execution teams of a large enterprise client’s performance marketing accounts towards stated client and company objectives. The Director will manage and direct Performance Media teams, including Group Heads, Operations Supervisors, Senior Manager, Manager and Executives. Proven account management and team leadership experience is essential, along with experience in online marketing and digital media.

Account Management

• Develops, manages, and monitors client service delivery executions of the assigned accounts
• Oversees process development and execution management
• Assures quality control of all media planning and implementation
• Enforces Best Practices
• Prepares and presents annual financial plans and human resources plans

Performance Media

• Implements Planning Process for the assigned accounts and holistic media planning across all digital disciplines paid search, display, social, native, video and Ecom
• Coordinates efforts across different digital media channels to drive optimized recommendations
• Continuously evaluate and improve upon all digital media opportunities
• Attend to client meetings as needed, interface as needed with executive level and middle management level on client side during meetings and presentations
• Participates in building and evolving the PM practice, vision and areas of expertise
• Understands and expands business prospects by having a thorough understanding of all the services provided by the agency.

Team Leadership & Development

We are currently seeking an Associate Group Head / Group Head – Addressable Strategy & Activation to oversee and develop our Programmatic & MarTech service offering and to help, develop, execute, and optimize Interactive Avenues most challenging Programmatic strategies for desktop, mobile, voice search, YouTube. This role includes direct management of Programmatic team members, serving as internal analyst to maintain portfolios of the partners. Account Management

• Develop the strategy & manage the day-to-day relationships to ensure revenue growth for your portfolio of programmatic partners.
• Monitor & analyse daily activities to identify opportunities to increase revenue and challenges affecting spend or delivery.
• Help maximize revenue opportunity with all existing programmatic partners
• Understand partners’ needs and develop custom commercial & technical offers where necessary.
• Work with internal marketing team to develop marketing materials & BI team to pull together relevant trends.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Translating client campaign objectives into programmatic activation strategies; including defining and building target audiences and sourcing relevant inventory opportunities
• Provide Data Driven, Supply, AI /ML Multi – DSP / platform solutions to planning or Client teams.
• Managing campaigns, including ensuring budgets are pacing effectively and tactics are being optimized towards relevant objectives and KPIs
• Provide Mid / Post campaign analysis to clients 
• Overseeing the execution of operational tasks including budget management, billing and campaign creative trafficking
• Developing strong working relationships and with planning, investment, operations and analytics team.
• Creating and enforcing workflow processes to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
• Training, supporting and managing the day to day responsibilities and QAing work of more junior team members
• Conducting regular and ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities to improve performance within and across campaigns
• Keeping key stakeholders including clients and account teams updated on campaign and account level performance via regular and ad-hoc reporting and status meetings
• Contributing to the development of best practices to improve the quality or efficiency of work within an account or broader agency programmatic team

• Proficient knowledge of ad serving tools (ex: DV360, DCM)
