As Performance Strategy, our mission is to expand our expertise and leverage our proximity to technology and customers to incubate, manage & grow the Accelerate customers. The Performance Strategy - New Business (GCR) role will focus on strategic support for new launches within our rapidly expanding GCR business. This involves providing implementation and analytical support to ensure performance success during the critical first six months of the customer lifecycle. Additionally, this role will contribute to a global new business support framework, continuously refining our new launch best practices and influencing product development accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical POC for Launch customers - applying best practices to identify growth opportunities, provide proactive account support & utilize optimal performance levers to drive incremental revenue
- Execute day-to-day campaign management tasks e.g. collect creative assets, calculate/implement budgets and caps, set up changes, basic performance reports
- Serve as an internal point of contact for key clients - managing & optimizing for performance, collaborating with account teams and escalating niche issues internally
- Be an expert in our platform and work closely with Account Teams to formulate campaign optimization strategies to meet customers' needs
- Launch new campaigns and ensure they are set up for success, flagging any non-standard pitfalls
- Play an active role in various cross-functional projects
- Be proactive with knowledge sharing - provide regular updates in internal team meetings
- Comfortably operate across the company matrix and lead communication with technical and non-technical teams
- Identify & analyze performance trends and potential issues
- Optimize campaigns for post-install goals using proprietary tools and dashboards and make recommendations to client-facing team and present to clients on an ad-hoc basis
- Identify, triage and escalate issues to management and internal teams
- Critically assess team processes, develop best practices, and drive improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree and 2-4 years campaign optimization, BI, or analytical experience
- The ability to draw insights from data
- Strong organizational skills
- A proactive and outcome-driven approach
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical teams
- A strategic mindset
- A passion for product and process improvement
- Mandarin / English (fluent)
Location: Beijing - Our office is located in Guomao and most employees come to the office 2-3 days per week
Liftoff's compensation strategy includes competitive market rate along with equity and benefits and perks that will give our employees what they need to do their best work. In order to ensure teams are compensated fairly for the work performed, we map out specific levels and take into consideration the cost of labor within each location.
The annual pay range for this position in Beijing is (base+bonus): 280,000 - 330,000 RMB plus 10% target bonus.

About this role / team:
As a Performance Strategist 1, you will be responsible for the execution of post sale campaign set ups and creative upload. This role will work closely with our global Account Management team and supporting clients across all regions. This will require you to have a strong understanding of Liftoff’s internal tools and customer objectives. You will be part of Liftoff’s Operations team focused on delivering performance for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Launch new campaigns and ensure they are set up for success, flagging any non-standard pitfalls
- Upload new creative units to the platform to improve our Advertisers performance, escalating any issues in the process (this may involve reviewing for any explicit content)
- Identify, triage and escalate issues to management and internal teams
- Apply edits to campaigns or creatives at the request of our Account Management group and/or clients to improve customer performance
- Be proactive with knowledge sharing - provide regular updates in internal team meetings
- Perform various audits to ensure all of our campaigns are set up for success
- Respond to alerts designed to flag issues with campaigns or creatives
- Implement our best practice in all areas to ensure successful campaigns (You will be working with a diverse range of customers such as gaming, e-commerce, social and gambling apps)
- Communicate directly with our Account management team and/or clients to clarify requests
- Provide potential time-shifting, weekend and holiday coverage where needed in accordance with regulations
- Identify areas of process improvement and development of best practice
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organization

- Native Mandarin speaker
- Fluent written and spoken English for global team and customer collaboration
- Competent Microsoft Excel skills
- Incident and Escalations Management Experience
- Commercial Support, Customer Engagement Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Nice to have: 1+ years working experience in a customer support role
Location: Beijing This role is eligible for full-time work onsite at our Beijing hub. We require our team members to be onsite 2-3 days a week.
Travel Expectations:

Compensation:
Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on the candidate's location and experience.
The following are our base salary ranges for this role: 227,000 - 250,000 RMB with a 10% target bonus

About this team:
As a Senior Programmatic Exchange Analyst, you will be a critical bridge between auction intelligence and commercial execution. You will investigate auction-level dynamics, diagnose revenue leakage, and partner closely with the Vungle Exchange Commercial team to unblock revenue and optimize DSP outcomes. This role is highly analytical and business-facing: you will extract signals from noisy auction data, translate it into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with commercial and product stakeholders to implement changes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze auction data (bidding patterns, floors, traffic shaping, mediation) to identify performance drivers and commercial risks.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into revenue fluctuations and DSP requests, separating technical from commercial root causes.
- Quantify the revenue impact of auction mechanics and surface opportunities for growth.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Vungle Exchange Commercial team to resolve DSP-facing blockers tied to exchange dynamics.
- Provide data-backed recommendations that balance publisher objectives with optimal auction outcomes.
- Support negotiations with insights that protect business outcomes and drive incremental revenue.
- Build and maintain monitoring frameworks to detect anomalies early and ensure fast triage.
- Standardize and automate recurring analyses.
- Document and communicate methodologies clearly for cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- B.A./B.S. in Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or operations; AdTech or programmatic exchange experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of programmatic auctions, SSP/DSP mechanics, and mediation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with openRTB protocols, including interpreting bid requests/responses, auction dynamics, and understanding of post-auction and win-notification flows.
- VAST and MRAID familiarity, particularly how it related to oRTB spec
- Proven ability to connect rigorous data analysis to business priorities — translating complex auction dynamics into actionable insights that drive commercial outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Comfortable leveraging modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to enhance productivity, analysis, and decision-making, demonstrating an AI-savvy approach.
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis, automation, and pipeline development is a plus.
- Clear communicator with the ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and commercial audiences, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, R&D, and Commercial teams

We are a remote-first company with US hubs in Redwood City, Los Angeles, and New York City.
