Senior Full-Stack Software Developer

This role is responsible for leading a scrum team in the design and development of software solutions to build and optimize highly scalable, web based multitenant applications used by educational associations and institutions of higher learning including numerous colleges and universities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise grade, high volume web and data applications platforms and state of the art technical solutions leveraging variety of technologies in public cloud such as AWS or GCP
- Develop and support APIs and business logic leveraging C#, .NET, docker, RabitMQ etc
- Develop and support web user interfaces using JavaScript Frameworks such as ViewJS, ReactJS
- Well versed with cloud native technologies and design patterns to build scalable native cloud-based applications.
- Participate in design discussions and solution design sessions with product management and software development teams to shape new product features and platform capabilities.
- Provide support to critical production issues and infrastructure needs.
- Provide hands on guidance and mentorship to remote team of front-end and back-end developers.
- Enjoy coaching, mentoring and guiding peer developers and QA engineers and working collaboratively with product and program managers, DevOps and other technical leaders.
- Contribute to evaluation, prototyping and selection of software solutions that will improve our technology infrastructure.
- Make recommendations to enhance performance and scalability of our flagship products.
- Develop unit tests and API integration tests to maximize code coverage in accordance with the software test pyramid.
- Apply Test Driven Development practices and software quality measurement tools to the improve quality of delivered software.
- Foster and support a culture of innovation and excellence in the engineering organization.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years working in an Agile scrum team
- 5+ years working with C#, .Net and related technologies.
- 5+ years working with AWS and its critical technologies such as EKS, SQS, ECS, Redis Cache,
- 5+ years working with relational database systems (e.g., MySql or PostgreSQL) and in-memory key-value databases (e.g., Redis) and NoSQL database such as Elastic, MongoDB
- 5+ years designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD (continuous integration / continuous deployment) processes using tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, and/or GitHub actions
- Working experience with OOP, SOA, microservices, and design patterns
- Experience building RESTful APIs
- Experience working with multiple tech stacks, and ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with Linux systems and bash command line
- Proficient with tools such as git, npm, Docker
- Good knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML and CSS

QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software QA Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining automated test scripts that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA team members, and product managers to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web, API, and/or mobile applications.
- Collaborate with QA engineers, developers, and product managers to ensure adequate test coverage for new and existing features.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and sprint reviews to understand product requirements and testing needs.
- Identify, document, and track software defects with clear, reproducible steps.
- Perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing using both automation and manual testing approaches as needed.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of automation frameworks and QA processes.
- Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines by integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and automation.
- Familiarity using AI tools as part of the automation process (Cursor preferred).
- Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages such as TypeScript, Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA best practices, and Agile development processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with performance or load testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Basic understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.

As a core member of the Software Development team, the full stack software developer has experience leading a scrum team. This experienced developer will have primarily responsible for the design and development of software solutions to build and optimize highly scalable, web‐based multi‐tenant applications used by national educational associations and institutions of higher learning including numerous colleges and universities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise grade, high‐volume web applications platforms and state of the art technical solutions leveraging Java and JEE platform technologies.
- Participate in design discussions and solution design sessions with product management and software development teams to shape new product features and platform capabilities.
- Develop and support REST APIs and business logic using Java, Spring, Hibernate/Spring JPA and SQL Server.
- Develop and support web user interfaces using JavaScript Frameworks, e.g. Angular, React.
- Contribute to evaluation, prototyping and selection of software solutions that will improve our technology infrastructure.
- Make recommendations to enhance the performance and scalability of our flagship products.
- Develop unit tests and API integration tests to maximize code coverage in accordance with the software test pyramid.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or an IT related discipline, or its equivalent plus 3 years of related experience.
- Very high proficiency with server-side Enterprise Java (8 + versions and its features like Steam API, Lambda expressions, Functional interfaces, and Method references, etc.), Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
- Experience with at least 2 to 3 project implementations in one or more Spring framework modules: Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Integration frameworks.
- Experience in developing RESTful API and Web Services.
- Experience developing web user interfaces using JavaScript Frameworks, e.g. Angular, React.
- High proficiency with Agile software development methodology.
- Experience working with in office, remote and offshore development teams
- Strong working knowledge of Git and GitHub code management tools
- Experience working collaboratively with DevOps to setup and monitor CI/CD pipelines using automated software build tools like Jenkins
- Solid understanding of enterprise software development design patterns and anti‐
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and no‐SQL databases, such as Mongo DB.
- Experience from Test-Driven Development.
- Ability to work well independently, multitask and handle change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
