The Incident Response and Threat Intelligence Analyst is responsible for detecting, investigating, and responding to cybersecurity incidents, fraud, and digital threats impacting the organization and its affiliates. This role integrates incident response, threat intelligence, digital risk protection, and fraud analysis to proactively identify risks, disrupt malicious activity, and strengthen organizational defenses through actionable intelligence, investigations, and well-documented processes.

Responsibilities 

• Support security and fraud incident response activities in coordination with the virtual Security Operations Center (vSOC) and internal stakeholders, including identification, containment, remediation, and post-incident analysis.
• Enhance digital risk protection, threat intelligence, and social media monitoring programs, delivering timely and actionable intelligence to support operational response and threat modeling.
• Conduct highly confidential digital and fraud investigations and produce clear, defensible investigative reports.
• Monitor and analyze the cyber threat and fraud landscape using OSINT, deep/dark web sources, industry tools, internal telemetry, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework to identify relevant threats, vulnerabilities, indicators of compromise (IOCs), and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Analyze system logs, transaction data, and user behavior to identify anomalies, high-risk patterns, and indicators of fraud; assess impact and develop mitigation and prevention strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and document incident-response playbooks, threat-intelligence processes, fraud workflows, policies, and procedures to improve operational consistence and effectiveness.
• Assist in producing threat intelligence briefs, metrics, and reports that communicate risk, trends, and business impact to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support security awareness initiatives, including training programs and internal phishing campaigns, to strengthen organizational security and fraud resilience.
• Collaborate across teams to fulfill intelligence requests, support adversary simulation efforts, and align threat intelligence with evolving business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for security automation and SOAR-driven orchestration to improve response time, intelligence quality, and operational scalability across incident response, intelligence, and fraud programs.
• Monitor and identify instances of illegal streaming and piracy utilizing threat intelligence monitoring platforms, and manage the submission and execution of takedown efforts to support anti-piracy and brand protection initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience supporting incident response and conducting in-depth cyber, fraud, or digital investigations using OSINT, social media platforms, industry tools, and internal data sources.
• Strong understanding of malicious adversaries, threat actors, and campaigns, including indicators of compromise (IOCs) and adversary tools, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational, time management, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts, attack methods, and investigative findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence methodologies, analytical frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK), and intelligence reporting best practices.
• Foreign language proficiency in Spanish, Russian, Farsi, and/or Mandarin is a plus.

This program provides young & professional creators an opportunity to continue their creative and visual career while also learning from the best content creators in sports. 

The Live Content Creator is a member of the Live Content team and is primarily responsible for capturing video and photo content using one’s personal professional cameras of on- and off-the-field baseball experiences for the league, club and player’s social needs. Beyond day-to-day coverage, content might be used for brand marketing campaigns, editorial pieces, and external stakeholders to further elevate the growth of baseball. 

This is a part-time, seasonal position covering MLB games and events in the assigned city, reporting back to the Live Content team based in New York City. 

The Live Content Creator Program requires the use of personal professional cameras.

This role requires night and weekends through the year and requires flexibility to be available on short notice. Potential travel opportunities. 

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of professional quality photography and videography experience
• Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras in a sports environment
• Knowledge of social media platforms and what content works best on each
• Proficient understanding of viral content
• Familiarity with MLB and overall baseball current storylines
• Love for visual storytelling
• Conducts professionally on and off the field representing Major League Baseball
• Editing skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut or similar platforms is a plus
• Spanish-Language is a plus
• Interview experience is a plus
• A love for the game of baseball

Requirements

• Commits to work on assigned scheduled dates
• Follows directions from the Live Content Management team based in NY to understand daily needs, storylines and prepare for special requests from social platforms, marketing and league needs
• Attends home games/events within one’s market to capture pregame, in-game, and post-game content for both home and visiting teams, player marketing, and the league in photo/video formats to send over for real-time distribution
• Generates content primarily for game day but may also create content for marketing promotions and sponsorship activations on social and editorial platforms
• Produces content on a nightly basis and edits on tight deadlines
• Abides to MLB HR compliance policies

MLB is currently seeking part-time seasonal Gameday Monitors for the upcoming 2026 Major League Baseball season to provide quality assurance for live video and audio streams on MLB.TV. Ideal candidates will be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week and must possess MLB’s core competencies in areas such as collaboration, communication, critical thinking and relationship management.

Please note, Gameday Monitors will work remotely and must have a keen attention to detail, strong writing skills and will need to be actively engaged with their teammates during each shift.

Responsibilities 

• Monitor assigned home and away broadcast feeds in accordance to the daily gameday schedule. These feeds include but are not limited to pre and post game shows, audio streams and regional broadcasts for each designated game
• Adhere to quality control guidelines and procedures without frequent supervision
• Communicate gameday related issues immediately to the appropriate teams
• Provide detailed reports that recap any issues that occurred during the game.

Requirements

• A flexible schedule tied to the Major League Baseball season with availability on nights, weekends, and holidays is a must
• A minimum of 25 hours per week is required for this position, no exceptions
• Reliable WiFi, stable hardwire and home broadband network connection is essential
• Ownership of at least 3 streaming devices such as a smart television, tablet, computer (PC and/or Mac), Apple or Android phone, Xbox, Playstation 5, Chromecast, etc. is preferred
• Excellent communication skills to relay any issues or troubleshooting concerns to the appropriate channels is required
• Ideal candidates are comfortable working in highly visible positions

• Experienced with providing quality assurance in digital media roles
