The Role

Linqia is searching for a seasoned Senior Producer to lead celebrity talent partnerships and high-production-value content for our most important clients. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone who has spent their career working inside the celebrity machine—navigating agents, handlers, and publicists, and delivering under the pressure of live or high-frequency production schedules.

Think: a show producer who has run weekly rotating-guest productions (talk show, lifestyle series, HGTV-style content), not an influencer coordinator. You understand how to move talent, manage talent ecosystems, and build the agency relationships that make elite content possible.

You will be the senior production presence in our New York / San Francisco office, working closely with senior leadership and serving as both a doer and a developer of the production team around you.

What You'll Do

Production Leadership

• Lead end-to-end production on high-profile campaigns: pre-production planning, on-site execution, and post-production delivery.
• Manage the cadence and logistics of multi-shoot, rotating-format productions — including events, live and studio-style content, and branded series.
• Serve as the senior on-site production presence, functioning as producer, talent handler, and project lead simultaneously when needed.
• Develop and standardize production processes, vendor relationships, and pricing frameworks that scale with the business.
• Partner with editorial, creative strategy, and client service teams to ensure content meets both creative and commercial objectives.

Celebrity Talent & Agency Relationships

• Own and expand relationships with top-tier talent agencies (UTA, WME, CAA, and boutique firms), negotiating directly and proactively building a pipeline of high-value talent.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for celebrity talent, handlers, publicists, and legal/business management throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Manage all contractual considerations: compensation, scheduling, usage rights, approval processes, and contingencies.
• Build and maintain a sourcing playbook for identifying and securing celebrity talent aligned to specific client briefs and budgets.
• Anticipate and navigate the complexity of high-profile talent with calm and experience.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Act as a subject matter expert for celebrity production best practices, advising internal stakeholders on feasibility, cost, and execution strategy.
• Collaborate with the Talent Partner team on creator and agency relationships, supporting the broader initiative to build proactive talent pipelines.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership on production status, talent relationships, and emerging opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 7+ years of production experience, with significant time in environments involving celebrity or high-profile talent.
• Proven background in talk show, live/studio, lifestyle, or event production—video-forward formats with high cadence, rotating casts, and real-time problem-solving.
• Direct experience working with talent agents, publicists, handlers, and legal/business management.
• Track record of building agency relationships and sourcing talent proactively, not just reactively.
• Experience supervising junior producers or production coordinators.

• Must currently reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and be available to commute to the San Francisco office 3 times per week; occasional travel to client shoots and events nationally.
• Must currently reside in the New York City area and be available to commute to the San Francisco office 2 times per week; occasional travel to client shoots and events nationally.

Role:

The Director / VP Sales will be responsible for executing a consultative sale to Fortune 1000 brand, shopper, and media agency teams. The ideal candidate is a creator marketing and influencer expert (strong digital, social background), be a hunter, solution based seller and results oriented.  You should have established client relationships in the CPG, QSR, finance, or healthcare / pharma verticals. You will own the entire sales cycle and be responsible for prospecting, understanding the customer's needs and presenting solutions as a trusted partner. 

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Fortune 1000 Companies and / or their agency partners to educate them on the merits of creator marketing and the value of creator content
• Apply a consultative sales approach that focuses on client objectives, but also maintain a sense of urgency on closing deals
• Have the ability to convey our solution with passion with a focus on the value of targeted, trend forward , creator  generated content at scale
• Understand the value of data driven media solutions and be able to leverage insights and analytics to penetrate clients and close deals
• Develop strategic client relationships through large ($1M+) annual and multi-year contractual commitments
• Drive open opportunities to close in quarter with an eye towards building a strong pipeline for subsequent quarters
• Build a book of business from the ground-up, mentor team members, and prepare for additional leadership as we scale
• Help develop and refine our in-market partner approach by becoming a lead story teller and educate our clients on our platform’s best practices
• Apply creativity, demonstrate accountability and maintain a deep understanding of Linqia’s services and business model
• Work in a highly dynamic environment with a proven ability to balance competing demands and priorities as well as operate independently
• Proactively manage a rapidly growing sales pipeline/channel
• Be comfortable with carrying a Sales quota,  be accountable for delivering revenue, and expect to be handsomely rewarded for over achieving
• Travel required

Qualifications:

• +7 years of proven success selling in digital sales and/or online media to executive-level brand clients / agency partners
• Established and transferable relationships in CPG, restaurant, apparel or entertainment verticals
• Proven track record of consistent quota achievement above goal - we're looking for all-stars!
• Demonstrable experience closing committed deals in excess of $1M annually
• Strong consultative sales skills, collaborative + flexible workstyle, while maintaining your competitive drive to win
• A passion for, and evidence of successfully developing creative ideas for clients through leveraging data to deliver optimal client value
• Deep knowledge of promoted and organic best practices on all major social media platforms
• Experience navigating, communicating and leading in a cross-functional environment
• Deep understanding of the advertising industry--including client-direct and key agency relationships
• Excellent presentation/pitch, public speaking, problem solving and negotiating skills
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
• Can have fun while working hard!

Note - This role is a hybrid role working in our Manhattan, NY office twice a week.
