The Role
We’re hiring a full-time Technical Support Engineer to own the customer support queue end to end. The majority of tickets fall into a few recurring patterns - API key and billing issues with third-party providers, container connectivity problems, config sync failures, and memory/continuity bugs - but the debugging can get deep. You’ll need to be comfortable working in Linux environments, reading container logs, querying databases, and reasoning through multi-stage systems to find where something broke.
This isn’t a “restart it and close the ticket” role. Our highest-frequency issue (third-party API key failures) requires understanding the difference between “our platform broke something” and “your API provider account ran out of credits.” Our hardest issues involve diagnosing connectivity failures across distributed infrastructure, and figuring out which component in the chain dropped. You’ll need strong diagnostic instincts and the patience to work through ambiguous symptoms.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced operator who has lived the 0–1 journey. Someone who knows how to take a SaaS product from concept to paying customers. As an AI Business Lead at Martell Group, you’ll be the commercial lead behind new ventures, shaping their go-to-market strategy, validating revenue models, and driving early sales traction.
Who we’re looking for
This role is for a founder, not an operator.
You have founded or co-founded a B2B SaaS company and taken it past early revenue. Second or third time preferred.
You have sold to SMBs as the founder. You know how to sit in a prospect’s pain and close without a script.
You can build your own pipeline from day one. You are not here to harvest an existing audience. You earn distribution by proving traction first.
You index for the customer. You know how to kill features customers haven’t paid for.
You stay calm under constant change. Pivots happen. Roadmaps shift. You adapt and keep moving.
Prior success inside Dan Martell’s network is a strong plus.
What you’ll do
You will lead a new venture through validation, early revenue, and the first phase of scale. In the early weeks you operate solo, validating demand and closing your first paying customers using concierge delivery. Once demand is proven, Martell Ventures pairs you with a Tech Lead we have sourced and selected. You confirm working-style fit. From there you co-lead the build and scale the business alongside them.
Specifically you will:
Define the ideal customer, offer, and pricing.
Build your own outbound pipeline and run daily sales activity.
Close early paying customers and deliver value before a product is fully built.
Capture customer signal and set the product direction for your Tech Lead.
Report daily in the early weeks and shift to weekly as the business stabilizes. Attend growth reviews with the Portfolio Growth Leader.
Ship repeatable sales, onboarding, and delivery processes as you grow.
What success looks like
Paying customers closed before a product is built.
A pipeline machine that runs without reliance on Dan’s audience.
A product roadmap driven by customer willingness to pay, not engineering ambition.
A brand and a reputation that reflects well on Martell Ventures and Dan Martell.
A venture on a credible path to meaningful ARR inside the first year.

Founder or co-founder of a B2B SaaS company with proven MRR.
Proven founder-led sales experience with SMB customers.
Ability to self-source pipeline from day one.
Voice-of-customer instinct.

As the AI Technical Lead at Martell Group, you’ll be the engine behind our product, translating real-world recruiting problems into lightning-fast, scalable AI solutions.
You’ll work side-by-side with a commercially proven co-founder under Martell Group' battle-tested venture studio model, owning everything from architecture to iteration velocity. This role is perfect for a pragmatic, execution-led builder ready to ship with speed, autonomy, and clarity, without the fundraising distraction.
You will take a validated product concept and turn it into a shipped, scalable SaaS product. Early on you build the foundational stack and convert concierge delivery into software. About the Role
We are hiring a world-class growth operator who has scaled multiple companies and built early-stage systems inside top-tier venture environments. You will own the studio-wide growth engine and ensure every venture reaches Product-Market-Fit (PMF), revenue, and adoption milestones that compound Martell Ventures enterprise value.
You operate with Speed over Perfection, Own the Outcome, and Act Like a Founder, holding yourself and founders to elite execution standards. Once founders enter the studio, you install the Martell Ventures Growth OS across the portfolio and run a unified growth system covering acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention.
You will define ICP clarity, positioning, offer design, activation paths, pricing, and funnel integrity for every venture while enforcing truth, speed, and founder-level ownership.
