Position: Clinical Therapist 

Job Summary: Assisting individuals recovering from addiction or mental health challenges by providing specialized clinical services. This position reports to a Clinical Supervisor.  

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Provides clinical services such as individual and group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention services to Lighthouse clients within the scope of practice and as privileged by the supervisor. 
• Completes the crisis and safety plan, treatment plan, service notes, transition and discharge plan, forms, and miscellaneous job-related reports about a person served in the time frame required by the center, accreditation and certification bodies, respective professional licensing boards, and funding sources. 
• Maintains an accurate and complete clinical record for each client served under Quality Improvement and billing standards. 
• Assists in program development and planning as assigned. 
• Responds to requests for clinical information on clients served as allowed by law and applicable rules and regulations. Verbal and written communications of Protected Health Information (PHI) must comply with 42 CFR Part 2, mental health laws, and HIPAA. The Counselor shares only information within the scope of practice and professional licensing standards. 
• Keeps abreast of community resources, educates clients about those resources, and makes appropriate referrals as needed to meet client needs. Activates Case Management or CPST Services as medically necessary to help remove barriers to recovery (e.g., problems with finance/poverty, living arrangements/housing, occupation, skill-building/education, and support system). 
• Collaborates and coordinates with other service providers involved in client care in the community to promote integrated and holistic care. 
• Responds to community professionals in a timely manner, after contacting Lighthouse staff. 
• Promotes progressive pro-social interventions (e.g., client connectedness in the community, involvement in a safe and supportive environment, participation in activities where the client finds social acceptance), and positive reinforcement strategies. 
• Person-centered, strength-based, and culturally sensitive approach when promoting client engagement in the community. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent experience. 
• Active license (LCDC II/LCDC III/ LSW/LPC/LICDC/LISW/LPCC) 
• Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Compensation Ranges:

$50,000 – $57,500 LCDCII & LCDCIII
$60,000 – $67,500 Bachelors LSW
$65,000 – $72,500 LPC, Masters LSW, LICDC, & LICDC-CS
$70,000 – $80,000 LISW & LPCC
$75,000 – $83,500 LPCC-S & LISW-S

Position: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: The Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility by managing administrative tasks, safety protocols, and client interactions. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will work closely with staff and clients to provide a safe, welcoming, and efficient facility that supports the goals of Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions. This position reports to the Clinical Site Director. 

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Ensure building safety by managing safety drills, maintaining the data safety binder, and overseeing compliance with safety protocols
• Provide building safety training to all new facility staff
• Upload and manage incident reports through the Ethico platform, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate staff or department
• Manage the lobby area to ensure it is welcoming, organized, and stocked with necessary documentation
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed. Provide reminder calls to clients for upcoming appointments
• Schedule medical appointments for clients and assist in managing transportation or other logistics as needed
• Oversee and manage make up group (MUG) lists to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and order in the facility
• Ensure brand consistency, report maintenance issues, and manage required documentation in the lobby
• Oversee cleaning operations by managing the cleaning checklist and maintaining communication with cleaning vendor
• Submit maintenance requests and follow up as needed
• Order, manage, and organize office and facility supplies to ensure the facility is well-stocked
• Ensures that office activities comply with LBHS policies and procedures
• Manages delivery of mail and/or packages to appropriate parties, making sure outgoing mail has appropriate postage, and ensures the reception area is clear of deliveries
• Create, collect, and maintain group logs, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping
• Mail discharge letters and notify clients of appointment cancellations in the event of staff call-offs
• Checks clients into appointments in Carelogic and alerts appropriate personnel of incoming guests and clients
• Inform the team via Microsoft Teams when a staff member calls off and update assignments accordingly
• Assign staff in Carelogic and update the message board
• Collect signatures on Carelogic documents, ensuring all required paperwork is completed and filed appropriately
• Handle Mental Health and Recovery Services Board (MHRSB) applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations
• Assist with client laboratory process as needed
• Assist with client admissions process as needed

Required Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years previous experience in customer service and office administration
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Desired Qualifications:

Position: Laboratory Technologist

Job Summary: This position is responsible for performing laboratory tests, ensuring the accuracy of test results, and maintaining a safe and efficient laboratory environment. This position reports to the Director of Lab Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete specimen preparation, processing, data entry and clerical duties while maintaining specimen integrity and identification.
• Prepare and analyze samples using an LCMS/MS.
• Handle samples in accordance with safety and other requirements to ensure sample integrity and safety of the personnel.
• Perform moderate and high complexity toxicology and chemistry testing.
• Program and process samples in a high complexity laboratory according to policy and procedures.
• Accurately complete maintenance, sample processing and environment logs and checklists.
• Maintain and demonstrate the technical expertise necessary in the laboratory
• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot instrument performance and display an understanding of quality control requirements related to test analysis.
• Keep accurate records, including preparation, processing, and reporting of preliminary and final results.
• Utilize the laboratory information system (LIS), electronic medical record (EMR) and other software systems as needed.
• Maintain supply inventory and place orders as needed with supervisor.
• Provide support in areas of collections, lab billing and quality control.
• Maintain knowledge and assists the organization in complying with all regulatory agencies including COLA, OSHA, and HIPAA.
• Complete required continuing education to remain current on licensure and regulatory requirements
• Always maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate or higher degree in Clinical Laboratory, Medical Technology, Biology or Chemical science
• Meet regulatory and CLIA qualifications for high complexity testing
• Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology/Med Lab Science or biological science degree, with MT/MLS certification
• Experience in clinical toxicology and LCMS operation
• Knowledge of CLIA/COLA requirements and proficiency testing
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records Systems
