Customer Success Advocate
Your role is to deliver success and satisfaction to existing customers by serving as a trusted advisor. The CSA focuses on driving platform usage and adoption of its portfolio of customers. The main areas of the role are training, account management, renewals, and identifying CSQL (customer success qualified leads for growth).
Using your skills, you will ensure the customer’s utilization of Litmos and ensuring the value is maximized. You will also ensure continuous growth and retention of your assigned portfolio by managing the renewal process for each.
As a CSA you should enjoy interfacing with customers and have the passion for conversation and communication. Excellent problem-solving prowess is also a plus. A CSA is also passionate about learning, and is curious to continue in our lifelong learning initiative.
Please note this role requires working US timezones.

Responsibilities and duties:
- Execute and monitor customer health and adoption for a portfolio of customers through their lifecycle of onboarding, training, live usage, and long-term relation building.

- Track, triage, and communicate to internal stakeholders on customer issues.

About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Engineer, Delivery & Architecture to serve as a senior technical leader within our Pune office.
You will work across multiple Agile teams (Scrum and ShapeUp), partnering with Technical Owners, Product Owners, and senior engineers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across the platform. This role is both hands-on and advisory, raising the bar on architecture, delivery practices, and engineering quality across teams.
What You’ll Do
- Provide architectural guidance across teams, ensuring systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with company standards
- Partner with Technical Owners to coach and guide design decisions, while reinforcing architectural consistency

- Proven ability to influence engineering practices across multiple teams without direct authority
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, performance, and reliability

We are seeking a Lead Cloud Platform Engineer to be the technical authority responsible for the architecture, reliability, and evolution of our cloud platform. This role drives infrastructure modernization, automation, and operational excellence across our global SaaS environment while mentoring engineers and partnering closely with the CTO and engineering leadership.
We are primarily an Azure-based environment with some cloud systems operating in AWS. A key focus for this role is to guide the strategic evolution and consolidation of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring we remain stable while simplifying architecture.
This is a hands-on leadership role which allows someone to explore their innate curiosity to solve complex challenges and improve engineering systems. They will mentor cloud and database engineers while shaping the long-term evolution of our SaaS platform.
What You’ll Do
- Define and evolve the architecture of the cloud platform on Microsoft Azure.
- Own the technical roadmap for the cloud platform and guide modernization initiatives.
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex infrastructure and production issues.
- Build and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep preferred, ARM, or Terraform).
- Define reusable platform patterns and infrastructure modules that enable product teams to deploy safely and efficiently.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and operational consistency across environments.
- Establish reliability practices including observability, monitoring, alerting, SLOs, and incident response.
- Design highly available systems capable of supporting global SaaS workloads.
- Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives and provide FinOps leadership across the organization.
- Implement tooling and reporting that provide transparency into infrastructure usage and cost drivers.
- Partner with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure infrastructure meets scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
- Mentor engineers and help develop strong cloud engineering capabilities across the organization.
- Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate infrastructure automation, operational insights, and system optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps roles with increasing technical responsibility.
- Experience operating production infrastructure for SaaS platforms.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and architecture.
- Experience working with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform.
- Strong scripting or programming skills in PowerShell, Python, C#, or similar languages.
- Experience designing and operating highly available distributed systems.
- Ability to lead technically while remaining hands-on with infrastructure and automation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Azure certifications such as AZ-104 (Azure Administrator) or AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect).
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerized workloads.

- Experience planning or executing cloud migration or platform modernization initiatives.

Salary:- ₹3,500,000 - 4,500,000 base salary plus 15% bonus.

We are looking for a Senior Program Delivery Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Pune location. You will coordinate delivery across engineering teams, partner with local HR on people operations, and ensure the Pune office runs effectively as the primary home for our development workforce. This is a cross-cutting role: you'll be the connective tissue between team-level execution and organizational delivery goals, working daily with Technical Owners, Product Owners, and senior developers across India, the US, the UK, and Australia.
What You'll Do
- Own the delivery cadence across engineering teams, tracking sprint commitments, velocity, cycle time, and commitment reliability.
- Facilitate cross-team dependency management and ensure shared resources are allocated effectively.
- Run program-level ceremonies including cross-team standups, delivery reviews, and quarterly planning coordination.
- Build and maintain delivery dashboards and reporting for engineering leadership.
- Serve as the senior on-the-ground leader in Pune, working alongside the Office Manager and local HR representative on onboarding, retention, engagement, and hiring logistics.

What We're Looking For
Required

Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Test. At your core, you are a software engineer—your product is the automation that ensures our customers never experience defects in production.
You will work as part of a globally distributed Agile team (Scrum and ShapeUp), partnering closely with engineering and product, with ownership of test automation, quality strategy, and deployment validation.
Objectives of this Role
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to plan, design, and review product code and define effective test strategies
- Design and build scalable test automation frameworks (Playwright) across UI, API, and integration layers
- Own automated test execution within CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), including parallelization and test data management
- Build real-time visibility into product quality through dashboards and reporting

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and evolve our platform using .NET, React, and SQL Server-based systems. You will work across services, APIs, and front-end systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Role Overview:
The Global Technical Support Specialist is part of the Company’s global support delivery model, designed to provide continuous, round-the-clock customer support through a coordinated, shift-based operating framework.The Global Technical Support Engineer is accountable for troubleshooting & driving the resolution of product issues while engaging with all levels in the Support & Operations teams and ensuring consistent and up-to-date communication with customers.While the Company operates as a fully remote organisation, this role is employed in India and works as part of a time-zone-aligned support cohort, contributing to global coverage, structured handovers, and operational continuity.
Core Support Responsibilities:
- Provide phone, email and chat assistance to customers, consultants and partners on the usage of Litmos products, as part of a global 24/7 support model.
- Analyze configurations, application and system log files to determine the cause of issue.
- Maintain accountability for an issue until the same is resolved.
- Provide a quick solution for already known & documented issues.
- Logically work through problems to determine their cause and how they can be resolved.
- Report errors/bugs to Development.
- Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries.

Educations, skills and competencies:
Required skills
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Science (Physics & Mathematics) or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline complemented by equivalent work experience.

- Excellent English communication - writing and speaking skills.
