About the Role
As a Senior CSM at Loop, you will own a portfolio of our most strategic, global customers—responsible for retention, expansion, and long-term partnership value.
This is a highly autonomous role. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, lead complex cross-functional engagements, and ensure customers realize measurable ROI from Loop across their supply chain.
What You’ll Own
- Own a portfolio of enterprise and global accounts, managing complex orgs and stakeholders
- Drive renewals and expansion, including identifying, building, and closing upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders (Director → C-suite) and act as a strategic advisor
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) focused on ROI, insights, and clear recommendations
- Translate data into actionable insights that drive cost savings and operational improvements
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Ops, and Sales to deliver customer outcomes
- Advocate for customers and influence product direction based on enterprise needs
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities across accounts and drive action
About You
- 6+ years of relevant Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles (logistics/supply chain, B2B SaaS, or payments preferred)
- Proven track record owning renewals and driving expansion (clear examples required)
- Experience managing enterprise and/or global accounts with complex stakeholders
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
- Highly autonomous — able to prioritize, problem-solve, and drive outcomes independently
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into business value
- Excellent communication skills — clear, concise, and executive-ready
- Bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguity

About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Manager to collaborate across Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering and Customer Success to help provide clients with a seamless onboarding experience. The Implementation Manager is responsible for deep discovery of client needs to configure Loop’s system and project managing each implementation through post-launch hypercare to ensure internal and external timelines are met. The Implementation Manager partners with operations and engineering to ensure the configured end product accurately addresses client needs and is appropriately supported by operations for ongoing servicing. The Implementation Manager will support client implementations both onsite and virtually in order to provide product and operations expertise to configure the client’s instance to support their needs while suggesting best practices that may require change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate project management for solution scoping and implementations, including, but not limited to:
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation. Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs and requirements.
- Leading kick-off calls - remote (sometimes on-site) sessions providing an overview of Loop’s solution
- Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans for each client, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure all implementation aspects are completed on time.
- Work directly with Loop’s technical architect to scope use cases for Loop’s product & roadmap.
- Weekly status meetings – client calls to review progress, obstacles, upcoming tasks, etc.
- Identifying and consulting with clients on business process transformation, optimization, and best-practice initiatives, testing, training, managing go-live, hyper-care, and system cutovers
- Post-implementation handoff – ensure the implementation is a success, before transitioning the account to our customer success team
- Responsible for multiple projects at once, with varying stages of implementation; must be highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Owns functional requirements that must be clearly documented, are comprehensive, and easily trackable. Must have relevant experience to lead detailed discovery sessions on business and technical requirements.
Experienced Required
- 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in one or more of the following:
- Supply chain/logistics technology integrations, or
- Project/Account Management, in the logistics or transportation industry
- 3+ years of direct involvement in the Transportation, Logistics, Brokerage and/or Supply Chain Industries
- Ability to lead large groups of people to meet critical goals
- Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities
- Ability to lead process mapping, whiteboard sessions on workflows for implementations, create internal & external user facing documentation for workflows and standard operating procedures
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs/timelines
- Proven presentation or training experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to travel up to 20%

About You
As a full-stack engineer, you will work closely with founders and customers to understand and solve their logistics billing and payment pain points. You will help define the product and ship features that directly impact our customers. You will face and solve many complex technical challenges while you receive guidance and feedback from the team. You will shape the Loop DNA and define how we grow as a company.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and sales to understand requirements and ship thoughtful solutions.
- Write high-quality code optimized for extensibility.

About the Role
As a Customer Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing the end to end operational process for our customers. The Customer Operations Associate is directly responsible for driving automation, optimizing invoice management and enabling actionable data for our clients that is critical to their business. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities and ways to improve our products to enhance customer experience and stickiness, working alongside Customer Success Managers, Product and Engineering. This role is located in Chicago and requires the individual to be in office.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day audit process for clients
- Proactively identify changes we can make to our internal application in order to improve and enable automation to the audit process
- Partner cross functionally with Customer Success, Engineering and Product to provide critical feedback on the audit process and make suggested improvements
- Analyze freight cost data; identify discrepancies and errors in carrier billing; work with carriers to address systemic issues
- Support customers through managing disputes, claims, and other exceptions related to billing and payment transactions
- Take the perspective of who we serve into everything you do, anticipating client needs, and responding quickly

Compensation
This role has a base salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to help provide clients with a seamless technical close and implementation experience. This role is responsible for complex workflow design and configuration, serving as a key point of contact for client implementations, designing/configuring data orchestration, and translating processes between the client’s system and Loop’s proprietary platform. The Solutions Engineer partners with operations and sales to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address client needs and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision makers. You will support client implementations both onsite and virtually in order to provide technical expertise, acting as an extension of the Sales and Customer Success teams.

About the Role
As the Senior Project Manager, M&A Integration, you will be the central driver for ensuring the successful post-acquisition merger of newly acquired companies into Loop’s operational model and for achievement of the deal thesis. You will work cross-functionally with company leadership, and functional leaders (Finance, HR, IT, Operations) to create, manage, and execute comprehensive integration plans. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that requires a strategic mindset and meticulous project management discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of end-to-end integration efforts for acquired entities, ensuring alignment with the strategic rationale and operational goals.
- Develop and manage comprehensive integration project plans, defining clear milestones, workstreams, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations) to ensure timely delivery of integration milestones and resolution of interdependencies.
- Design and implement governance frameworks, including facilitating Steering Committee meetings with senior leadership and C-suite executives, providing clear and concise executive-level updates on progress, risks, and required decisions.

About You

- Highly effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and present to diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.
