The Sales Manager leads Lucid Bots' SMB Account Executive team and owns the day-to-day performance, development, and operational rigor of the segment. This is a frontline people leader role: the job is to ramp reps quickly, run pipeline rigor, hit team revenue targets, and build AEs into top performers.
You'll carry team-level ownership for quota attainment, pipeline health, deal quality, and forecast accuracy. You'll partner closely with Sales Engineering, RevOps, and Customer Success on deal flow and handoffs. You'll set and protect high standards for HubSpot hygiene, stage discipline, and adherence to the sales process — and you'll spend your time where the leverage is: in 1:1s, on pipeline reviews, and on ride-alongs with reps.
This is a coaching seat, not a dashboard seat. If you light up when a rep clicks into a new behavior, when a stalled deal moves, when a forecast comes in clean — this is your climb.
This role is based in Charlotte, NC. Partial hybrid flexibility possible, but significant on-site presence is expected.

The Director of Marketing owns the strategy, vision, and performance of Lucid Bots' marketing function — across brand, demand generation, events, product marketing, and digital. You'll define how we show up in the market, build the team and systems to execute at scale, and make marketing a measurable driver of pipeline and revenue.
This is a strategic leadership role. You'll set the playbook, build the people, and drive alignment across Sales, Product, and Engineering. You'll also know when to roll up your sleeves — because at our stage, the plan doesn't run itself.
You'll inherit a talented marketing team on day one. Your job is to get to know them, sharpen the operating cadence, and bring on the additional talent needed to match where the company is headed post–Series B. This is a rare chance to both lead an existing team and design the function that scales with us.
We're looking for someone who has scaled B2B marketing for complex hardware + software products, knows how to turn technical differentiation into market-winning positioning, and brings equal strength in digital strategy and high-impact live experiences. If you get energy from building functions, not just running them, this is your climb.

Charlotte, NC preferred — our HQ is here, most of the team is here, and a lot of what marketing does lives in the building (demos, events, cross-functional work with Engineering and Product). Remote is possible for the right candidate who's willing to travel to Charlotte regularly and be on-site for launches, offsites, and major events.

The Account Executive will play a key role in driving Lucid Bots' growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand the value of our products and services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
This role is instrumental in expanding Lucid Bots' presence in the market and achieving ambitious sales targets.
