The Role:

As Linus Health continues to grow, sales enablement plays a critical role in helping our customer-facing teams succeed. The Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist will sit within the Marketing team and lead key enablement initiatives that support sales effectiveness, improve internal alignment, and strengthen go-to-market execution.

This person will help drive onboarding, develop and organize sales content, support internal communications, and partner across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Service Design to identify and address enablement needs. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic and hands-on, with a strong ability to turn insights into practical tools, content, and programs that help teams perform at their best.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Enablement & Content Development

• Support and evolve Linus Health’s sales enablement strategy in alignment with revenue and growth goals.
• Create, maintain, and organize high-quality sales and marketing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battle cards, videos, and other collateral.
• Build and maintain standardized sales playbooks, including discovery guidance, objection handling, competitive positioning, and qualification frameworks.
• Ensure sales teams have easy access to the right content, tools, and messaging throughout the buyer journey.
• Support the planning and execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, customer events, sales meetings, and team offsites.

Training & Internal Communications

• Coordinate and support onboarding programs for new sales team members to accelerate ramp time and readiness.
• Help develop training resources and ongoing enablement programs that reinforce product knowledge, messaging, and sales best practices.
• Build and maintain effective internal communication processes that keep customer-facing teams aligned on product updates, messaging changes, and go-to-market priorities.
• Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day enablement support across the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Service Design to ensure teams are aligned around customer needs and commercial priorities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate product launches, customer insights, and market trends into actionable enablement materials.
• Support consistency across the customer journey, from pre-sale engagement through post-sale success.

Performance & Process Improvement

• Track and report on enablement effectiveness using metrics such as ramp time, content usage, sales cycle efficiency, event impact and win rates.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to identify performance gaps and improve workflows, messaging, and sales processes.
• Use win/loss insights, customer feedback, and market knowledge to continuously refine enablement programs and materials.
• Help improve operational efficiency by building on and optimizing existing enablement processes and infrastructure.

About you

Must haves:

• 4-5+ years experience in a similar, sales support and/or enablement type role 
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams in sales operations, sales support, product marketing, or sales enablement functions.
• Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to balance the tactical and strategic demands of a position & effective ability to prioritize
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
• Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously 
• Experience coordinating events or managing logistics across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Proven experience creating high-quality prospect and/or customer-facing sales/marketing assets (e.g., presentations, videos, collateral)

Nice to haves:

• Experience in healthcare, health tech, digital health, pharma, or clinical research.
• Familiarity with complex B2B buying environments involving multiple stakeholder types, such as providers, payers, and healthcare organizations.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, content management systems, and sales enablement tools and webinar/event platforms.

Compensation: The base salary budgeted for this position is in the $85,000-105,000 range per year. About The Role:

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and task-oriented EA with a proven track record. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, organized and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a faced paced environment. The role is a "gatekeeper" to our CEO and a reflection of him both internally and externally. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for everything that goes through the CEOs office. While we are 100% remote at the moment, we are looking for someone to be Boston / Greater Boston based to be able to meet with the CEO in-person. We may also have an office in the near future in which case we would ask this employee to come in 1-2 times a week to meet and support the CEO in person.

What You’ll Do:

• Completes a broad variety of professional and personal operational tasks for the CEO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that are oftentimes confidential (eventually, after trust is built, responds on behalf of the executive); answers calls, arranges travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
• Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway” role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time.  
• Triage the barrage of information, challenges and background noise that the CEO is bombarded with (this will take time).
• Determine what the CEO needs to know and what he does not.  
• Oftentimes requests that come in may need action, just not from the CEO.
• It’s up to the executive assistant to determine how to best respond and redirect these requests so they are resolved without hitting his desk.
• Anticipate which requests will likely bubble up again or who may look for other routes to get to the CEO, so you can prepare him just in case.
• Anticipates the needs of the CEO and strives to provide services or products before being requested.
• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
• Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep he/she well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities (both personal and professional), following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated.
• Interacts professionally with executive assistants of other high level executives in other organizations.
• Prep for BOD meetings - once agenda is agreed upon, liaise with legal to prepare consent(s), solicit appropriate content from internal stakeholders for final review by CEO/COO/Legal..
• Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting personal correspondence, emails, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.
• Act as liaison for CEO between C-Suite and Senior Management.
• Maintains discretion and confidentiality in relationships.

• 10+ years in a similar EA type role supporting "C level executives
• Healthcare, Biotech, Pharma and/or digital health experience

The Role:

We’re looking for a mid-level IT Engineer to help scale and secure our internal systems as we grow. This role blends IT operations, security, and engineering, and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving day-to-day technical challenges while also building automation and improving systems over time.

You’ll play a key role in supporting employees, managing devices and identity systems, and strengthening our security posture—while contributing to a more efficient and scalable IT environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, laptop provisioning and access control across systems
• Administer and maintain Google Workspace (users, groups, policies, and security settings)
• Own and operate MDM solutions to manage and secure company devices
• Monitor device health and enforce security and compliance standards
• Triage and respond to security vulnerabilities, alerts, and incidents
• Partner with engineering to remediate vulnerabilities and improve security posture
• Provide technical support and resolve internal IT issues (Tier 2 escalation)

Must Have’s:

• 3–5 years of experience in IT, security, or infrastructure engineering
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, JumpCloud, or similar)
• Strong Apple/Windows administration and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python, Bash, or similar)
• Experience identifying and triaging security vulnerabilities
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (SSO, IAM, RBAC)
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2)

The Opportunity: 0-to-1 in a High-Growth Environment

As the Senior Product Manager for Connected Care, you will be the architect of a new product portfolio and report into the Senior Director, Product Management. While you will leverage Linus Health’s foundational assets and capabilities, your mission is a 0-to-1 challenge, building the Connected Care business from the ground up.

Your focus is on the "connective tissue" of the healthcare industry – specifically the nodes that exist outside of direct patient care, including care coordination, payers, life sciences research, and clinical trial recruitment. You will solve the "hard problem" of brain health: shrinking the massive rate of underdiagnosis for dementia-related diseases by creating a seamless, AI-driven standard of care that spans previously disconnected entities.

Your Strategic "North Stars" (First 6–12 Months):

• Payer Integration: Successfully launch our AI-driven cognitive assessment into a major Payer workflow.
• Ecosystem Orchestration: Define and deploy a best-in-class brain health referral workflow that connects providers, payers, and clinical trials.
• Clinical Innovation: Partner with world-class researchers to design and develop a state-of-the-art cognitive assessment battery.

What You'll Do:

• Product Leadership: Own the roadmap for the Connected Care portfolio, balancing business context, market needs, and contractual commitments with wide latitude for autonomous decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between "the science" and "the software." You will work daily with neurologists, neuroscientists, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex clinical requirements into elegant user experiences.

• Experience: 7+ years of dedicated Software Product Management experience, with 10+ years of total professional experience.
• Digital Health Native: Proven track record of releasing digital products in highly regulated industries (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
• AI Practitioner: Experience building and deploying AI-powered products at scale, including a deep understanding of how to make "black box" algorithms actionable for end-users.
